Syracuse : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

This place was in amazing location and is walkable to all the lively spots on the island. Andrea was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He responds right away, was always there for questions and gave us recommendations for the entire city so we did feel in great hands. I recommend this place to everybody. The Airbnb was very clean and had all we needed for our 3 day trip! Stay here Andrea will take great care of you.

La maison se situe dans une rue privatisée fermée par portail électronique, ce qui est rassurant pour garer la voiture de location. L'endroit est calme et tranquille, ce sont les oiseaux qui vous réveillent le matin. Bien situé, pour visiter Syracuse au nord, Noto et toute la route baroque au sud (Ragusa, Siccli, Modica), ainsi que la réserve de Vendicari. De jolies plage peu urbanisées se trouvent juste plus au sud du logement. Les propriétaires sont aimables, attentionnés et dévoués.

Where to even begin, okay: hospitality. These guys make you feel at home straight away. They went above and beyond for our baby with toys and a bed, the fridge was filled, a pie was baked and they responded very quickly. Lovely apartment, not super huge but we didn’t need that. Great part of town: you can walk everywhere. Literally. Also thought the price was very decent. Don’t hesitate: book!

We loved the open, light-filled space and modern design. The house has a paved outdoor area with a nice seating spot and hillside views. It's well located in Gallina, a peaceful coastal area with calm beaches and clear water, close to Avola, Syracuse, and daily essentials. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities, such as an induction cooktop (2 spots), fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and cookware. There’s a washing machine, smart TV, and Wi-Fi (approx. 10–15 Mbit, relevant for those who need to work remotely). A comfy double bed is in the separate bedroom, two single beds on the open mezzanine. Heating/cooling are via three AC units. Communication with Cristina was kind and via messenger. Indoors, sound carries quite easily between rooms and the mezzanine, which might matter to light sleepers or those valuing privacy. A comfortable and well-situated base for exploring southeastern Sicily.

It’s a perfect place for relax. Location with beautiful view. Peaceful and calm surroundings. Close to the beach. Great for rest. Paolo and his wife are very nice and helpful. Villa Mariella is definitely worth recommendation. We will come back there for sure!

A really unique place to stay! Very pretty, equiped with anything needed. Giuliana was really nice and helpful for our communication. The location is perfect to explore Ortigia and everything is walkable. Felt really good! The place should be the perfect gem for the summer as it looks that it will keep cold for the hot days. However the minus for the rainy season is that there is a smell of mold, so would definitely be not a good choice for allergic and sensitive people. Of course it is understandable given the old building and ground floor. And the hosts were thoughtful that they left all windows open before our check in, but it gets cold if they stay open the whole time for this time of the year. The interior is also really spacious with a nice dinning table, kitchen and sofa. Mind that there is a city tax that has to be paid on the spot, so you can prepare some cash in advance for that.

Pobyt u Tonino był świetnym doświadczeniem! Zostaliśmy miło przywitani i oprowadzeni po posiadłości, a w trakcie pobytu dostaliśmy rekomendacje okolicznych atrakcji od właściciela. Piękne widoki z tarasu, czysty basen, górzysty teren, cisza i spokój — czego chcieć więcej? W dodatku blisko do rezerwatu Cava Grande, który zaskoczył nas pozytywnie swoją okazałością. Polecamy zaopatrzyć się w dobre obuwie i wybrać się tam na cały dzień. Podsumowując, z przyjemnością spędziliśmy nasz urlop w Vilii Vitosa, korzystając z udogodnień na miejscu i wyposażonej kuchni, gdzie przygotowywaliśmy posiłki ze świeżych, włoskich produktów. Było czysto, klimatyzacja nas nie zawodziła, a w wolnej chwili korzystaliśmy z napompowanych akcesoriów do basenu (koło, materac). Rekomendujemy to miejsce każdemu, kto potrzebuje regenerującego odpoczynku na pięknej Sycylii! :)

