This little bungalow was perfect for our family of 4!! We lucked out with the best location and we were able to walk to the beach in about 2 min and walked everywhere during our trip. Sean was very fast with his responses and super helpful! We visited one of the suggested restaurants twice during our stay! We absolutely loved it and hope to be back again soon!

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.

Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 4 semaines (visite des grands parcs américains de l’ouest) par deux journées idylliques dans une des locations d’Arabella (Myrtle). En lisant les commentaires je craignais que ce soit bruyant. Mais moi qui suis une maniaque du bruit, j’ai très très bien dormi. Ces cabanes en bois sont chic, ont du caractère et un confort et charme incroyables. J’aurais adoré rester plus longtemps, j’ai cru être au paradis. Mon mari et 3 grands ado sont aussi tombés sous le charme de ce logement et de Laguna Beach super bien situé. Je le recommande vivement.

Best deal in balboa Newport area. The location is absolutely perfect. Not a better place to stay

Dan’s house is in an awesome location that allowed us to walk to restaurants and see sunsets in just a few steps. We could relax on his porch, feet by the fire and listen to the waves. His house has all you need- we will definitely be back!

The cottage was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend! John and Kimberlee were wonderful hosts who provided just enough guidance and conversation to make us feel welcome yet free to use the space. Steps from the beach and restaurants made it easy to walk to almost anything, while longer trips to Balboa pier were possible on the bikes provided! Thank you so much for helping make our trip perfect!

Elizabeth was a great host. I was traveling for a conference in San Diego with my wife and I wanted to be away from city and traffic. Elizabeth’s place was just the perfect choice for that. 15 min drive to any of my destinations. Quiet neighborhood and cozy. The house was very warm and we loved the decorations, plants, and especially the kitchen design. Would definitely recommend it!

Of course! Here’s a more casual, relaxed version of your review: ⸻ Had the best little getaway at this spot to celebrate my cousin’s birthday! The space might be tiny, but it somehow feels super spacious and open. The way the sunlight pours in through the big windows, mixed with the furniture and color scheme, gives the whole place such a calm, natural vibe. It felt really cozy but also airy at the same time. One of my favorite things was the kitchen—it seriously had everything you could think of: portable stove, oven, toaster, BBQ grill, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bottle opener, lemon squeezer, TWO fridges, and more. It made cooking so easy and fun. Karli was awesome with communication—super friendly and quick to respond. She let us know we could leave the jacuzzi running, and when the blinds’ chain accidentally broke, she was super understanding and chill about it. Overall, such a relaxing stay. Would 100% come back… especially to chill by the fire pit :)

Very clean and private place was a wonderful quiet place to stay while exploring the park. The place is very close to the entrance of the park made going to the park everyday very easy. Nice town and close to Joshua tree and yucca valley which are very fun towns with lots of shopping. Highly recommend.

Charming, comfortable, and spotless. The desert is right outside the window. I saw a roadrunner and a bunny from the couch :-) Perfect for taking my mom to the desert for a visit. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful spot. It is a gorgeous property and surrounding area, and the glamping tent is quite comfortable. Quiet, clean, and private. Lauri is very helpful and responsive to whatever you might need. Would recommend.

Chris has been very responsive and has made this stay an incredible experience. This is just the place of peace and quiet that I needed. Cute interior, clean, fast wifi for my remote work, laundry, central and peaceful. I extended my stay and am loving every minute of it.

Janelle's home was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a quick overnight trip.

This place is everything you could ask for and more! Margret is a very accommodating and communicative host. She left us a bottle of wine, extra pillows, extra towels and water and Soda. Kitchen was fully stocked too. The pool and hot tub were an amazing place to relax and unwind, especially at the end of the day. We were there for the Indian wells tennis tournament and it was super close by! We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Margret!
