I had a great experience staying at Gina's place for an extended stay while on a clinical rotation. She was very flexible about the move-in and offered lots of help and suggestions while moving to the area. It was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. I really enjoyed hanging out and soaking up the sun with all the furry friends on the balcony whenever I had a break. There are lots of great food suggestions in the surrounding areas and each coastal town was an easy drive to see the ocean. Thanks Gina, and I cannot recommend this place strongly enough.

We had a great stay at the Ohana Cottage! It was very peaceful and we enjoyed feeding the farm animals with Chris. If you want to spend time in the Santa Ynez or Los Olivos areas this is the place to go as you feel far enough to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, but close enough to all the towns to enjoy everything. Melani was very responsive and helpful host, can’t wait to come back again soon :)

First, the place is great. It is spacious, the bedrooms are large, and the view is fantastic. Being dog lovers, the highlight for us was Styx the ranch dog who kept us company all weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. The furniture is dated but comfortable. The master bathroom has a heater that made my shower very nice!

This place is as advertised. It’s a cozy little unit on the ranch property that houses a lot of farm and wild animals. It was fun to do our walks around the ranch picking fresh eggs with the host, amazing access to do a little harvest from their nana’s garden & watching the animals around with the kids. We also did the safari around their ranch at an added cost which the kids loved and we also got to feed the goats some of our organic kitchen scraps. All in all a very good family getaway. The host’s daughter, Emilee was wonderful and very pleasant to interact with. She was very kind with my kids and always made sure we had a good stay. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a place to have a small getaway that has that farm/holistic feel this is the place to be. Dogs are adorable as well as all the animals. I’ll be dreaming about this place until I go back.

Sshh, don't tell, Thousand Oaks is a location dream, and Daniels place is an oasis. The bird watching alone, from the sun dappled patio, is next level. Of note, the MCM furniture is the real deal and we as guests, ought treat it with due care & respect.

What a peaceful, beautiful property, with every detail thought out. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace with logs provided, beautiful property to roam and interact with the animals, beautiful views, and pure tranquility. What an amazing refuge for us after a long day of beaching, sight-seeing, and visiting friends. I was even able to comfortably host my sister and niece for 2 days. Everything you need is there, bikes, beach chairs, you name it. Can’t think of anywhere else I would stay while visiting the central coast. Only thing I noticed was needed (very small potatoes, would never affect my positive view of this rental) is ice cube trays for the downstairs freezer. Thank you Sandy and Jorge, can’t wait to stay again next year!

Everything was as expected, clean, easy to find. Close to the freeway. We had a very quick stay in and out, so we didn't get to meet the host, and I'm sorry for that. Met who I think was Gretel the barn cat sweetest thing in the world. Would definitely return.

We felt right at home and Theresa was an A+ host. The casita and her farm are private and welcoming for a quiet getaway. My 9-year old loved biking on the paths down the road and we both enjoyed meeting the farm animals, and relaxing in the cozy, clean, and well-appointed casita. Theresa has truly left no stone unturned in creating this little haven. Our stay was a pleasure, thank you for everything, Theresa!

Our second stay was just as amazing as our first. This farmhouse is so special...and waking up to the views, incredible. We love the Santa Ynez area and hadn't visited before in March...everything is so green and lush. Made the views so much more spectacular. A few things to note that I'm not sure I mentioned in my first review. The shower alone is worth a stay. It's incredible...and the bathtub is a close second. The Quince sheets are a dream and smelled amazing. Walking the grounds early morning is the best way to wake up. The hammock at sunset. The goats and the alpaca. :) Cooking in Erin's well-equipped kitchen is a dream. Aside from the house. We love coffee at Queen Cup Coffee and Mattei's Tavern for breakfast, and Good Seed Coffee in Solvang. Everything is max a ten-minute drive. *We also went to Ostrichland. My 10-year-old said, "it's worth it". We'll be back soon. Thanks!

