Syracuse : location de maisons de vacances

~We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Marco. De ruimtes zijn schoon en prettig ingericht. Zeer goed voor 2 volwassenen en eventueel 2 kleine kinderen of 1 grotere. Het appartement ligt zeer dicht bij de oude stad. Zo heb je wel de lusten maar niet de lasten (lawaai) van het centrum. De auto konden we altijd wel in de straat kwijt of even om de hoek. De beschikbare fietsen zijn echt heel fijn. Meerder malen door de stad gefietst en het pad langs de kust, een aanrader!

Very comfortable place and useful kitchen. We prefer to make most of our own meals and felt right at home here. The bathroom was very clean and all amenities were appreciated. The sink in utility room and laundry drying rack were perfect for doing laundry necessary during our stay. The space was very well used and we were impressed with how tranquil it was.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni. Casa in ordine e spaziosa. Simone è stato preciso nelle indicazioni per il check in e per una nostra necessità di avere una chiave in più. Gentilissimo. Consigliamo

Excelente estancia hemos pasado en la casa de Gabriella. Su marido muy predispuesto a explicarnos y aconsejarnos. El departamento tiene un estilo hermoso y súper espacioso. Caben 6 personas cómodamente. La ubicación excelente. A 300mts de Artigio la mejor zona de Siracusa. Sin duda volvería con mi familia.

Huvila oli viihtyisä ja tilava. Mahtava uima-allas ja pihakeittiö. Piha-alue vehreä ja lapsilla paljon tilaa temmeltää, pingispöytä oli kovassa käytössä. Siistit ilmastoidut makuuhuoneet ja runsaasti säilytystilaa. Huvilasta löytyi kaikki tarvittava kolmen perheen loman viettoon. Sijainti rauhallisella huvila alueella. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hyvä uimaranta, pieni kauppa ja muutama ravintola. Bussilla hyvät yhteydet Syracusaan. Oma auto tarpeellinen, sijainti hieman sivussa kaikesta. Huvila sopii erinomaisesti sellaiselle matkustajalle joka haluaa rentoutua altaalla ja rannalla, poissa kaupungin hälinästä. Majoittaja oli hyvin tavoitettavissa ja vastasi kysymyksiimme pikaisesti. Vietimme mukavan ja rentouttavan loman. Iso kiitos Giuseppelle majoituksesta!

Angela et son mari sont charmants. Ils nous ont très bien accueillis et sont même venus nous chercher quand nous avions un doute à l'arrivée. Leur maison avec patio couvert est très agréable, dans une propriété magnifique, en pleine réserve naturelle. Le jardin est exceptionnel, la vue incroyable, et au bout d'un chemin, à 5 minutes de marche, droit devant, on a un accès privilégié à la mer. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, et espérons revenir.

La Struttura di Mariateresa e Andrea e bellissima e in una posizione fantastica.Secondo noi la casa piu bella come e situata di fontane bianche. La Vista sulla baia dalla terrazza super spaziosa sia di mattina,di giorno e la sera e spettacolare. La casa ha tutto il necessario ed e arredata con molto gusto. Anche la pulizia della casa era impeccabile e i spazi al esterno ( giardino, posto auto, doccia esterna) arrotondono il tutto. La comunicazio e stata al top,gentilezza,informazioni utilissimi e velocita nel rispondere e stato davvero da copiare da altri Host. Se volete passare una vacanze in assoluta spensieratezza ,in un posto magico in uno degli angoli piu belli della sicilia scegliete questa casa.Grazie di tutto a Mariateresa e Andrea,ci vedremo sicuramente.Maurizio e Gessica

Very conveniently located, easy walking to everything. Even though on a busy street, once inside, it’s mostly quiet, with beautiful and peaceful views from all the back windows. There is a large roof patio that is wonderful when weather permits. It’s obvious that the owner cares about quality with very tasteful furnishings and accents throughout the house. The management company was excellent in their prompt responsiveness to any of our questions. We highly recommend and would stay here again if our travels brought us back to Noto.

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

Alessandro ist ein netter, hilfsbereiter und aufmerksamer Mensch. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was wir als Familie brauchten vorgefunden. Zu Fuß nach Ortigia sind es etwa 15 min. Auto abstellen und laufen ohne Probleme möglich.

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Leuk huis op een rustige plek bij een rotsachtige kust. Prima bedden ook. Jammer dat in de kuststreek van Sicilië zoveel vuilnis op straat ligt, zo ook in dit dorp. Het dorpje heeft een leuk restaurant maar er zijn geen winkels. Het was er begin mei erg rustig. In de omgeving is meer dan genoeg te zien: de natuur, archeologie en steden zoals Noto en Syracusa zijn prachtig.

Per il nostro primo viaggio al sud della Sicilia io, mio marito e i nostri figli di 6 e 8 anni abbiamo scelto questo posto incantevole perche' sembrava rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze, e una volta raggiunto si è dimostrato oltre alle nostre aspettative. La la casa è immersa in un uliveto, piscina privata e sempre pulita, dotata di campo da calcio/tennis dove abbiamo potuto divertirci tutti insieme. La casa è molto grande, dotata di tutto, non manca proprio nulla! Lo spazio esterno è molto grande, confortevole e ben curato. Tina e suo marito sono stati fin da subito molto accoglienti, disponibili ed ospitali. L'olio che producono è veramente eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.

The studio is a lovingly furnished and utterly stylish place, which has all the amenities you would want for a longer stay. It is situated in a quiet side street right in the middle of lovely Ortigia (Syracua´s old / ancient town). All the sights, cafés and restaurants, the supermarket and the street market are reachable within less than 5 minutes. The train / bus station iis about a 20 minutes walk away. If you should encounter any problem the host will instantly reply to your messages and help you in solving it. Bottom line: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I enjoyed my four weeks there very much! (... and yes, you can switch the LED-party-lights off, of course. 😅)

Federico and the house were great. Lovely house. Really enjoyed staying there. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Our host Marcelo was great. Made some great recommendations and got us fresh towels when we asked. It close to a great cocktail bar which for us wasn’t a problem because we tend to go to bed late and ended up there most nights. However, I could see it being a slightly noisy for some. The bets sandwich store is right near by. We had a lovely time and would love to be back. Thank you!

Excellent choix à Ortigia. Superbe rénovation, emplacement idéal, calme, situé sur une jolie placette. Mais à proximité de tout. Appartement doté de tout le confort. Communication facile avec Alessandro et Carmi son relais efficace sur place. Nous recommandons

I stayed at Gaia's place for a week and enjoyed my stay there and the walks in the locals neighborhood as well as the tourist areas. I really liked how clean her place was and her patio was relaxing with no clutter and always clean. I felt very safe there anytime day or night. She is doing a great job to make her guests time away from home a vacation.

The apartment is very new and modern with excellent facilities and provisions. The linens and the bed were the best we have encountered in any Airbnb. It is very well located right near the main historic area and there are many restaurants nearby. Noto is a beautiful Sicilian town to visit and if we ever decide to go there again, we would not hesitate to stay in the same place. For us it ranks as one of the very best Airbnb units we have ever stayed in.
