Everything was excellent with Amber’s unit and just what we were looking for to extend our stay in beautiful Pismo for our family of four. I will definitely reach out to Amber next time we need a unit like hers. A+ transaction.

Ricardo's place was very clean, conveniently located, and the host was responsive and helpful! Instructions to check in are very clear and easy to follow, and parking is easily accessible. The AirBnB was centrally located in SD making it a good homebase to explore and branch out from. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, washer dryer, and hot tub were all very new and clean. I would stay here again! The only thing I would mention is that the room was quite humid at times, but the wall AC/heat unit helped with that. The host was responsive to our questions about checking out, and the check-out process itself was easy and not excessive.

First time in San Diego and certainly not the last. The views from the condo were amazing.

Many thanks to Renee for being such a great host! We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was as described, the location was perfect, and the house was quiet, clean and comfortable. Only thing to note is that the driveway is very steep! If you plan on parking on the street, make sure you are able to climb a short, sharp incline to access the home.

stayed with our two boys, 8 and 3. clean, easy to access, great comms from the host. tons to do in the area, good access to the bay and easy walk to the park. Kids loved Belmont Park and the beach. great place to use as a base in Mission Beach!

I was visiting a friend whose home began renovations, so we picked this space because of its location, living spaces, and aesthetic. I needed to work remotely from the East Coast so used the kitchen as my office. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, surrounded by a bunch of homes and hotels. It was a quick walk to the waterfront and the warf where we could watch sunsets on the beach. We needed to extend the stay and they were kind enough to give us a discount. Comparing options, the hotels nearby seemed cheaper but hidden resort fees made this the better option with significantly more space and a parking spot in the back. The bed was super comfy and the living room / kitchen were well equipped. The only issue was that when we arrived, the blinds to the patio that faces the street were broken. Melanie was responsive and sent someone to fix it but they didn't have replacement blinds, so we just kept them open. Great stay overall!
