We had a good stay at arun's place. The rooms , toilets, kitchen were clean. Arun made the check-in process very easy. My wife was very happy to see the full fledge kitchen, although we couldn't utilize this time. Overall a very good experience

Its a good property, surrounded by corporates. Other amenities like gym and swimming pool are not for guests.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this property. We were there for 5 days and we felt right at home. The place was very well equipped with modern amenities! Smriti is a very responsive host and she provided very clear instructions and was always available for any questions that came up. Staying at this apartment felt like a true home away from home. Moving out of our childhood house was a big transition, but this space made it easier. It was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was well-equipped with charming dishes, making even simple meals enjoyable. Both bedrooms had lovely balconies with breathtaking views, perfect for travellers. One of the most special sights was a serene Buddha statue on a nearby rooftop, glowing beautifully at night. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us extend our stay when needed. On checkout day, an emergency came up, and he graciously allowed us a late checkout. His hospitality truly made a difference. Whether you're visiting for a short stay or need a comfortable transition space like us, this apartment is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of warmth during their stay.

great place walking distance to the beach. swimmable sea. apartment doesn’t have a sea view. but that’s a plus because the seaside restaurants have pounding music in the weekend and the noise doesn’t travel to this apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at Titu's place for my solo workation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to work and relax. Barun's property was a great place to stay in. We stayed for almost an week. The rooms and spaces were exactly as described and true to the pictures, and there were lots of appliances and essentials in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's also an extremely well furnished apartment, and the location is good on it's own too - although as already mentioned, slightly distant from the main city. The check-in process went smoothly as well, and same for the check-out. The sunset view from Yolodoors is great too. Thanks to Barun and his team for hosting me and my family.

I would say we got a great deal. Uday is very hospitable and friendly. Uday's place is worth every penny. Prime peaceful location, clean surroundings, not very far from tourist places and many good restaurants near by. SAPA is just 5 mins away for example which is our favorite place to eat when in Mysore. The house has so much of space. Even with maximum occupancy you will have great amount of space. More than ample amount of beddings & linen, water purifier, AC, kitchen utensils including a mixer grinder, you have everything available. The only effort you have to do is to take your luggages to first floor through a narrow staircase. (there are 2 houses one on the ground floor and the other on first floor, we booked the first floor) But it has ample open airflow. Our pet and toddler enjoyed the stay. We would definitely recommend the place for a short or longer duration, and consider to book it again.
