Our family had an amazing time and regretted that we didn’t book for a longer stay. The house was amazing and the pictures do not do justice for this Home. Seeing the home in person, it is amazing. The game room was better than we had expected, and the kids loved it. The backyard was perfect for slope sliding. And the location was perfect. AJ responded promptly to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this home.

The location was perfect, really close to the lake, which made it easy to head out every day without much planning. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was definitely our favorite part, super refreshing and great to just hang out and relax after being in the sun all day. Kamryn, the host, was amazing. Super friendly and always quick to respond if we had a question or needed anything. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a good experience. Overall, we had an awesome trip and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Havasu!

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

Nice place, good communication. The driveway is steep for boat parking but there is room at the bottom of the driveway. I would stay again.

Very peaceful location, super clean and comfortable. My kids loved collecting shells on the beach and water was comfortable for swimming, even in early October. Don’t make the mistake that I did, thinking it is located in Needles, CA. It’s actually about 45 minutes south, with only one real restaurant (and one bar), as far as we could find, and no regular grocery stores. The market was great, though- surprisingly reasonable prices.

Kyle’s place is beautiful, we had such a great time! We definitely want to book Kyle’s place again sometime next year, not only was his house beautiful, the location was perfect! Thx Kyle!

This was the second year in a row that we rented the house. It suits our needs perfectly. The grandkids love having their own room downstairs and the toddler bed in the master closet is a great addition. The deck is spacious and great for eating dinner, relaxing and watching the wildlife. The private dock is ideal for the boat, fishing and jumping into the lake. Our family had a great time and made many memories. Hoping to come back again next year!

We had such a great time staying in Bombay Beach! It’s such a unique place filled with amazing art and character. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, offering tons of great local recommendations and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re looking forward to coming back :)

The location was perfectly centered in Lake Havasu making many things within walking distance and you could get almost anywhere within the city within 10 minutes. The other residents were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Danielle contacted us the evening we checked in to make sure everything was what we expected. It was great to have the walking path right outside of our gate. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch all of the boats go through the channel. We would definately come back!

We stayed for one night, just passing through on a long road trip. We were just looking for a clean and comfortable place to spend the night. We got that…and so much more. We watched one of the most incredible sunsets over the river, desert, and mountains followed by a fantastic dinner off the grill. The hosts were extremely gracious and friendly, and treated us like true guests.

The home was perfect for our family Christmas. Our kids loved the outdoor fire pit and board games. Home was perfectly described as an antique home with very a lot of detail in the home still. We will definitely be booking again

For cooking enthusiasts, this home is a dream! The kitchen was fully stocked, so we didn’t need the extra cookware we brought. A testament to how thoughtful the hosts are. The entire home is impeccably designed, with every detail considered to ensure comfort. You can book with confidence knowing this space feels like home. Fair warning: your spouse may leave inspired to recreate the décor or amenities at home! 😄 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, scenery, well-equipped getaway.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cynthia’s charming cottage. The home was beautifully appointed, and Cynthia was exceptionally kind, even allowing us to check in early. I truly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the opportunity to make coffee with a percolator, which was a special touch for me. The location was perfect—right across from the lake and just a short walk to the village. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be returning!

Carolyn’s place is well-stocked with towels, sheets and blankets. The second bedroom is more like a second living room, without closets, shelves or mirror. The location, directly across from the hot pools and horseshoe arena, and a four-minute walk to pickleball courts, is fabulous with a lake view. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything. House is bright, and the skylight in the bathroom is a great touch

Our stay at this beautiful cottage was wonderful! Jades instructions were so clear and very helpful to reference throughout our stay - so were her recommendations! We were a family of 3 adults, a toddler and our pup and her place was perfect for us. Her welcome note and gift upon checkin was so thoughtful and made us feel at home. The cottage was very clean, comfy beds/couch and her kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and it was so incredibly helpful that she had stuff for toddlers too like a highchair, toys, baby gates, pack n play and more. Both decks were beautiful to enjoy morning coffee in the sun if it’s not too cold. Was just a short walk to the lake and a short walk to local restaurants, coffee shop and a grocery store. Lake Arrowhead Village, Santa’s Village and other amazing restaurant are less than a 15 mins drive. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jade!

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!

Excellent house, matching perfectly the description on the announcement. Very clean and organized with comfortable bedroom and fully functioning kitchen. What makes this really special is the attention on details by the host, who left all the amenities we needed for the stay and even left the air conditioning turned on a few hours before we arrived. It is located is a very nice and peaceful resort and a beautiful region.

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!
