The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

I was in Hyderabad for my visa interview, and this was the closest location. I had a great time.

Homely environment and friendly host. Location is fantastic. There's a bunch of great restaurants, clubs and cafes in walking distance (2-15 mins). Took us 30 mins by car to get to Fontinhas, and 35 mins to get to Ashvem Beach (one of the quietest, least crowded beaches in North Goa). Host is connected to cab drivers, scooter rentals and car rentals. Eased the burden of finishing reliable transport. There's enough parking space available at the residence. There's an aquaguard for water, shower heating and ACs are good, and rooms are decent. Kitchen could be better equipped with a pan, bowls and a microwave. Only issue was the pea sized (practically useless) dustbin in the washroom. None in the kitchen/room.

This stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, Uncle and Aunty, who live downstairs, made me feel completely at home. They are some of the most welcoming and kind-hearted people I’ve met. I was even lucky enough to be invited for dinner twice, and oh my, Aunty’s home-cooked idly, dosa, and vada were simply out of this world! It truly felt like being with family. The room itself had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The environment around was just as calming, making it perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and homely place to stay. If you’re searching for a homestay or Airbnb near Electronic City Phase 1, look no further. This place is a 10/10, and I’d return in a heartbeat! Highly, highly recommend.

Definitely would recommend this place. Hosts are always responsive and helpful. The place looks exactly like the pictures with all the listed amenities. Bus Stop, eateries, salons everything is in walking distance. I would definitely like to stay here in my future visits.

Likitesh is a positive host with timely guidance and approachable behaviour. First of all, we felt very safe here. Secondly it’s in a good location and easy to find. Good Restaurants nearby and Park opposite to location. Really enjoyed staying here. Support staff were good and cordial. Thanks for a good host.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful place in Goa! The pool was fantastic, and the elevator opening right into our apartment added a luxurious touch. The house was well-lit, with perfect amenities, and the spacious hall with a TV was ideal for everyone to gather and relax. A big plus was the convenience, a Kirana store right in front made it easy to grab kitchen essentials and everyday items, and a tiny salon nearby covered regular grooming needs. These little things made the stay feel super homely. The only thing to note is that the location is a bit far from Goa’s happening spots. But if you’re looking for a peaceful, home-like getaway to unwind by the pool, this is perfect!

Stayed here for 1 night. Loved the huge terrace it gets nice in the evenings when cool winds start blowing. Spent most of my time for meetings on the terrace. Bathroom was also clean.

I stayed at the flat hosted by Sunil during my Mumbai visit. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. It is safe place if you are coming with family. Will definitely choose this place if I have to visit Mumbai again.

Barun's property was a great place to stay in. We stayed for almost an week. The rooms and spaces were exactly as described and true to the pictures, and there were lots of appliances and essentials in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's also an extremely well furnished apartment, and the location is good on it's own too - although as already mentioned, slightly distant from the main city. The check-in process went smoothly as well, and same for the check-out. The sunset view from Yolodoors is great too. Thanks to Barun and his team for hosting me and my family.

It was good to stay with good environment and clean room with all amenities

The room is in a building in a gated community. The pin location would be the first building near the gate. You need to walk a few minutes to the actual building. There is a bed room with a privated washroom attached and a living area. Both has A/C.

It was an amazing stay. I have been here before as well and overall it’s a best place. Ritu is friendly and proactive with her responses. She is kind and polite and very welcoming in nature. Thanks for having me Ritu. Indeed looking forward to staying in again.

Over our comfortable stay of 2 weeks at Sol Banyan we had such a great time. All thanks to the caring host Mrs. Chopra and the caretaker of the house, Rajnikant. Hygiene was maintained at all times as the cleaners came by daily. The apartment was also decorated in a lively manner adding to its beauty.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Never had second thoughts before using any of the stuffs … all over the experience was greattttt….. 🫧🫧🫧🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

Very well located if you want to explore all the fine dining places in Goa like Izumi, Bawei, Jamun and the list is endless . It’s also next door to shopping stores like flames , Rangeela Goa and no nasties . Nice place with access to pool. We travelled with toddler and a kid of 7 years and having a cook around was very comfortable

Our stay at Oscar Ji’s place was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pristine pool, which was clearly well-maintained and refreshing. Oscar Ji himself was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. When we encountered a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly, he promptly arranged for a technician to come and resolve the problem. Within just two hours, the AC was back to working perfectly. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would definitely choose to stay at Oscar Ji’s place again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service!
