This was our first trip to Japan, and we stayed in Tokyo for two weeks. Sayoko was an amazing host — very friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about local restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk from a lively shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. It was also close to the metro and a lovely small park. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d love to stay at Sayoko’s place again next time we’re in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

The room was cozy, clean as the picture. Easy to check in and check out. There are Lawson near the accommodation so it s very convenient. The most important is the accommodation is near Komagome station which can walk in 5 min or less.

This is our 2nd stay at the Futaba hotel. The host was responsible and the place was nice. It have everything we needed.

This place was a perfect stay for me and my friends would recommend to anyone who wants to be around shinjuku without the the busy hustle of the city.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

It was a convenient location, a short walk from the train station, convenience stores, and many other enjoyable places. I had a pleasant stay...

Sozo San is very helpful, the check in and check out process was easy! And the night we spend was very very cozy, highly recommend this place for anyone who wanted to wander around Tokyo and find an easy access to everything🫶👍🏻🙇‍♂️

Stayed one night with family of 5people. Very clean and convenient place to go anywhere esp. central Asakusa. Convenience store near by with 1min.

아이와 4인 가족 여행하기 너무 좋았어요. 엘레베이터 세탁기 드라이기 칫솔 일반 무인호텔이라 생각하시면 되요. 생긴지 얼마 안되서 쾌적했어요. 바로앞 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편했어요. 짐 보관 안되는건 어쩔수없는거라 그게 호텔에 비해 아쉬웠어요. 다시 오고 싶어요.

I had a great stay at Hostel Lund. It was in a great location and a short walk from the station. The place was clean, quiet, and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Tokyo.

We've stayed in several Airbnbs and do not give five stars often. We have to in this case. This was, by far, the cleanest, most well laid-out place we've been. It can be very difficult to find a place in Tokyo that sleeps 6 but here, we could have had more and not felt crowded. I also have to give credit for the incredible responsiveness whenever we had questions. Truly top notch. Also, we love that this place was located in a very quiet area so close to a train station and to a 7-11 and other convenience stores (convenience stores in Tokyo are better than in the states). It meant everything after busy days and evenings of sight seeing and other experiences to be able to settle into a place that quickly felt like home. We highly recommend this location. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll. Die Lage war perfekt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber Ikebukuro ist sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die anderen Teile von Tokio sind von der Station Ikebukuro schnell und einfach erreichbar. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es mehrere 7/11 und Family Marts. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Great place to stay while in Tokyo. A short walk to the train station and conveniently located with easy access to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The property was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities listed. We had a comfortable stay here.
