We had such a wonderful time enjoying Cather estates! The home had everything that we needed and Naomi was a fantastic host. She was responsive, accommodating, and timely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Two families in one house (7 of us) and it always felt like we had more than enough space. The kids got up to play with the toys Livna informed us about. The home itself is nice/comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Livna is a great host who always responded quickly and made sure everything went smoothly.

I can honestly say the cleanest vacation stay I've ever had. I have very high standards and every one was met. I could not fault it. The host is incredibly responsive. Everything has been thought of from games, to assisted shower access, too high chairs, to baby cots, to bathroom toiletries with extra touches like make up wipes and cotton ear buds. Loved the Christmas tree as an extra touch and my kids loved the squirrel hunt in the pictures on the walls. Highly Recommend!

It was so nice staying at Denis' beautiful space. The house is so charming, clean and comfortable to spend time in. The backyard is idyllic and totally gorgeous. I also appreciated how accommodating the host was to my last-minute requests, and how quickly he responded to my messages. Highly recommend this spot!

Jeff's place was perfect for our stay in Lake Havasu. Beds were comfy and lots of space. The back yard was awesome. It was a little too cold for us to enjoy this trip but summer would be a blast! And easy drive to the lake. 10/10 would recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Pasadena, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Juan's place was great! Check in instructions were clear and the house was extremely clean and inviting. Amenities were basic but just what I needed for a quick weekend visit to LA.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

My husband and I stayed for a month., visiting family five minutes away. When we checked in, the place was immaculate! Plenty of towels, paper supplies, etc. We especially appreciated the beach/pool towels. The location is very convenient- walk to a grocery store, CVS, and other spots. Easy access to beaches and other attractions (Sesame Place, San Diego Zoo, Aquarium, etc.) The parking spot is as close as it could get. Kitchen equipped with all the basics. Bedroom furnishing a little sparse- only one nightstand in each bedroom- so we moved the nightstand from the second bedroom into the master. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Loved spending afternoons by the pool/hot tub. The grounds are very well maintained. Laundry facilities (just two buildings away) were clean and well-maintained. Never had to wait for a washer or dryer. Check in was a breeze. Definitely recommend 1669 Live Oak!

It's a nice place to stay. Very close to Carlsbad, Oceanside and the 78. Makes travelling to Vista and Esondido very convenient.

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

I will definitely be staying here again if I ever get the chance. An amazing and clean home

I was seeking refuge from home as I had been stuck for 8 weeks taking care of a loved one who broke his hip. Loved to help but hard work. This place was perfect. It was a great setup - nice kitchen, bedroom (mattress), bathroom. Well stocked. Nice for my dog. And easy access to all the places I like to go in SLO. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Great location, walkable to everything in San Diego, especially the beach. All the amenities were exactly as described. We’d definitely book this place again. The garage is VERY tight. We had a Ford Explorer and it did fit but takes a lot of expertise to back it into the garage. A full length mirror would’ve been nice but that’s nitpicking.

Amazing location and spot to really get away and enjoy the SoCal beach lifestyle. Helpful touches to have access to beach chairs and ice in the freezer - will be back!

Had a wonderful stay! Perfect for two people. The proximity to the beach and garage full of toys were definitely the highlight. I have never seen an Airbnb with so many free offerings to its guests. Literally everything you could ever want for a beach activity is available in the garage. We took two of the bikes and had a wonderful ride along the beach. Only slight inconvenience were the guests in the condo above had kids and you can hear lots of footsteps, but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Such a beautiful place. Had a great time. The place was clean, very comfortable, and in an excellent location—perfect for exploring the area. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to the host’s clear and easy instructions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Oceanside!

Jesse was extremely proactive in reaching out to me to confirm my early arrival request. He was very clear with his directions and instructions and prompt to respond when I reached out to him. The unit was exactly as described and not only checked off all of the boxes that we had, but included some additional bonuses. Great value, right off the beach, first floor, washer and dryer included, with two parking spaces. That is pretty much unheard of in that area! Should I need accommodations in San Diego again, I will absolutely reach out to inquire if Jesse's place is available again.

The place was great. It is located within 15-20 mins of all the places we visited on our stay. Place is very clean, very peaceful.

Easy access to groceries store. Nice quiet place. Very welcoming host.
