My family had a great time here! Vanessa was very proactive and had clear instructions for our stay. It’s big enough for a family of 5-6 people, with a room downstairs and two upstairs. There’s a large backyard with a hot tub. Very easy to find and close to the slopes. We are planning to come back this summer!

The log cabin was perfect for a one night getaway. It’s tucked away in the back of the lot and feels very private. The bath tub never ran out of hot water and the heater kept the room plenty warm with the snow outside. We would definitely return. Upon check in, one of the owners was very friendly and explained that the hotel and cabins are under new ownership so there are updates to come. I look forward to seeing what else they do with the place, as it is a great location and close to the village.

Beautiful cabin exactly as pictured. very clean. good for couples getaway. more than 2 people would be a tight fit. Close to the skiing and village. Hosts were proactive and in contact if needed. We would stay here again when we come back to Big Bear

My family and I had a great time at Sarah's cabin. Her cabin is authentic cozy and warm and makes you feel right at home! Everything there was clean and organized and its close to the town while still nice and quiet and private.

This place was perfect for our family! The house was clean, the layout was cute and the hot tub at night was an amazing bonus. The Kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook our meals. Having Goat Mountain near by for hiking was a bonus too. Mark has a special peaceful place here that isn’t far from Joshua Tree. We would love to return someday.

After reviewing several Airbnb’s in big bear, I went with Autumn’s because of a review I read about the large backyard. I wanted a place where I could easily just have my kids play in the snow and sled. Autumn’s backyard gives you access to the National forest so tons of space to explore. There was some snow at the time of our visit but not enough to sled. My kids still had fun making snowballs and trying to make snowmen. The inside was clean and accommodating for our family. It is also not too far of a drive to the local restaurants and shops. Autumn was very response regarding any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend Autumn’s place and would consider returning in the future.

This little cabin was exactly what we needed to get out of the loud busy city of Los Angeles. I needed a little get away after having my baby 6 weeks ago and this cabin was perfect. It was as listed, very cosy, private and Gabby was really friendly at communicating. I traveled with my fur baby as well and Gaby had no issue with it, which is something very important to all fur parents. The kitchen was amazing, it had everything we needed, the best part was the basement, which we spend most of our days watching movies in their home theather. I would definitely book again.

The Cabin was great for my family. We truly enjoyed the cabin. We played games that were available and had some family time in between sporting events. The location is minutes from everything you need. Everything is exactly as described and the host was punctual with answering questions and very nice. We’ve already talked about staying again in this place. It’s very well kept compared to Cabins I’ve stayed in the past.

It was a very comfortable stay; everything we needed was there for us. Jay gave us detailed information about what we could do and where to go. We will stay at the place again!!

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, private, well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We liked the location as it was close to shops and restaurants in The Village. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Brian was a wonderful host and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely amazing time! If the opportunity presents itself, I will DEFINITELY be booking again!

We loved this cabin! The space was very accommodating! The fireplace was delightful and the deck was amazing to look out and see Elk and Deer! We really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable and we loved our stay.

Charming Cozy Stay in the Snow! We had a wonderful stay at this cute little Airbnb in Idyllwild! The space was perfect for two adults (and small pet-friendly too, which was a huge plus for us). The backyard is super big plenty of room to let your pup roam around. We visited during snowfall, and the whole experience felt like a winter wonderland. The home was warm, cozy, and just a short distance from the main village market. Super convenient for grabbing food or exploring local shops. Mario, our host, was incredibly attentive and responsive. He quickly addressed the small issues we encountered and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway!

Amazing stay, the place was clean from the living room, kitchen to the beds. I def would recommend staying here especially if you want to hang out at the village nearby which is only a 5 minute walk. If you board then it’s also perfect for that as BBMR is only 5 minute drive and Snow Valley is a 25 minute drive.

This was a incredible place. If you are looking for a quiet secluded location this is perfect.

It was very cozy and comfortable, it was cold out but it stayed nice and warm inside. The parking space provided was nice and it was close to the town center (about 1 min drive). It had all the amenities you could want for cooking and such. The bathroom was spacious and the water was nice and warm. The bedroom was on the smaller side, but big enough for 2 people and all our stuff we brought. The living area is also nice and it was cool that the tv was on a moveable stand so we could watch from bed or from the bar. We did find the fridge to be quite small but we made it work, If you plan on staying longer than we did I would recommend bringing a cooler with ice just incase. Lisa was very friendly and helpful host and answered all our questions. Would stay again!

Robert's place is a great find. It is within a few miles of both Summit and Big Bear ski lodges. His place is easy to find and has a drive thru driveway which is helpful because it is on a busy street. The house itself was very clean and looks exactly as the pictures do. We had plenty of sleeping space and the couches were arranged so we could talk easily and relax in the evening. The kitchen was remodeled and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Robert!

Highly recommend Amy's place for your stay in Idyllwild! We were a group of 5 friends. The bedroom and bathroom setup makes it a great group place. One bedroom has one bed. One bedroom has two beds. Downstairs bedroom has 3 beds. The views and atmosphere were great. It is quiet and relaxing yet not a far drive from restaurants/things to do. We were there last week of February during a particularly cold spell so some of the previous reviews made us nervous about how potentially cold the place would be. Absolutely no need to worry. Yes, there are fireplaces (and if you'd like to use them, plan to bring your own wood) but they are mostly for ambiance. Every bedroom and living space has a dedicated and well functioning mini split that kept us comfortable and toasty. Plenty of additional warm blankets if needed. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place great game room great location and comfortable beds and great kitchen

This was our 3rd time staying at Matt's cabin. It never disappoints. Matt is responsive and super friendly. The cabin is always a clean, comfortable place to stay. It gets pretty cold in Crestline. When we stayed, the lows were in the high 20s, but with the heating provided and the cozy fireplace, we were VERY comfortable. The shower had GREAT water pressure and the cabin has an EXCELLENT water heater. The kitchen has refrigerator, oven, toaster, blender, utensils/plates and a pretty great stove top, so making a family dinner was no problem. I can see how some might say that the stairs to get up to the cabin can be challenge, but for us, it is doable and worth it for the privacy we got from the street (FYI we are in our mid 40s). This place feels like home as soon as you step into it. To be completely honest, I'd be really disappointed if Matt ever sold this place, because it is GREAT rent!... but on the other hand, I might consider buying it :)

Perfect for a small family. Kids loved it and keep asking to go back!