Très bon séjour dans ce lieu apaisant. Le logement et l’environnement sont conformes aux photos. Proximité de la plage très agréable. Beaucoup de rangements dans le logement.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Pool ist ein Highlight. Auch der wunderschöne und saubere Strand sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es war alles da was wir zum kochen brauchten und Concetta hat eine Mappe mit Tipps und Hinweisen zu der Umgebung in der Wohnung hinterlassen. Es sind sogar zwei Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm für uns da gewesen. Wir sind begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans le logement d’Alessio. 4 amis venus marquer le coup pour le mariage de l’un d’entre nous. La maison était impeccable, très agréable, et Alessio a été super! Ses recommandations ont beaucoup aidé dans notre appréciation du séjour. Merci encore à lui, je lui souhaite plein de belle choses ainsi qu’à Carlotta!

Das Haus war fantastisch. Andrea ist ein super Gastgeber. Unsere Kids haben vor allem den Pool geliebt. Einziges Manko waren die lauten Umgebungsgeräusche, für die der Gastgeber gar nichts konnte. In der Nachbarschaft gab es eine Baustelle, die leider auch samstags stundenlange Motoren-Geräusche zu uns rüberwehte. Und die Motorsäge war leider auch ein täglicher Begleiter. Wir hatten aber trotzdem eine traumhafte, entspannte Woche hier und haben viele tolle Ausflüge unternommen.

This place is a hidden gem. Everything was as described and even more. TV is upgraded to like 50 inch Smart TV, it was awesome to watch movies outside at night. Supermarkets are 10 mins drive. Private access to the sea, crystal clear water, amazing green garden. All our requests were solved immediately, Silvia is incredibly attentive host. And her parents are so lovely, multiple times they bought us different food and treats just as a present. We truly were feeling like in heaven for those few days.

This beach house is an absolute GEM! The location is unbeatable, maybe 1 or 2km from Marzamemi and about 1km from the nature preserve. The house is open and bright with lots of space and it has a huge patio with lots of seating. The best part is the beach access, and it is a very nice sandy beach. There is an outdoor shower with hot water so we didn’t even bother using the indoor shower! The outdoor grill was great for cooking up the local fish. Carmella is a wonderful host. You will love your time here!

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

Bel appartement spacieux bien placé pour visiter à pied Syracuse. À noter que la chambre 3 est très petite, le lit 2 places est collé contre le mur, non visible sur la photo. Le parking privé est petit donc toujours plein, fort heureusement on trouve de la place dans la rue.

We had a wonderful stay at Sabrina’s lovely, comfortable house with its green, spacious garden. It was really decorated with love and attention and we felt incredibly at home. Simply a wonderful holiday house. We were there in low season so the surroundings were quiet. Something we liked but meant we had to take the car if we wanted to go out for dinner. Lovely stay, highly recommended!

Die Natürlichkeit oder die entspannte Normalität verbunden mit der privilegierten Lage wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt war toll. Im Dezember hatten wir den schönen Sandstrand für uns! Im Winter ist es hier offensichtlich sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse ist nach südwesten orientiert und aus den Räumen sah man schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus ist gut gedämmt und es war nur an einem Abend so frisch, das wir etwas heizen mussten. Der Hund bellte ab und zu aber das war absolut ok. Nur wer Hunde gar nicht ausstehen kann, sollte vielleicht gleich wo anders sein Glück suchen. Angela ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und war immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Antonella's place in Avola is amazing and I really can't wait to visit again. I was with a group of four and the house was more than comfortable for us, having two bathrooms really made it perfect for all of us to fit. The real magic of this place is that the host has thought of almost everything and is the kind of host who will give you the best info for making sure you're enjoying the region. Antonella is one of the sweetest hosts I've had on Airbnb and she really goes the extra mile. The location of the apartment is perfect for a beach getaway: 3 minutes walk and you're at a great little public beach, ten minutes and you can see the larger beach near the piazza. There are three very close restaurants and a bunch about 10 minutes on foot. To get to the center of Avola, it takes about 20 minutes to walk. This is the best of both worlds: easy access to the beach and easy access to amenities. Absolutely will stay here again when I return to Sicily. Thanks for everything!
