A well located apartment. Excellent access to public transport. Perfectly clean and well kept. Great provision of bathroom and laundry products. Two good bathrooms a bonus. Good views from the high vantage point. Spacious enough. Safe and secure car parking included. Ali was communicative and responded quickly. An excellent base

It was a really good space! It may be a bit small bed wise for others as they were only twin beds but it was enough space for 2 people who weren’t a couple :) despite being high up, I didn’t have any worries or issues with it

Great accommodation

Brian’s place was perfect for our trip, close to all amenities, walk to everywhere, close to trams and public transport. Will definitely stay again. Brian is very quick to respond to my questions

Fantastic apartment in a great central location! Spotlessly clean, with great amenities and little conveniences throughout the place. Lovely, modern building with 24h security. There is a tram stop right out front and lots of cafes nearby. Incredibly convenient for the Grand Prix as gate 8 only 500m away! Excellent communication and support from Johnny before our arrival, with no need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. The apartment is actually much nicer than the pictures with a lovely big balcony and lots of natural light. Thank you Johnny for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place for a great Melbourne visit.

I really recommend this place. Lenka is always ready to help you and she is so empathetic. I was so impressed with her kind attitude towards customers. I won’t forget the beautiful night scene from the window. The location is so good and you can easily get to best spots in Melbourne. I will definitely come back this apt.

This was a great little apartment and had everything we needed and more. We had a little trouble dropping the keys at checkout but the host response was amazingly fast and very much appreciated to solve the issue.

My husband and self enjoyed 3 nights at this airbnb and highly recommend. The apartment had a really cosy feel, was clean and welcoming. The hosts communication was on point. The views are incredible, especially at night. We really enjoyed the facilities, and had a sauna each morning to start our day. The location is excellent. We will be back.

excellent location, right in the middle of all the things to do. the accomodation is in a luxury building with amazing pool and hot tub.The place was spacious and clean. The host was quick to respond / reaolve any request or issues. Only thing to mention, the AC is only in the living room, so some of the bed rooms can get hot if the doors aren't open.

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The location couldn’t be better—right across from a major train station, surrounded by great restaurants, and within easy walking distance to top attractions. We arrived to a sweet, personalized welcome: jazz music softly playing, aromatherapy in the air, and a tasty little treat waiting for us. The Australian bath products smelled divine, and the shower’s water pressure was top-notch. Waking up to the stunning city and waterfront views took our breath away every morning. Our four-year-old had an absolute blast, and the fast internet kept us connected. The host made check-in and check-out a breeze, even providing helpful recommendations for luggage storage. We can’t recommend this spot highly enough—it’s the perfect urban retreat!

Apartment was very spacious, had a great roof terrace and had a well equipped gym. Marc & MJ responded rapidly to queries.

Very spacious and clean house for large group. All 14 of us don't feel cramped into one house. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of utensils and crockery to serve everyone. Excellent view from private decks where you can enjoy unobstructed sunrise. Very short drive down to the beach, no need to fight for parking, just drop off beach goers and return for a nice coffee. Great host and definitely recommended for family gathering.

Great place for a weekend away.

Our family and dog had a wonderful week staying at Seaside Serenity Retreat! The house was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. There were lots of little extra touches like a beautiful range of teas available, a full spice rack, lots of appliances including an air fryer, a range of lovely soft towels and heaps of games plus a table tennis table to entertain the kids which we really appreciated. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach with very clear instructions provided and about a 25 min walk into town (or 5 min drive). Access to the Broadbeach Health Resort pool and gym were a bonus and we also loved walking around the Broadbeach area at dusk to see lots of kangaroos each night. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would love to return!

This is our 2nd stay at Grand Vue and we love everything about it. An older but beautiful, character filled home with sensational views. Prime location to main town, pub and Lilydale, Warburton rail trail. Wish i could stay for a couple of weeks. Thank you Jon for allowing us into your fabulous home, we will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful home and was equipped with everything I needed whilst being well-supplied, making for a very comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, close walk to the beach and main beach area. Claire was incredibly responsive and helpful with all my questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Claire and her gorgeous home!

We had an amazing weekend staying in Yarra Glen. The house was beautiful and had perfect facilities for our group of 10. The outside deck area is great (zap me back there now please!!) and we loved the spa, sauna and fire pit! The Lively Properties were incredibly informative and responsive to my messages, questions and feedback. We greatly appreciated the flexibility with our check in and check out. I would highly recommending staying at one of their properties!

Gorgeous space and land, very clean, and mornings felt like waking up in a rainforest canopy. Absolutely spectacular bird song. Martin allowed me to park in the front parking spot which was great, because I was driving an SUV and was not comfortable backing out of the narrow driveway. The Sonos speakers made getting ready for my friend’s wedding nearby a delight. My only trouble was that I couldn’t get some of the spotlight style lights to turn on, on the second floor, which meant it was a bit darker in the evening upstairs than I’d usually prefer before bed, but this was only a very minor inconvenience. Overall, this is a gorgeous home and I loved spending time in it; it has really lovely romantic vibes — come solo, like I did, or this is a great space for a friend getaway or a few days away with a partner.

Our group of friends recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Villa for a weekend getaway. I must say it was an incredible experience!
