We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for our needs, quiet neighborhood and easily walkable to Kierland Commons for shopping and restaurants. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and yard games. John is very responsive and quickly addressed any small issues that came up.

We loved our stay at Brandon’s charming and intentionally designed and cared for home. We loved how it felt in the home - creative, authentic, cozy —excellent linen sheets, comfy beds, towels, soaps and kitchen appliances. The best was the outdoor patio pool, lounge chairs, citrus trees, cactus garden, view of the trees and mountains and water fountain. Plenty of spaces to relax and hang out in style. Brandon was incredibly attentive and kind. We hope to come back - a very special place for sure!

This home is truly an oasis. Completely gated/walled and very private, it's well-appointed and beautifully decorated. There are lots of special touches added - from the small amenities in the bathrooms (soap, lotion, mini toothpastes) to the premium streaming services on the TV to the extensive home manual that includes recommendations of area hikes and restaurants. And, the host was a great communicator - very quick and kind to respond. What wasn't noted, however, is the proximity to the approach/departure end of the Palm Springs airport. Airplane nose is very prevalent! Beginning at 0600 each morning - perhaps magnified because of the quiet surroundings - one can REALLY hear the departing and arriving jets. This continues thru the day. It's not a deal-breaker, but should be known/noted. Overall, we enjoyed our long-weekend stay though it felt a little expensive for the value (proximity to town/luxury). TL;DR - we would stay again, but only if other options were unavailable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bryan’s house. Bryan was very proactive in his communication and set expectations for us upon our stay. Throughout the stay Bryan communicated very well and was very pleasant to work with. Bryan’s house was very clean, the amenities were great and the back yard area was wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. We highly recommend Bryan’s house to anyone wanting to visit the phoenix area

More beautiful than the pictures. Strong wifi internet. I would love to return to work here. The sun porch was especially lovely. The furniture and beds were comfortable.

Such a beautiful home and very well maintained. She is such a responsive and helpful host, the location is just right for wanting access to town but still lots of privacy and that isolated feeling. Felt very safe and well maintained. Additionally, the house is just beautiful, with great attention to detail in every room, somewhere you want to just sit and soak up for as long as you can.

We loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated for our desert getaway. We especially loved the AC and ceiling fans keeping us cool through the July heat, and the fire pit and stargazing we did at night. A nice surprise was the nearby dog park that was perfect for our pup!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at Alex’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect - close to grocery store, restaurant and JT park. Communication with Alex was seamless; he was incredibly responsive and polite throughout my stay. I especially loved the comfy beds, modern design, open spaces (inside & out) and detailed home instructions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sara’s place was the best ABB property I have stayed at. Everything was thought of. Her binder provided so much info on the area, we felt comfortable right away. Groceries were a 10 minute uber ride. Her home was clean, very well stocked and in a perfect location. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Endless Summer!! The perfect Cali beach vibe!! We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was wonderful in every way. The parking spot was so convenient, the grounds were so well kept, and the apartment was exactly as described and more. The view is amazing. We loved watching the surfers every morning from our balcony, and the sunset every night! We used the pool, the grill, and the gym. We walked to Oceanside pier in just a few minutes. The place was clean, the personal touches were awesome, and Steven was the best host from start to finish. We will go back!

The stay was very peaceful, the area around was very walkable and there was a lot of cute coffee shops right by the Airbnb.

Sara’s place is the best great Disneyland “secret” and the most kid friendly airb&b I’ve stayed at. My family with a 3 year old and 4 year old loved this place for its calm escape from Disneyland crowds, easy access to the park, playground, and toys on site and great amenities. We will definitely be back!

Aja’s place was just as described!! The place is located within walking distance of a lot! Her communication was outstanding, it rained one of the days that we stayed and she gave us great recommendations to do indoor. We would definitely stay here again if we return!!

Such a beautiful place! The historic building was gorgeous and filled with details. The room itself was renovated, and the light from the windows made it so comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly convenient and stocked up with cookware that was helpful to have. I accidentally left my apple watch, and the host right away sent it over. Definitely recommend this place so much!!!

The stay was excellent, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable and Rafael's attention was extraordinary, without a doubt on my next trip I will return to that same place. Do not hesitate to stay here, it is a great place.

Ryan’s home is very special. It is like stepping back in time in the best possible way. It is such a fun place to stay with the pool and billiards table. It is in a peaceful neighborhood yet close to everything. We didn’t need to use the guest house but it is designed with as much attention to detail as the main house. Ryan provides Nespresso pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is very thoughtful. We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful mid century home. Would love to return someday!

This is a Beautiful condo nested on the edge of a beautiful mountain, the resort is very well kept, clean and enjoyable with the various pools and lots of bougainvillea everywhere. The condo is very comfortable, a nice big sofa and great beds, outside patio and quality furniture. The weather was fantastic and we were able to go on many hikes in the area, note that Joshua Tree is at least a 90 min drive away. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly, we highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay! Clear instructions, super friendly hosts, beautiful art and grounds, and all of the accommodations you could ask for. We had a great night sleep in the cozy beds and loved the beautiful shower and deep soaking bath. Fresh fluffy towels and bright white sheets. Continental breakfast was a hidden perk! And the espresso machine was very well enjoyed. 12/10 will stay again!

Amazing place in La Quinta!! Very clean and spacious for a group of 5 with easy access to the pool! Chat was a great host and super responsive!! Will definitely look to book again in the future!

From the moment we arrived at the Boulders we were delighted by the beautiful villa that greeted us. We especially enjoyed the walking trails on the property and sitting on the patio, surrounded by exquisite, vistas and friendly quail! Our host was very responsive to any of our requests and the time that we spent in her lovely home, will be cherished in our memories forever.
