Very comfortable stay for a family of three. It felt like a home away from home. Excellent location with restaurants and shops right outside the doorstep, a few stops away from the subway. David the host was always reachable if needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Most wonderful! Everything was perfect. And very close to the metro. Slept very well, great mattress and a quiet neighborhood.

Jacob could not have been more helpful. When I needed help of advice not only would he get back to me quick he would provide Google map links and instructions to make it as easy as possible. They also have extremely good Taste which was evident when I tried their suggestion for a good ramen spot. The place was nice and it had clear directions for everything in English and Japanese. Like how to use the washing machine and dryer. The internet, the TV everything that might confuse you in a new country he had safe guards for that made life easy. He even said if you run into a problem or situation while you’re out exploring, call me and I can help or have someone help you which was reassuring but also so nice and kind to offer that help when frankly that’s not his responsibility anyway. Amazing spot but even more amazing hosts!

Miyuki"s place was clean and enough space for our small family of three even if our son is already a teenager. She prepared enough supplies and utensils. Bed and linen were comfortable. Internet was fast. Check in and check out had no issues. Best of all, she was always ready to answer questions.

Walking distance to public transport.

My husband and I stayed at Osamu’s place for a month and we enjoyed our stay! Osamu was a wonderful host! We were able to coordinate back drop off, he showed us around the city and shared a tasty ramen restaurant with us and even took time to show us all the popular Cherry Blossom spots in Ichikawa City. You can tell that Osamu made improvements to the home to make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed the couch and projector. The home is also walking distance to several shops, our favorite was Nikke Colton Plaza! You’re also a 10 minute walk away from the closest JR train station. I definitely recommend staying with Osamu. He’s a friendly and kind host. 🫶

Stayed here for close to a month and was the perfect place to stay and explore Tokyo. Great amenities, room was very clean and practical and sufficient space for a longer term stay. Tanaka is great and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The address of the place was difficult to find in Google Maps but the host was responsive to assist with the exact entry needed by Google. There are two stations close by but only a minute apart. The bigger station is the JR Kinshicho which has a lot more connections. The place was very welcoming, modern, and all the amenities you need. washer and dryer came in handy but you need to set your expectations that these are not huge load capacity so don't hold that against the host. Everything was functional and plenty of toilet paper and other amenities to complete our 15-day stay. The host is very accommodating - we needed extra bedding, Amazon delivery, etc. Clear instructions for all appliances and electronics with includes manuals in English. Cute slippers were ready for us as we enter the room. We wanted this to be worry free since we were traveling with my senior Mom. This stay made everything worthwhile and memorable.

A very receptive and welcoming host who reached out to say we were welcome to ask any questions as needed. The location was great, with multiple train stations within walking distance, and convenience stores very close by. Entry was easy with a keypad, and very good instructions on how to get there from the train stations. Thanks for having us! 🙂

The place was lovely, comfortable, quiet and clean inside. Our host was very responsive and kind. The kids enjoyed some little surprises from our host, as well as the large children's park that is nearby. A great stay for our family!

Our family of 8, including a 4 year old, had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Setagaya. The house had everything we needed and more! It was spacious, clean, and well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meal prep easy, and the living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to rest. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like extra toiletries, laundry facilities, and even small details that made traveling with a child much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. Getting around was a breeze, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful and comfortable home at the end of each day. Our host was also fantastic responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress free stay. We would stay here again!

Our stay with Owaki was great. The AirBnB was amongst one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were very roomy. The stairs are pretty steep so just a heads up to anyone that has elderly or disability traveling with them. Owaki was very responsive to any inquiries we had. He even proactively reached out to us and gave us updates about the seasonal activities that were going on. He informed us of the full bloom of the cherry blossoms which allowed us to see the beautiful scenery of Shinjuku Gyoen national garden.

Great location, great host. Property was exactly as described and was meticulously presented, which made us feel right at house. Naomi is a very proactive host who provided us with a number of recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Our big family with one kid and one infant loved staying here. Hosts were extra detailed and friendly, would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back to this area of Japan. It was very close to train stations and other shops so you can walk to get food or groceries or anything really.

A great spot for a stay in Tokyo. Easy walking route to both train and bus make for a great location. Plenty of good places to eat nearby within a short walk as well. Teni and Akira were very helpful with check in and any questions we had. The home was very comfortable for 4 people to stay in.

Happy with everything! Perfect for a family of four. I liked that it is close to a supermarket,drugstore , 7- Eleven and Family Mart. Just a 4 min walk from the train station. The host was very good in communication. We will definitely book again in the future! 100% Satisfied.

My young family and I visited Tokyo for the first time together, and we’re so incredibly grateful we booked this Airbnb! After a busy day of exploring the city, it was such a joy to return to this cozy and welcoming home. My son had the freedom to play and enjoy the wonderful play space that Hitomi has thoughtfully set up. The place was absolutely spotless, and we truly felt so cared for by Hitomi. She even went out of her way to surprise us with a lovely souvenir! I can't recommend this place enough, especially for families with young children. Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.
