There were 4 couples that stayed from Friday-Sun. The home was so comfortable for all of us. Huge living area! Two really big master suites. Plenty of room and never felt crowded. The backyard was a real plus, with a beautiful pool and spa which we all so enjoyed. The seating outside was perfect with lounge chairs as well as tables for eating, plus a nice sectional. Even an outdoor bar area with 3 stools! The bbq was great and easy to use. We always felt right at home and had whatever we needed for an awesome time! Easy walk to downtown or a really quick car ride. The communication couldn’t have been better. Our host, James was the best! Quick responses to any questions and made sure we were satisfied. It was so pleasant to communicate with him and we felt like we had a new friend to assist if needed. We all wished we had a longer time at this great home and talked about staying here again. Great experience by all! Thank you!

Our family was so comfortable at Cindy's place. The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked. The extra towels, blankets, games, binoculars, yoga mats, and clear instructions made our visit one of the most relaxing. We loved the privacy, amazing views, night skies, and all of the outdoor seating options. We hope to be back again!

Really enjoyed the stay - unbeatable location near Balboa Park, great updated flat with everything needed for a week working remotely, and very responsive hosts to questions that came up along the way. Would recommend!

Very safe and quiet neighborhood easy access to freeway and easy traffic flow. The house is as shown in the photos. Outside back area is wonderful. Easy communications, Bruce always addressed texts in a timely manner. Very easy check out - just drop keys in mailbox.

Beautiful home and a great place to unwind and relax for the long weekend. Wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the boat and plan on visiting again.

Everything we expected and more. Originally I was worried to book because all the positive reviews had been posted years prior. We stayed for a week June of 2023 and it’s wonderful. Clean, good location, everything you need. Will stay again if we’re in the area.

This was our second stay at Tom and Deb's Pinos Altos Cottage on the Continental Divide. It's a lovely place to stay in a great location. The cottage is very comfortable with passive solar heating (supplemented by a small heater, but we did not need it very much-- the solar heating is very effective), a great kitchen (we cooked all our dinners), a thoughtful collection of books (including hiking guides), and lots of natural light. Hosts were welcoming and responsive. We would happily stay here again.

Exceptional Stay! I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in Newport Beach, California, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Was very impressed with the apartment, very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! We were here for the MLS soccer tournament in Indio, and it was 20min drive only. We had dinner downtown Palm Springs every night and that was a short 15min drive! Arlin was great, checked in with us during the trip to see if we needed anything! Thanks again! We will be back!

Our stay was lovely. All of the rooms were comfortable and had what we needed. There were just enough kitchen accommodations to cook a big stew for after snowboarding all day and the host had the hot tub fixed for the second night of our stay. Overall, great stay and perhaps the area is just so pricey but the rate seemed extreme to me. Would stay again and appreciated the lack of fabric softener smell and convenience of there being enough towels, extra blankets and kitchen accessories.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Hot tub and putting green in back yard were enjoyable. Dave was a great host! We will definitely be staying again next time we are in the area.

Our group of three adults and three children (ages 5, 3, and 6 months) had a great time. The house and surroundings were beautiful, and I hadn't realized how nice the house and decorations (both inside and outside) would be. The location was very convenient to Borrego Springs, to the Anza-Borrego visitor center, and to some park highlights like Font's Point and the Slot. Robin and Paul were both very responsive when we had questions. We saw a road runner on the property several times, along with lots of hummingbirds, and we heard a few coyotes. We would happily stay there again.

Unfortunately I had to come into town under bad circumstances. That being said it was nice to have a large home to come back to and relax when i could. The home is just as featured. Its very large and clean. It certainly could use some updating but it was very functional. Everything worked. Especially the A/C! OMG the A/C was amazing and that's important for AZ. The beds were my favorite. They were so comfy! My sister and I slept so good. The pool was awesome! The neighbors let there yappy dog bark two out of the four nights there so that was disappointing. Also, the trash was set out by parking and over flowing. It stunk and we had to wait till trash day to get rid of it. There was also a fan and a lock that needed fixing. I messaged Misty and she responded right away and set up repair men to come out immediately. She was quick and responsive and very nice. Overall, I would stay there again! Other than the dogs the neighborhood was quiet and home was super comfy. Very pleased!

Jennifer's home was perfect for our weekend getaway. Amazing location looking out over the 10th tee with beautiful mountain views. The back patio gets fantastic afternoon sun and we enjoyed sitting out there, soaking in the sun, watching the golfers, etc. The beds were super comfortable as well. Kitchen is simple and clean with everything you need for a few days. Jennifer was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. We would highly recommend!

We were in Tucson for work and the home was great for the workers. The roomy back yard with the firepit was a great relaxing spot when we were not working. We will stay there again if we need to work in Tucson again!

We had an okay stay. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and we had everything we needed. The building is a little bit older and had a smell. The neighbors had a gathering right outside the window until late at night so it was difficult to sleep.

The home is very tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings for tv viewing, conversation and sleeping. The kitchen is stocked with all the implements one could ever need. For me, pleasant walking distance to the amazing recreation centre, natural setting trails and the grocery store as well as restaurants. All in all a truly amazing venue.

Felt right at home in this nice cozy house. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. The beds were comfortable. Our toddlers appreciated all the fun toys to play with. Would definitely stay again!

Our crew used this home as a stop while completing the peace trail. A little out of the way but was completely worth it. The neighbors were even great even though we were just there overnight. Would highly recommend for up to six adults and we were grateful our adventure dog Wesley, a small yorkie, was welcome to stay as well! The fenced back yard was helpful to enjoy our evening and let him run around after a full day in the sxs.

Naomi and Chris are responsive and thoughtful hosts and have created a uniquely welcoming environment. This is my second stay in this incredible oasis getaway, and I cannot wait for another excuse to come back. Surrounded by the Southwest/ California desert landscape with mountains right in front of you and a vast expanse of layered mountains and desert scrub all round, this is a spot to remember. I had a chorus of birds, the sound of gentle irrigation in the early morning, cactus and palms and flowering trees. I had sun and shade, and a pleasant level of Airconditioning inside, alongside a pristine, comfortable, thoughtfully arranged environment! Wow, what a special place it is. Sparkling clean and beautifully appointed. I had everything I needed. Also my hosts went above and beyond with a special request. Altogether an unforgettable place! Thank you Naomi and Chris

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was exactly what it said it was and well kept. Easy to get in. Came in town for a baseball tournament and the home was very convenient to the park we played at. Cute town and some really good restaurants, very delicious. Overall great stay. Roger was very responsive and quick to fix what he had questions about. Maricopa, AZ was fun!
