Eren was such a kind person and the house and location suited our family perfectly. Nice neighborhood, lots of access to food coffee and shopping, can’t wait to come back. We felt right at home during our stay.

Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

It was a beautiful home for the price and it was so spacious for what other places in Tokyo were not. It felt like home wasn’t cluttered. The town was so peaceful close to the train station, which was always helpful. Overall, my whole experience was altered because of this beautiful home that I had the pleasure to live in for my stay in Japan!

Our group of 5 had a great time staying at Akira’s apartment! Although a little plain and removed from major tourist neighborhoods, it ultimately had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Would recommend for a group (5+ beds, 2 toilets, stocked with amenities). Quick walk to metro lines and convenience stores was also important for us. Would recommend!

今回は4度目の滞在でしたが、今回もとても快適に過ごせました。家族５人で十分な広さです。立地がよく、静かな環境ですが、スーパーが近くにありとても便利でした。展世さんはいつも迅速に連絡をくださり、とても信頼のできるオーナーさんです。乾燥機付きの洗濯機、床暖房カーペット、Dysonのヒーター、コーヒーマシン、最新の浴室など設備が素晴らしいです。日本に来た際にはまた滞在したいです。

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

It was a perfect stay. The bedroom is on the first floor, so there’s no need to carry your suitcase upstairs, and there’s plenty of space to store it. I stayed alone, but it seems like it would also be comfortable for a group or family. The location offers a great chance to enjoy Tokyo’s shitamachi (old-town) atmosphere, and you can take a relaxing walk along the nearby Edogawa River while viewing the Skytree. Highly recommended.

目的地(都心)からは少し距離がありましたがその分大変お手ごろで、アメニティもたくさん用意してあり大満足のお部屋でした！(徒歩1〜2分のところに広いパーキングもあり駐車場にも困りませんでした！)ホストさんは何を質問してもスムーズに返信を頂けてエアビー初心者のわたしですが安心して向かうことができました！次に東京に行くことがあればまたぜひ泊まりたいと思います！この度は本当にありがとうございました！

東京での妹の結婚式のために両親と兄弟とわたしの家族の2世帯計8人（子ども含む）で利用しました。 部屋はLDK意外に全部で4部屋あったので大人数でも各自プライベートが守られながら快適に過ごすことができました。 キッチンやトイレお風呂なども清潔で使いやすかったです。 アメニティやタオル、飲料水もありました。 駐車場も1台あるのがとてもよかったです。住宅街の中にあるので道が狭く駐車には注意が必要ですがミニバンサイズでも止めることができました。 オーナー様は質問をするとすぐに返信してくださるので、滞在中は困ることなく過ごすことができました。

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch nah an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ich würde die Unterkunft bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Tokyo wieder buchen.

Everything was awesome! The location couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore Tokyo’s iconic sights. The host was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and eager to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. They provided clear check-in instructions and were always available for any questions. Very clean and close to the train. It’s a great place for people who have kids it includes kid’s toys. He was very responsive and even sent local recommendations!

This is our second stay here and we find this place really clean and convenient. Around 5-7 mins walk to Ikebukuro station it is a great place to stay for family. We will stay here again.

Great place to stay on a budget for a larger group. Everything is as described on the posting. Location is very good, there's a lot of shops and convenience stores at the end of the street, as well as a train station connecting to the Yamanote line. Check in instructions were very clear and Ken was responsive. The only downside is having to carry heavy bags up and down the narrow stairway, but that's not a huge disadvantage. Could've been slightly more clean, especially considering other spots in Japan, but it wasn't terrible and not a deterrent. Overall, highly recommend this spot if you're traveling on a budget!!!

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

I wish I could gatekeep this place for myself for when I plan to return. He was a great host, very friendly, and had solid recommendations for our stay. The home is exactly how it's presented, it's very comfortable for our group of 4. It was also in a great location, everything was walkable, whether it be the subway station or the local 7/11 and Family Mart. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here. Thank you for hosting us, and looking forward to returning here again!

地理位置很好，就在池袋地铁站附近，周围吃的很多，房子有三层楼很大，适合多人入住，装饰也很温馨，还贴心提供了化妆镜

Great little place. The shower room is fantastic!!!! Very close to the station. The beds are def on the thinner side as well as the pillows but maybe that’s a cultural aspect of it. Was very clean as well and the host communicated great.
