Yuko was very communicative when we needed help checking in and extending the stay slightly. The place is not on GPS and she gave amazing detailed instructions to find it. Would come back!

Overall comfortable and clean listing, especially for its location, and the host Kazushi san was really helpful and communicative. There was some slight miscommunication during check-in due to the entrance to the staircase that reaches the room being unlocked by the other guests staying in the other room, likely heading across the street to the convenience store without locking the gate. However, this is easily a non-problem majority of the time. Would recommend to those who are visiting the area.

I had a very good value stay in Itabashi! The space is simple and no-frills, but it covers all the essentials — clean shower with complete amenities, reliable AC and heater, and a great location just 8 minutes from the nearest subway station. It's also close to local shops, grocery, drug stores, and some top-rated restaurants, which made exploring the area super convenient. The host was very friendly and gave clear instructions, which made check-in and the entire stay smooth. One small note: the bed and pillow were on the firmer side. It might be part of the traditional Japanese style (and maybe even good for the back!), but just something to keep in mind for those used to softer bedding. Overall, it’s an excellent budget-friendly stay, and I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a solid, affordable base in Tokyo!

Ho soggiornato qui per 10 giorni da sola e mi sono trovata benissimo. la stanza aveva tutto il necessario con letto, scrivania, libreria, specchio, appendiabiti, piccolo stendino e condizionatore. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il purificatore d'aria. In cucina e in bagno si può trovare tutto quello che serve, acqua potabile inclusa. Ho usato anche la lavatrice che fa anche da asciugatrice, meglio della mia! La posizione che dire: spettacolore! Questa zona è ben servita di trasporti facilmente raggiungibili. Di fianco alle attrazioni di Tokyo Dome dove rientrare la sera e divertirsi un po' dopo una lunga giornata di visite a templi e santuari. infine, i ristoranti sono i migliori. Dovete decisamente provare quelli in questa zona, sono a mio parere i più buoni e meno turistici rispetto a quelli in centro ai quartieri di Tokyo. Al rientro anche a tarda sera tutto tranquillissimo, mi sono trovata davvero splendidamente.

We had a great stay at Yuko's place. The place is beautiful, spacious, and well designed for daily life. It's located near all amenities that you could want, with nice cafes etc nearby. It's close to a train line, but also walkable to a lot of places. We would have liked to have stayed longer, and we would love to come back some time. Thanks!

This spot is a very nice comfort home for when you are out for a long day and you can come back to when you are tired. It was nice and warm and was nice to just sleep in some more and stay comfortable. This place is directly across from Tokyo Dome so that came to be a surprise to me when I started exploring the area. It is also about a 20 min distance (including walking and train ride) to Akihabara so it was very convenient whenever I wanted to drop by and shop. Will definitely bookmark this spot as one of the suggested places to stay in when I come to visit Tokyo again

accomodation is an absolute bargain, very easy to get around to the rest of Tokyo but tucked out of the way so it's a bit more peaceful. All the shops you could need nearby including a donki

My trip was perfect. Thank you Kazuo for the hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and you have everything you need very close. I will miss the two precious cats. I hope to be able to repeat on my return to Japan :)

Perfect space for one person. The vicinity to Shinjuku station, Kabukicho, restaurants and shops were a huge plus. Everything I wanted was within 5-15 minutes away by walking. Kasha was very quick to respond and they allowed me to check in two hours early because I’d arrived in Tokyo earlier than expected. Everything that I needed was available for me to to use as well which was extremely helpful (iron, laundry detergent, laundry basket, deodorizer) and the laundry machines were free to use so I saved some money by not going to a coin laundry. The only negative I can think of is how loud the neighbours were. Obviously this is out of the host’s control and it’s expected when you’re staying at a hotel that some other guests can sometimes be loud or annoying but it seemed like whoever was staying in the unit next to me would be speaking very loudly to someone else on speaker phone and I could hear them through the walls. Luckily they didn’t do this late at night so I slept fine.

Wie der Name schon sagt ist diese Unterkunft wirklich eine geheim Basis, die alles beinhaltet was man benötigt. Da wir sowieso die meiste Zeit damit beschäftigt waren Japan zu erkunden war die Unterkunft optimal um sich nach einem langen Tag auszuruhen. Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem gab es keinerlei Probleme mit der Wohnung und ich werde sie bei meinem nächsten Japan Urlaub wieder in betracht ziehen, sollten wir uns nochmal für Tokio entscheiden ☺️

Fue muy amable, siempre respondía todas mis preguntas, todo fue igual como lo explicó, el lugar muy seguro dentro y fuera del alojamiento, un poco incómodo el baño pero no tuvimos problemas con nada ni nadie
