Che dire…. Un appartamento favoloso in ua città incantevole. L’appartamento di Erin è da rivista di arredamento; tutto è perfetto ed il buon gusto della proprietaria si evidenzia appena entrati in casa. Luminoso e dotato di ogni confort. Credo che la visita di Noto alloggiando in un contesto così bello siano un’esperienza incredibile. La co-host Elisa è stata impeccabile e ha reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Grazie davvero

L esperienza a casa di Margherita è stata incantevole . la posizione della casa è vicina ai luoghi di maggior interesse del barocco siciliano , non lontana dal mare e dal centro di Avola che conta numerosi luoghi da visitare e presso cui consumare colazioni siciliane e cene succulente con i sapori della tradizione. Margherita è stata premurosa in ogni momento , ci è venuta a prendere quando le abbiamo segnalato qualche difficoltà nel raggiungerla , e comunque ci aveva fornito la posizione esatta in anticipo . È’ stato bellissimo alzarsi nella più totale tranquillità; se ami gli animali troverai ad accoglierti tanti animali da cortile e i loro cagnolini affettuosissimi , che tuttavia non disturberanno la quiete del soggiorno . Margherita ci ha coccolate offrendoci una bottiglia di benvenuto e facendoci trovare altre golosità siciliane . Consigliatissima!

Very nice place with an excellent terrace. I did not realize that the terrace and the flat are on separate floors, but this still worked out great for us.

Thanks Andrea for a great stay! So many restaurants in walking distance and the perfect location to explore Ortigia. Andrea was very responsive and super accommodating during our stay. One of the most comfortable stays, very clean!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

We had a wonderful time at this place. It is very calm and relaxing. Both the inside and outside of the house is very nice. We already miss having our morning coffee on the terrace. By car it is very easy to explore the surroundings or find a nice beach. Manfredi and Alessandra were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft von Sebastiano befindet sich in dem alten Fischerviertel in Ortigia. Kleine verwinkelte Gassen , kleine zweistöckige Häuser. Alles sehr romantisch. Auch über zwei Minuten Fußweg ist der tägliche Markt (8-14 uhr geöffnet) erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein altes aber total restauriertes Haus in zwei Etagen und einer Terasse auf dem Dach. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige zeigt wie es aussieht. Alles in Ortigia ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber der öffentliche Verkehr ist auch überall mit kleinen Bussen vertreten. Und der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 20 minuten zu erreichen, wenn man nicht auf den Bus warten möchte. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus und konnten auf der Terasse frühstücken. mit einem Blick auf die schönen alten Häuser, die nach und nach restauriert werden. Der MArkt war immer wieder ein Erlebnis, und ist auch für die touristischen Mitbringsel um ein wesentliches billiger als in den Tousistshops. Alles in allem hatten wir wunderschöne 10 Tage in dem Haus.

¡Estancia perfecta en Siracusa! Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Simone y fue una excelente elección. La ubicación en Piazza Santa Lucía es muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a Ortygia en solo 10 minutos. Además, el estacionamiento fue sencillo, algo que se agradece mucho en la zona. El apartamento es cómodo y bien equipado. Destacamos la calefacción eficiente, ideal para los días fríos, y la lavadora, que funcionó perfectamente. Simone fue un anfitrión atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento y volveríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias, Simone!.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

An absolute gem right in the center of beautiful Noto! As a family of four, it was the perfect accommodation with lots of room to spread out and cook comfortably when we wanted to have a meal at home. Street parking can be a little challenging depending on the time of day, but we were always able to get a spot with some persistence. We suggest following the house recommendations for beach destinations and local food...both we highlights of our trip.

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

Petit appartement charmant, très cosy, bien aménagé et bien décoré. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Terrasse agréable.

Gabriele è stato un host cordiale e accogliente, ho trovato un vassoietto di biscotti al burro per accompagnare il mio soggiorno. Casa è nuova, frigo americano che dispensa acqua e ghiaccio. Il Wi-Fi è di una velocità sorprendente, ho lavorato da remoto senza avere nessun intoppo. La casa è situata nel secondo centro storico della città a soli 4 minuti a piedi si può ammirare il dipinto del Caravaggio ( Michelangelo Merisi), il museo Paolo Orsi, Il teatro Greco e parco archeologico e a soli 8 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico Ortigia. Vicino casa inoltre si hanno più di 2 supermercati ove è possibile acquistare di tutto. Se dovessi tornare a Siracusa soggiornerò sicuramente al Cappero Home.

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

There are so many wonderful things I could say about Lucia’s family home, but the lovely updates and attention to little things a guest might need, Lucia covers it all. And her posted descriptions in each room are witty yet helpful. Lastly, the building’s location is primo, so easy to walk out the door and see everything in Ortigia. We would definitely come back!

Con un gruppo di nove persone, siamo stati ospiti da Sara per quattro giorni a metà novembre, invogliati in particolare dalle foto della terrazza. La nostra esperienza è stata assolutamente perfetta, sotto ogni punto di vista! La comunicazione con Sara è stata chiara, precisa, e di una cortesia squisita, con suggerimenti perfetti su attività e ristoranti. L’accoglienza altrettanto gentile: siamo arrivati un po’ troppo presto, ma ci è stato permesso di anticipare il check-in ed utilizzare subito la casa. E proprio quest’ultima - la casa - si è rivelata un’assoluta perla! Curatissima, stanze belle e molto ben mantenute, fornite di tutto il necessario, e anche molto ben collocate logisticamente; posizione difficile da migliorare, in pieno centro storico ad Ortigia. Punta di diamante è il terrazzo, dove abbiamo sempre fatto colazione e passato le nostre serate! Se ci sarà occasione di tornare in Sicilia con un gruppo di questo numero, non ci sarà nemmeno bisogno di pensare a dove staremo!

Superbe appartement avec une fabuleuse terrasse ! Le logement offre une belle chambre, un bel espace de jour avec une cuisine ouverte très bien équipée et une salle de bain. Tout est proche à pied et il se trouve juste à côté de la gare des bus. Je le recommande sans hésitation !!

Lovely apartment, very spacious - would recommend. Great location right by the market and some great bars & restaurants (you will hear some early morning noise, so pack some earplugs!). Good, proactive comms from the host and a very friendly welcome.

Excellent séjour dans le logement de Paolo et Salvo! Le logement, comme sur les photos a beaucoup de cachet et sa situation et vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle! Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
