Silvester's loft stay was more than what we could have imagined off at a prime location. Medical shop at building opposite, Supermarket, Rickshaw stand opp to the building, Enough parking space, walkable to Kadavanthra Metro station. Variety of food options near by and Silvester's terrace was amazing space to chill out.We loved it, Pavana Homes Service Apt will be our first preference for kochi. Thanks, Mrs. Rekha Binoy.

Takbir's place is thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated and conveniently located in relation to historic monuments. Glad I chose her place and hope to return in the future!

I stayed here for 2 days and it was a good experience at this place

The location is very good and place is kept very clean and neat. I had gone for work visit but this one is definitely recommended for family travel also. The staff is helpful too!

Nayani’s place was just perfect. It has all you need, great location and very clean. We have return to Colombo within the same trip and book the same place again. Definitely recommend the place :)

Essentially a designer's home, lovely urban aesthetic and bright which pop are a real plus, we shot a music video in this house and the results were pretty amazing. 10/10 would recommend, and the host is quite responsive and easy to reach.

Ich habe fast zwei Monate hier verbracht und es war eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Farm und der Blick auf den See waren sehr friedlich. Basu und der Farm Manager Giruswamy waren beide äußerst hilfsbereit und immer sehr freundlich. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es immer wieder mal Probleme mit dem Wifi. Als ich Basu davon berichtet habe, hat er direkt am nächsten Tag die Installation einer neuen Verbindung beauftragt - ab dann funktionierte das Internet problemlos. Donny & Doug, die beiden Amerikaner, die mit ihren Hunden auf dem Gelände leben, waren ebenfalls unglaublich hilfsbereit und haben meine Zeit dort sehr bereichert. Ich habe von allen Menschen dort große Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit erfahren, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Ich werde diese Zeit nie vergessen und hoffe, irgendwann zurückzukommen! Danke Basu & Team!

We (6 Adults and 2 kids) stayed at Jose's place for 2 nights. He received us personally and accommodated all our requests w.r.t food preferences, visit to nearby places, suggestions etc. graciously. His property is very well constructed with thoughtful designs particularly in the dining area, washrooms and beds. The property is on a beautiful hill top and has another one coming up next to it as well shortly. He gave personal attention and his caretaker, cook are excellent too. They prepared great authentic Kerala cuisine that was mouthwatering. The food was reasonably priced and worth every rupee. We couldn't however visit the pond since the trek was difficult for kids and elderly. But we loved the place and hope to visit again in future.

Absolutely gem of a person the host…everything about the place is perfect from location to privacy….the caretaker Shravan is an excellent help…will definitely come back again!

Anurag has multiple stays so it’s flexible to choose amongst options available. Location is very accessible and closeby to all the prime spots.

Very good for family stay.Felt like staying at home.Near to the Temple location Room was clean and properly maintained The Pravin host of the homestay had called nearly 1-2 days in advance to confirm my booking and checkin time and again a day before my arrival and had kept the rooms ready and clean for us. I checked in at 5:30 am in the morning he also arranged tea for us. this place is near the Sarveshwar Mahaganpati temple. Ours was a group of 3 people and the home had 2 seperate bedrooms and a big drawing rooms with extra mattresses which was enough for us. The room rent was worth considering the quality of service and the facilities provided. Also,Property owner was kind and helpful Recommend for family stay. They also provide the Scuba Diving, Parasailing & water Sports Activity which we enjoyed a lot.

nice place but not an Airbnb, it is an work station like place, having its own rules and regulations like no guest after 9 pm

Good communication with the host! I liked the place, it feels like a little escape from the busy city! Perfect for 1 person :) one thing that you have to keep in mind when booking - it doesn’t have an AC, only ventilator, which might not be enough on hot days. For me it was still perfect! Would stay there again!
