Apartment is spacious, neat &  cozy. Amit was responsive and accomodative. He was helpful with the local recommendations as well. We had a pleasant stay.

Such a comfortable and clean space. The caretaker Aruna tai lives just next to the house so it was easy to reach her for anything. Our train was 5 hours after the check out time so we requested to stay a bit longer, the host was very kind to let us stay there for a few extra hours without any charge. I would recommend it for both family and friends!

The stay at the Quaint in Rajagiriya (Colombo) was an excellent way to experience Sri Lanka. A typical residential neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk to two major supermarkets (Keels & Cargills) where you could buy anything from fresh produce to other household supplies, including medications and alcohol. An international selection of restaurants and food deliveries is also conveniently located. The bus stop is a 5 min walk; three-wheelers (tuk-tuk taxis) are all over. The place was clean and comfortable, with all the necessities and a private back patio for a comfortable stay. We look forward to another stay in January.

Si vous voulez un séjour plus proche de la plage de Calangut, c'est une excellente option. La plage est à environ 8-10 minutes à pied de l'endroit. Il existe de nombreuses options de shopping et de restauration à proximité. La villa est conforme à la description de l'annonce. Il disposait de tous les équipements tels qu'un lave-linge, un séchoir à chiffons, une climatisation, une table à manger, des chaises, une place de parking, etc. C'est toute la maison de ville avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, Hall et cuisine. Tous les services publics sont disponibles. L'hôte a envoyé une aide pour nous guider jusqu'à l'entrée car la voie est un peu plus petite et peut être manquée. La place de parking est petite mais acceptable pour une berline/MUV. La seule chose qui manquait était les chaînes de la télévision car le câble n'était pas rechargé. Cela ne nous dérangeait pas car nous n'avions pas le temps pour la télévision. Il y a deux balcons au premier étage et un petit balcon derrière la cuisine. Dans l'ensemble, excellente expérience avec l'hôte, la maison et la région. Notez que la plage de Calangut peut être très fréquentée pendant les vacances et si vous aimez les plages calmes et calmes, allez au sud de Goa. Merci.

Lake Residences Jasmine est un hébergement très agréable. Spacieux et bien décoré, tous les équipements dont vous avez besoin pour passer un séjour agréable. Proche de la zone du lac où vous pourrez faire une belle promenade. Nous espérons y retourner bientôt !

J'ai réservé la maison pour mes proches pour une fonction. Le logement était très propre et bien entretenu et était également assez spacieux pour accueillir tout le monde confortablement. La communication de Partha ainsi que le gardien, Bahadur, a été ponctuelle et de premier ordre ! Ils ont été très réactifs à nos besoins et nous ont également permis de vérifier le logement avant de finaliser notre réservation. Dans l'ensemble, mes proches ont apprécié le séjour dans la maison et je le recommanderais à 100 % !

This accommodation exceeded our expectations, we came for a family holiday with 3 families from the UK and India and we are so thankful we booked it- we had been messed about with other hotels as it was NYE here but from the minute we booked with Anil we felt confident and reassured we were in safe hands. The host was super responsive, accommodated every request like providing a cot even though it wasn’t initially available, giving us a room to freshen up when we arrived tired after a long train journey and just being really helpful. The villa itself was perfect, as described and most importantly clean! The staff were attentive and available whenever we needed them and we felt really safe and looked after! I will definitely recommend this to my own family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you from all our families!

First of all, appreciate Siddharth for being proactive in sharing necessary information on how to reach the place and clear instructions. He was easy to reach out to and communicate with. House looked exactly same as in pictures. Very neat and clean. We cooked meals, watched TV and had comfortable n peaceful stay. Pocket WiFi speed and connectivity was awesome. As it rained throughout our stay, we didn’t get to enjoy backyard. Would like to visit this place during winters. Patio is our favourite spot, where we all sat for coffee while enjoying rain. All the amenities are available as mentioned. Worth staying and willing to book again in future.

travelling to Kerala to visit our relatives here and do a bit of sightseeing. travelling with my 18 and 21-year-old sons. John's place was located perfectly for our needs. it had three separate bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of common space for us to hang out in together. As a host John is very responsive and provides clear instructions. very helpful to have amenities such as air conditioning Wi-Fi and a very nice washing machine. The beds are on the firm side, but after the first night of sleeping on them I felt 20 years younger. plenty of great restaurants nearby and a small super market in walking distance. the relatively new metro station is also in walking distance which gives great access to the rest of the city. although the town is quite bustling outside, the noise does not seem to come through into the apartment. The area itself is quiet at night. I would highly recommend this place. thanks John for a great stay.

The place itself is beautiful and squeaky clean. They have a beautiful terrace and the location is at a walkable distance to all the amenities that you’re going to be needing for your trip, scooty on rent, restaurant, beer shops etc are all at a walkable distance. The owner also is proactive in solving the problems that were there like the pedestal fan in the outside sitting area was not working, and i told it to the owner, they responded within minutes and an electrician came within an hour of the complaint. The only minute disappointment which i had was with the parking arrangements, the car has to be parked on the streets while it is safe and I have no complaints except for the excessive amount of bird goo that plagued my car. Parking being the only concern the place is otherwise great and does not disappoint in any ways whatsoever.
