This is a real-deal airbnb. I really appreciated the feel of the host being right there and ready if I needed anything.

Charming guest suite in a great neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Jane and David's suite is lovely. Everything one could need is there. It looks very nice, decorated in white in blue, and it is comfortable and clean. A large part of their garden is included in the Airbnb, with sitting areas. It is very quiet. We felt completely " at home ", coming back every day after having been to the beach, the botanical gardens or visiting San Diego. No flaws, just good things to mention. We will come back with great pleasure !

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Veronica's place! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was exactly as described, if not even better—spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful touches, like coffee supplies and snacks, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short drive from things to do, and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. I loved the little outdoor space, which was so peaceful and the kids had a great time playing Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything I needed. They were always available for any questions, but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy my stay. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled weekend.

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

Micki was a terrific host! She provided lightning fast communication, clear instructions, and helpful recommendations. The flat was cozy, the beds (including the sleeper sofa) were VERY comfortable. And the deck, pool, and hot tub were simply amazing. I HIGHLY recommend her Airbnb, and should we ever return to San Diego, we will stay with her again without hesitation. Our stay—from start to finish—was perfect! Thank you, Micki, for a fantastic stay!

Rose was the best host someone could ask for . The place is very spaced out and clean perfect. The price is very well worth it . We enjoyed the scenery and all the great things rose provided for us as well . Would definitely stay here again !

Rachel and John were super welcoming and provided enough space, privacy, and even went the extra mile by providing local guides, and also inviting us to enjoy of the extra amenities and natural features at their home. It felt like being at our own home. Communication and responses were always prompt and clear. They even accomodated and provided an extra portable foam mattress for me, since my teenage daughter sleeps pretty crazy all night, and will not share a bed anyway (emphasis on "teenager" 😅). Closed-in parking a super plus! Their side of town has so much history and museums to visit, a pier, a calm beach, Santa Catalina Island overview (and planned/paid trips there, via boat) Marinas, free Aquarium, and restaurants at walking distance (about 20 minutes in any direction). L.A. is within 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic (Hollywood, Santa Monica, popular attractions, etc.). I loved the historical and peaceful San Pedro. So quiet. Calm. Walkable. Thank you! Will visit again!

This is a great place, with plenty of room for a group that is going to stay a short while. The beds were LUXURIOUS and the three of us slept very well. There were lots of blankets and towels and everything was easy to find. The decor is lush and highly comfortable, including the bathroom which is tiled with stone. It was my daughter, my nice, and myself and we found the place just right. With an earlier arrival, we would have set outside on the very welcoming patio. I would definitely stay again - and plan to!

Overall, great stay if you’re planning a trip to Santa Barbara. Very close to all the local restaurants and fun activities. The place was nice and cozy. Felt like a small home away from home. Our host was very helpful and very concise with details of the stay. I recommend this place if you’re going to be in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara.

This was our 2nd stay and it's still a great place! Comfortable beds, super shower and a kitchen with what I needed for the 2 dinners I made. You're close to Eldred Street Stairs, a real uphill slog, but worth it!

I stayed here for one night and I was sad to leave! The place was clean and beautiful, both inside and out. There were even snacks and toiletries. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely stay here :)

This place is very quite and peaceful, but yet in town. We love the fruit and the nice baked scones! Town is right down the road if you need anything.

Great weekend stay in a beautiful location with friendly hosts

Everything was easy and perfect during our stay. Evan is great at communicating and has all the information you need right when you check in. The only downside is the neighbors on top. It is a small complex on a hill so unfortunately you could hear everything. Still a great host nonetheless.

Jodi and her little oasis are wonderful. If you're looking for something comfortable and peaceful near LAX, this is it. The pantry was well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the place was perfect all around. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a few nights to explore San Diego. This home is close to downtown and Balboa park both around 10-15 minutes. Parking is tough on the driveway designated spot, especially with a lower vehicle. There is plenty of street parking for free which is nice. Overall, the host was very responsive and we had a good time.

Stayed at Stacie and Brian's place for a couple weeks with three kids under 6yrs old. It was the perfect location for us and was stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. There was plenty of parking room for our two large vehicles and the space is very private and in a quiet area. There was some construction work going on next door but it was a very clean job site and not noisy at all. Very thankful to come across great hosts like this!
