Exceptional Stay We had an unforgettable experience and breathtakingly beautiful luxury villa! From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. I had a very lovely stay here. The house was absolutely beautiful and as pictured. Revati was an extremely helpful host and was incredibly responsive and polite whenever I had a question. The property is beautiful, very peaceful, beautiful pool and a nice gym. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Umravi Villa! Naman and the team were incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and a rooftop featuring a bar counter, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Special thanks to the caretaker, Sonu, who took care of everything seamlessly. His cooking was amazing, and he made us feel right at home with his humble and attentive nature.

Location is great, place is great, caretaker was very helpful, only one thing that wasn't upto the mark was the pool, it was not clean, and though it was holi and everyone had holiday, we had to clean it by ourselves, please make sure it's clean before check in. Overall place was great, would like to visit again

A huge shoutout to Masud, the caretaker, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His service truly made a difference in our stay. A special thanks to our host, Sharvil Naik, who was always just a call away! His quick responses and helpful attitude ensured that we had a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout our stay. The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

We stayed here for 2 days, the host was very helpful. The place was beautiful and very comfortable.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Never had second thoughts before using any of the stuffs … all over the experience was greattttt….. 🫧🫧🫧🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. Sad to leave - Thank you Elaine and Rory!

Very well located if you want to explore all the fine dining places in Goa like Izumi, Bawei, Jamun and the list is endless . It’s also next door to shopping stores like flames , Rangeela Goa and no nasties . Nice place with access to pool. We travelled with toddler and a kid of 7 years and having a cook around was very comfortable

Great Host, Great Home. Beautiful surroundings, the airport is just minutes away! Recommend 10/10. Squeaky clean and just beautiful!
