Super clean, cute house!! Very comfortable- beds were great. Back yard was small and backed to a major road, but didn't bother us. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was exactly as the BNB listing. House was clean and very well taken care of. I was in Arizona for business. I didn’t have time to use the pool or home amenities. I checked in late on a Saturday night and neighbors behind had blaring music at 1030 pm. The remainder of my stay was quiet. Thank you.

This is our second time at this house and we really love it. Location is awesome, rooms and furniture are comfortable and homey, great back yard and the hosts are so friendly and responsive. Look forward to coming back again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! Joerg was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. The home is thoughtfully appointed and our family had a wonderful stay. We loved all the outdoor spaces and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting. It was lovely and the best rental experience we have had. Joerg gave wonderful suggestions and recommendations that were helpful as we explored the area.

Grant was an exceptional host. the airbnb felt like a home away from home while we were having renovations to our house. Gated, quiet neighborhood with great walking paths for the dogs and a nice playground for the kiddo. Backyard chaird were falling apart due to weather and the host replaced them within days. Extremely accomodating with last minute reservations and extensions. Probably the best stay I've had on the app.

Rebecca’s cozy home was perfect for our visit. It’s located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. Checking in and out was super easy. The home was comfortable, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The large backyard has a tall privacy fence and was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio. I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely a five star home!! Our family booked with Billy during our stay in California, and we couldn’t ask for a better host. Billy, has been the best host we have had! This beautiful home looked better in person, it was perfect and super welcoming! Everything we needed, the home had. We had an incident with my dog and Billy was so caring, understanding and super professional. Words can’t describe how appreciative our family is with Billy! I truly recommend Billy as your host!

Unit was as described. Instructions were detailed and clear. Derek was quite responsive and friendly. The location was super convenient to walk to my conference downtown, but also get to the highway to escape the city. I'll certainly be back.

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

Easy parking and entry into this sweet and private spot in La Mesa. The bed was extremely comfortable and met our needs for a brief stay in San Diego. The host and co hosts were kind and responsive!

Great host & hostess! Lovely property! Note that they have multiple suites and live on the premise so there may be others using the yard also. Coffee and a few beverages were provided, there’s a small assortment of seasonings, and cooking oil. Kitchen is equipped with basic dishes and cookwear, note there is no oven in the “cottage” where we stayed, but there is a cook top and microwave. There was shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and laundry detergent - although we had brought our own. Bbq is great, pool is great, large yard. Loved having the citrus trees on site - fresh juicy oranges off the tree and lemons for lemonade. As well as grapefruits. Fridge with ice & water dispenser is a plus too. There’s a good assortment of brochures and recommendations available. Beautiful area to walk, although no street lights so it is very dark after sunset. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this property!

This was a very pleasant place to stay for a weekend getaway to San Diego. Parking was safe and easy, simple electronic access to the unit, and the location offered many walking options for coffee and meals. The u it is centrally located for easy access all over town.

Beautiful location right at the base of Ventana Canyon with amazing views of the canyon and overlooking the city. Comfortable, cozy, convenient condo layout with nice kitchen and all updated. Good facilities in the complex including pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball. Only negative is the bed in the master bedroom; very soft and uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent.

This was our second monthlong stay and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. Bungalow M is beautifully decorated and comfortable with every amenity we needed. The location is perfect, quiet, and easy to get to restaurants and sights. The pool area is peaceful and not at all crowded. Communication with host is excellent both before our stay and during. If we are lucky enough to return to Palm Springs, we will book here again for sure!

When we first walked in the condo was very inviting. Felt like home. We loved the basket of blankets because the dessert is cold at night. We loved sitting outside waiting for the golfers and watching them play. Very peaceful. Beds were comfy and the towels were bath sheets. Easy to use the temperature control. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Lovely location.

Alice was very helpful during the booking, before checkin and throughout the full stay. The place was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and descriptions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Both bathrooms were set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We had the twin beds put together as a king and still had space to move around Would definitely recommend this place.

This is our third time staying and won’t be our last. We love how quiet and peaceful this complex is, and the condo has everything we need; nothing is short-changed or poor quality. The weather did not cooperate this trip and we had one unseasonably rainy, cold day for which we were unprepared. Fortunately, there were 2 umbrellas in the condo for our use. Thank you Toby, for thinking of everything. We only wish it had 2 bedrooms so we could bring friends or family.

Great place to stay on our beach vaca! The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the location was unmatched- right on the beach!

We stayed with two young children and the access to the beach was unbeatable. There’s also a small market and a couple of restaurants just below the facility - we tried them all and they were great. The secure parking was a cinch and was easily accessible and the place itself was stocked with all the essentials, including extra towels for the beach and jacuzzi. Cannot recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again.
