Tim’s place was FANTASTIC! It was perfect to celebrate my 40th birthday with some friends. The AirBnb had everything we needed! We adored the space and enjoyed the hot tub every night of our stay. The scenery was beautiful. It was so close to the airport and just a short drive from the grocery stores and downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely worth every penny. Aside from the house being incredibly beautiful and updated, our host Chris was amazing. Very helpful and responsive! It was a large group of us who stayed at the house and we all agree we would stay here again if need be.

This is a GREAT spot with some of the best views in the resort! I Loved enjoying coffee in the deck each morning looking out at the mountains! It’s a very peaceful spot! The hosts were great and had impeccable communication, would highly recommend as the whole experience was great!!!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

Great accomodations for all ages! Pool, spa, pool table, video games, and the cute ride on car was a plus! It was a great surprise to see a high chair and crib provided. Nick and Steve were quick to respond and easy to work with. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Our quick getaway with our daughter‘s birthday celebration at Paul’s Place was a hit! Everything was nearby but far enough to have peace and quiet. Clean comfortable felt right at home with all the enemies from home. Can’t wait till we meet again.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the house. The house is even more beautiful and larger in person. It was very clean and welcoming. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We felt right at home. The big pool and back yard was definitely the highlight of our trip! We are a family of 6 and it was so nice to have so much outdoor seating and space. We spent most of our time outdoors. Always felt safe in the gated community. Igor responded very quickly and kindly to my questions. We would love to come back and stay for longer.

Just finished our stay. Claudia was great, and great at communication. The place was spotless and the kitchen was not only immaculate but well furnished what all the top appliances. They went over and above and beyond. The milk frothed was missing a tube and they ordered and delivered a new one. Who does that? Don’t hesitate to Airbnb this location.

Great house for 4 adult men on a golfing weekend. 2 primary bedrooms and 2 additional queens, huge kitchen, nice outdoor space, quiet location, very close to the airport. Gus was very responsive. Thanks for hosting.

What an amazing weekend! I stayed here with family for a long weekend, and we absolutely loved the place. We had a great time grilling and hanging out by the pool during the day, and watching movies and playing games inside at night. The house was only about 20 mins or so driving from downtown palm springs, so we were able to go out for brunch and dinner in town easily as well. There are plenty of grocery stores in town as well, so bringing food to cook was no problem. Overall, it's a beautiful place and I'm so glad we stayed here!

Plenty of space for our group of eight plus a dog. Comfortable beds. Host was friendly and responsive. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Highly recommend staying at this listing! The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The backyard is amazing. So many lounge spaces. We loved the pool and hot tub. Communicating with Jeff was a breeze - very responsive and friendly.

A truly special Airbnb - calm and serene. The home is bright, clean, and well appointed. Located just a few minutes from PSP airport, it is surprisingly quiet. Inside, the space feels open and airy - we especially loved how the living area opens up to the very private courtyard and pool. Opting for the heated pool was a great decision, allowing us to enjoy in the pool and spa in the evenings while gazing up at the stars. Julien is an amazing host!—highly attentive and generous. We would love to come back!

Inside of place was so great. It’s a quiet apartment complex and really well kept. Nice touch to have waters and a few snacks for us upon check-in. Beds were both king beds and very comfortable. Loved having tvs in each room and living room was spacious and cozy. For the price, it would be really nice to have a designated place to park. Finding parking on the street was very challenging and maps takes you to the back of the apartment complex, so that was confusing to find the actual villa. A few more pots and pans would also be nice for cooking. Overall, a great place!

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local activities but still quiet and relaxing. Eric and Neda were incredibly welcoming and exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

Armen and Suzy provided a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for us on very short notice. Suzy was extremely responsive, provided clear instructions, and addressed our concerns/needs. Great hosts.

Wonderful, quiet location! Loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing the big horn sheep. Comfortable beds, lovely clean home, kitchen very well stocked. We ate in most nights and the kitchen had everything you could want to prepare a meal. We would definitely come back. Ryan and Darnie were very responsive to our inquiries...very gracious hosts!

Great host! Had some extra charges for the property that felt unnecessary but it was quant and was good for what I was looking for. Great little spot to relax and do nothing for the weekend!