This is one of my favorite AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in! We had a girls trip here and Chancelor went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The house was amazing and we felt right at home with more than enough space for everyone. The property was so peaceful with most incredible views - and our favorite part was all of the adorable animals that we got to meet and feed. I would absolutely stay here again, thanks for having us!

The place was amazing - we loved the scenery of the longhorns, the layout of the home, all amenities were provided in order to make breakfast, have coffee, etc. Everything was clean, secure, and easily accessible. We truly enjoyed the stay, especially waking up to the beautiful scenery and watching the longhorns in the front of the home.

We really enjoyed staying here. Chrystine was friendly and responsive, we felt welcome and comfortable in the house, and it was a great home base for a number of activities in Santa Ynez and the surrounding area.

We were so grateful to Heidi accommodating our new family of 4 (2 month old baby) on our first trip, especially as our request was last minute. We found the local recommendations very helpful as well as her thoughtful call to make sure the GPS took us the right way. 5 stars is just not enough. The location is fantastic! It is quiet, serene, and extremely relaxing! The cabin was nothing short of just charming! Check was a breeze, the place was spotless clean, and we were surprised to see a fully stocked snack bar, a welcome gift, and a welcome note. We felt right at home! You get so much more than just a quiet stay at a cabin. There are great trails to walk, do outdoor exercises, and if you're an animal lover, there are animals that you can see and pet right inside of the property! Also, we had farm fresh eggs in the fridge that they put for us! You get everything you need and don't have to make a trip for anything! But what truly made our stay special here were the hosts. Mark & Dorothy are the some of the most down-to-earth people me and my fiancé have ever met. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We genuinely feel like we entered as Airbnb guests, but are leaving as friends. We loved it here and will definitely be back!

This vacation home fit the our needs perfectly. We were two couple in Paso for tasting and winery visits. The home was super private with a large parking area. The two large bedrooms, each with its own full bath, made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied for everything we needed to cook a nice meal. The kitchen table allowed us to sit comfortably and play a game of cards. Joey and Sarah were great host and were easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this home and consider it for our next stay in Paso!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and family-friendly Airbnb! The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was perfect for both kids and adults, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of space to relax. The location was ideal—just a short drive to downtown Paso Robles, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a real sense of privacy on spacious grounds in the hills. The host was incredibly responsive and proactive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Kim, who helps manage the property and animals—she was absolutely amazing! Warm, welcoming, and fantastic with both the kids and adults, she made it such a memorable experience by introducing us to the alpacas, pigs, chickens, and goats in a fun, personal way. We’d absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with charm, comfort, and a touch of farm life.

We had an amazing time! This was such a great stay and we will definitely come back one day. This house was very dog friendly. It was easy to get Ubers to pick us up. Downtown was a short drive away. I would recommend this stay to those who are looking for more privacy.

" Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it's home from work we go..." This property is indeed a storybook cabin that sits on a secluded hilltop teeming with wildlife. Nestled just between the 2 large lakes of San Antonio and Nacimento, the sweeping views of the entire area are unmatched. We woke up to deer soaking in the rays from the morning sun in front of the kitchen window, rabbits hopping around the garden, ground squirrels racing while the long horn cows and horses grazed peacefully. Even more impressive - hardly an insect in sight besides the occasional moth that few too close to the flames of the outdoor fire pit as we star gazed in the evenings. The actual cabin was equally impressive. Besides the ingenious artistry and design, the amenities and personal touches throughout the home were exceedingly thoughtful and considerate. Stocked kitchen, ton of large towels, soaking tub.. Although temps were averaging around 40 degrees in the evening, we stayed toasty and comfortable. * Magical *

It was a great place for a quiet retreat from the city and daily visits to the Orthodox monastery nearby.

This place was absolutely amazing! Between the view the homey feel and the lovely hosts we felt that this trip was overall incredible. The sky at night is a huge plus!! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use. We will definitely be going back when we get the chance! So peaceful!

Jade’s place is a gem. The design and interior is beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. The location is amazing. The views stunning. I highly recommend this place.
