Mary and Tony were amazing and attentive hosts and you can’t beat the location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches in every direction. We were there over New Years Eve and on top of a little welcome basket, they provided us with New Years hats and noise makers for the festivities. Very thoughtful. We were traveling with our 11 month old and I was very grateful that the they had a pack n play and baby tub (they only have a shower at the Airbnb, so baby tub was a necessity!). The stairs up to the Airbnb are steep, but they do have a baby gate. I didn’t really trust the gate, so kept my little one away from that area altogether (I would maybe recommend a gate that bolts into the wall for better security). We had everything we needed there and felt very much at home. We will definitely stay there when we come back. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mary and Tony!!! :)

Best airbnb experience I have had so far Forsure. Great view . Directly on the beach. Super close to food. And lots of tools in the kitchen to be able to cook.

We really enjoyed the location. Super easy little walk to the beach. A lot of people out enjoying themselves. Got lucky with decent beach weather for March. Very friendly community. Dan’s place was perfect for our little group. Front deck was great. Toys for playing in the sand and water provided. We ate the best tacos ever at the “Sandbar “ restaurant. 3 times! Hopefully can get back to this sweet spot again next year.

I was familiar with the area before I stayed & was glad to find a place in this location. I've stayed in this and the adjacent unit several times. It's an easy walk to restaurants & stores. The unit itself has what you need for a great stay, it's clean and comfortable. The property manager, maintenance & cleaning crews are fantastic when I've needed to interact. In fact, I had an issue with my rental car & they were patient & helpful while I dealt with roadside assistance when I should have already been off the property. Lovely people, all of them. At the north end of Mission Beach near Pacific Beach, it can be lively some times of the year but I've never had issues with too much noise, even in warmer months. Parking is easy & fits our 4-runner which is a great benefit at the beach. Blackout shades on the bedroom windows block outside light, the beds are comfy. As with other ground floor units, you can hear people above you when they are there but nothing out of the ordinary.

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

This spot is perfect for a group visiting Pacific Beach. Super close to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants and bars that surround it. This spot was great for hanging out at during down time, and was a great home base for our beach-going weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while visiting PB!

Had an amazing stay. Amazing host, extremely friendly and always quick to respond. The place was just as seen in pictures and described, steps from the beach.

We stayed a wonderful month at Cristian and Michele's place. Though not directly on the ocean, it has amazing views of the water just past the empty lot in front of the house. Plus there's direct access to the long beach a half-block down the street. Taking walks along the ocean with my dog was a highlight of my visit. The house is well equipped for long-term stays, and the hosts thoughtfully left a good supply of fresh water to get us started (as well as coffee and snacks). It's close to shopping but feels very private. I'd highly recommend and love to return when it's a little warmer.

When we walked into the house we were greeted by the stunning view of the ocean. It was all we could hope for. There was ample room for our family to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. And the beds were comfortable! The community is super quiet and and beach access couldn't have been easier. We'll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time in Rosarito. The home was beautiful and the beach was amazing. The hosts were helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for three weeks. It was wonderful. The place was neat and cozy. Walkable to restaurants, stores, museums, and, thrilling to this midwesterner, about a 90 second walk to the beach. Felt totally safe walking around at night. Communication with Rachel was great, and Pete who managed the property responded immediately and was full of helpful suggestions, from where to order pizza to where to get my car fixed. Really enjoyed my stay, and would love to return some day!

This place is exactly as described. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the location and the apartment had plenty of room for us. It is close to the beach and downtown Ocean Beach. Plus it is only two blocks from the bus line. Jim and Sha-Marie were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! We really felt safe and secure in the gated community. We loved the view and the walkability to all the shops and restaurants. The space itself was very clean and tidy. It fit 6 of us very easily and felt like more than enough space.

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Maria was always available when I needed to speak to speak to her. She is a warm and professional person. The place was just beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was easy. The ocean view was magical.The place was quiet and restful. We are coming back in May for my birthday. I can’t wait to return. It is the ideal spot to vacation. I would recommend anyone to schedule a vacation with Maria.

This place is everything I was looking for: Basically beachfront. VERY close to really good food. Relaxing- Could hear the waves while I sleep. VERY clean. Quiet. Reasonably priced even though what I’m looking for is always at a high cost. If you’re looking for good places to eat: This studio is right next door to Harbor Fish & Chips. Across the street from Better Buzz for good coffee. Down the street from really good OG spots like… Knockout Pizza is a hype up. Go to Paradise Pizza instead. Chins Szechuan for San Diego’s best Chinese food. Prontos Market for the best sandwiches and Italian snacks/sides. Handel’s Ice Cream And if you’re fancy- Campfire & Wildland. You have designated parking in an area where people would kill for parking. And so if you take a drive a little further, there’s the Windmill Food Hall for variety of eats and people watching. Just stay here. They don’t ask for much in price nor do they give you a long list of chores like some airbnb’s do nowadays.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

We loved this place so much that our entire group are already planning our trip back! You can't beat the location and comfort of this place. Located just a few mins walking from the beach and Papas & Beer, it was absolutely perfect for our stay. There was plenty of restaurants and vendors near by as well! The place is decorated very nicely and is equipt with everything you need to have a great weekend getaway or stay for longer! The host was very responsive and extremely flexible. We greatly appreciate Carlos & Liz for making us feel at home and taken care of. THANK YOU!! We can't wait to come back!

This home was extremely beautiful. The morning of I reached out to the owners and they were kind enough to provide a early check-in for me and my boyfriend. All the main restaurants are eight minutes away from the property and it’s very private. We also got provided with a local market that could deliver for us, which was amazing and great for those who don’t want to leave the property. Communication was greatly appreciated throughout our stay, and we will definitely be booking again.

Excellent stay! Condo was clean and roomy for our family of 4. Loved having the two twin beds for the kids. Seating was comfortable and while a bit used it was adequate for our stay. Host was very responsive and provided excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.
