Tomo and Akemi were very accommodating when we had to extend an extra night. They are very responsive and clear instructions. It was a great find with 3 full baths as we had a big group. Lots of convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and very walkable to 2 train stations. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect vacation stay. 2 bedrooms with 4 mats to sleep on. The main bedroom was able to easily support 2 people with their luggage. The secondary bedroom couldn't fit luggage but we used the downstairs side area to put our stuff. Airi was very responsive and gave us an extra hour to checkout. The location is a reasonable walk to a subway station which easily gets you to all of Tokyo. I would highly recommend staying here

8명 대가족이 머물렀는데 지하철역에서 가까워서 접근하기 편하고 침대가 넓고 공간이 잘 꾸며져있어서 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. 또다시 도쿄에 많은 사람하고 같이 여행한다면 다시 들러보고 싶습니다.

I traveled with my family (two adults; two kids) and we had a wonderful stay at Masaki’s place! It was the perfect balance for us of being close to metro stations (that took us right into downtown Tokyo) and being surrounded by the large, beautiful Inokashira park. The park has a zoo, lake, playgrounds and lots of open space (great for the kids) and is surrounded by areas with nice restaurants and shops. Masaki was a very proactive and welcoming host - we appreciated all his clear instructions and recommendations. His place was very comfortable for our family of four. A true gem!

Good location, really close to JR statuon. Has a ton of foods around. 3 bedrooms with a kitchen. Bathroom has a bathtub that you can use. Check-in is easy.

I recommend this house. I was in Japan by car and it was important that the house had a parking space. The area was quiet. In the house there was everything I needed and it worked well. I recommend

We had 6 adults and 5 kids staying here. It was the perfect setup with the kids on one floor and the adults on another. The common areas were great for group hangs & an amazing view of the skytree. This neighborhood was so adorable and it was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you - core memories were made!

Without a doubt, this is the best AirBnB we have stayed at. I was annoyed when we arrived, because the house was so cold. March is not the best time to visit. But the house and the area quickly sold me. I've lived three places in Japan and Higashinakayama is the Best. It takes a while to get to central Tokyo, so it's more for week or more. Short term not so much, unless you have a car.

3ヶ月前の滞在に続き2回目の利用になります。前回同様、お部屋も大変綺麗で使いやすく楽しい滞在になりました。なにより素敵なホストの方に再会することができて嬉しかったです。 チェックイン・チェックアウトもスムーズにすることができました。最寄り駅も近く、近所にはスーパーやダイソーもありとても便利です。

호스트의 응답 숙소가 매우빨랐고 1층이라 너무 편안하게 움직일 수 있었습니다 또한 도보 5분 거리에 지하철과 편의점이 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 숙소 안의 화장실도, 주방도 깨끗했습니다. 수압과 비품 준비도 너무 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있었습니다. 에어비앤비를 처음 묵었는데 너무 좋았습니다.

Most wonderful! Everything was perfect. And very close to the metro. Slept very well, great mattress and a quiet neighborhood.

This was a convenient spot to stay for our visit to Tokyo. We appreciated the less busy neighborhood and the proximity to the metro station.

Amazing place near the station and near connection to Haneda Airport and the Yamanote line (only 9 minutes normally), it's a comfortable place to leave the baggage and pretty secure. Definitely recommended and will stay at Josh's place next time I visit Tokyo for sure!

Great apartment in Shinjuku area. Around 7 - 10min walk from two subway stations. Quiet peaceful neighbourhood. Public onsen across the road, really convenient. Nice amenities and perfect for small family or couple. Would stay again

We loved the house! There were 6 of us so it was very spacious and comfortable. The house had everything we needed. It is a little further away from the city center but the space & comfort makes it worth it. Setsu was always responsive and very pleasant!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Ein ganzes Haus allein für uns mit viel Platz. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, liegt aber an der Yamanote Ringlinie, die um Tokyos Zentrum fährt. Man kommt fast überall direkt hin und kann auf alle anderen wichtigen Linien umsteigen. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, die Beschreibungen waren mit Fotos so gut erklärt, dass es keine Probleme gab. Wir waren total begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein paar schöne Tage in Tokyo verbringen möchten.
