This really is a great place to stay in Palm Springs - the apartment is lovely, super clean and with everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, lovely furniture and linens. The swimming pool and hot tubs are fabulous with a very nice laid back atmosphere. All of the downtown bars and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

This place is a gem. Even larger space in person. The security is amazing and we felt well looked after. The location, views, pool, hot tub was honestly incredible!

We enjoyed way too short of a stay in Oceanside. Alina's condo was very comfy, clean, well-equipped, organized & had some lovely decorating details. I love seashells and it looked very personally decorated -- we immediately felt at home. The gardens & pool within the property were gorgeous & I was sad I didn't get time to enjoy -- although I did stroll a tiny bit. It felt like a very safe environment everywhere. We are bicyclist so we had fun riding both the oceanfront walkway (just down the hill) and also the river bike path (just across the road). There is also a nice small patio right outside the living room doors with a lovely view of the ocean. The hardest part of the check-in process was paying attention to Alina's instructions. They were precise but we tried figuring it out w/o reading. (smile) Thanks for hosting us, Alina!

Had a great extended stay at this property in Chandler. Excellent location. All the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. Very good communication before and during the stay. Highly recommend.

THANK YOU to Meridian Condo Resorts for saving my vacation. Another mgmt company (Synergy, Hosteeva, Arizona Vacation Rentals...they go by multiple names) canceled on us a day before we were arriving in AZ, without giving us an actual reason. So after the craziness of dealing with the other company, Meridian fit us in last minute and made us feel very welcome. Meridian's communication is, by far, the best I've ever experienced with any Airbnb. They replied almost immediately and were always bright and cheery. The condo itself is clean, spacious, & stocked with tons of amenities. Beds were comfy. The gym, pools, & hot tubs were clean. The pickleball courts and dog park were a nice touch. The location, walking distance to the Commons & Quarters, was very convenient. Quick drive to anything else. The mid-stay cleaning & restocking service (we stayed 3 wks) was a great surprise. Even if this condo is not available, you can't go wrong with any Meridian property. Hope to be back!

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo - the views are unparalleled and watching the sunset here was absolutely gorgeous. Sue and Makela were so quick to respond to any questions and their detailed instructions made the condo easy to find and navigate. There are so many bedrooms to accommodate space for a large group and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

My family loved our stay at this property. My teenage daughters could hit the beach or shop nearby and we never worried about them. Also, the view is phenomenal from the 3rd floor. A few people said a drawback was the parking lot in front of the complex, but it didn't bother us a bit. You can hear any cars or noise whatsoever because the sound of the waves cancel any outside noise. It was extremely clean and the host is an awesome communicator. We absolutely loved it! We will stay here again for sure.

In a very nice area. Easy to find easy to walk to the beach. Not far from restaurants. The unit is as described. Is small but doable for a couple or solo traveler even with a dog. Sofa could use replacing but otherwise is very nice. Would recommend

We stayed at property for over 2 weeks and loved location!!! Had minor issue with getting TV to work but host sent someone very quickly to resolve. They were polite and very respectful while there! Only “complaint”, if can even call it, was kitchen table was a super cool wine barrel with high chairs. This is as advertised in photos so it wasn’t a surprise! Just we didn’t really think about it when we booked. Would have preferred table to work at but we made it work. There was a table/desk in bedroom but it only had stool that didn’t really work with height of table. Again our mistake not the hosts. Photos are very accurate!!Other than that we loved unit and the area!

The place was better than the pictures. It was very clean, well taken care of and we felt very safe. Great location and within walking distance to Little Italy and lots of things to do. Check in was easy! Would highly recommend to family and friends!

This is my second visit to the Ohana House. I was delighted that it was available and will remain my go to place when visiting Chula Vista. The "big screen" is great. New washers and dryer. Ohana House bath robes. In the heart of the city but a very quiet and secure place. I enjoyed my daily walks to the farm fresh Mexican market just a block away...great morning tamales and pastries. The bed was very comfortable with a great mattress. Of course bed comfort is subjective but having stayed in many places this worked for us. The garage is certainly a plus feature. Restaurants, beaches, shopping and highway access are only a few minutes from the Ohana House. Communication with Andy was fantastic. She is very responsive and knows how to help take the worry out of an AirB&B visit. Forget your toothbrush? No worries ... complimentary dental kits provided. Enjoy!

We had a great stay, the location was excellent and the accommodation was perfect for us. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, spices, coffee station which made cooking at home easy. Love the location of the pool and hot tub from the condo. Nice clubhouse with tennis and pickleball courts. Great location to get to everything we love including golf and hiking. Very pleased with our vacation.

Everything was as described and pictures. Place was great for us to relax after busy days and was centrally located with lots of food options nearby

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the condo - it had everything we needed and we enjoyed the complex amenities as well. We loved eating breakfast on the outdoor deck and the surrounding area is beautiful. We would stay again.

Great place to stay in Palm Springs. Walkable neighborhood, close to downtown and great instructions for arriving and departing. Clean, uncluttered and amazingly stocked with anything you might need. Dietrich, Mary and David are very responsive and wonderful communication. Highly recommend if looking for an amazing stay in Palm Springs.

This condo was all about the location for us. The views, as stated, are amazing! The condo is in a very safe, secure location so there was not any issue leaving the sliders open to hear the sounds of the sea and surf all night long. Greg isn’t a bothersome host however he makes it known he is there if you need anything at all! The grounds are well kept with walkways leading to the ocean, lounge chairs, swimming pools, etc. The sun shines every day and the sunsets are exquisite. We highly recommend Greg’s property at Calafia; without hesitation, we would stay there again.

I would absolutely recommend Brett’s airbnb. It is extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. A home away from home. It is exactly what you see in the pictures only better. Brett is very accommodating and responsive to my messages. I would look no further in booking with another place in the future. We will definitely be coming back here! This is a winner! The unit was immaculate - clean, well-equipped, everything worked. It's so great to have a washer/dryer and two bathrooms, plus tons of fresh towels. The beds were very comfortable, and the blinds/curtains provided perfect sleeping conditions to recover from jet lag. The kitchen was really great. The garage was a nice bonus. Mesa is not really made for walking, but we found it easy to walk to nearby shops. We did not use the pool. The security for the condominium gate and front door were easy to use. The only drawback was that the location of the unit was not obvious when we arrived. It made it difficult to know where to park. This is less an issue with this particular property and more of an issue with this style of condo in general. Thankfully, there is a large map of the property just inside the front gate. We took a photo and walked around a bit to locate the unit and garage. The host was very responsive. Great stay overall.

After being given the run around by the local hotels because of my Aussie credit card I had to find an air bnb at the last minute. Best decision I made…and thanks to those hotels! Communication was great so had no issues finding or checking in. Place was great, quiet and had access to a gym. Bed was comfy and the place felt like home. I’d definitely stay again!
