This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

From my toddler to the adults in our group, we all felt right at home at Brian’s house. The home is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with cozy beds and pillows. We also appreciated the extra mattress in the closet, which was just as comfortable. The garage was stocked with games for all ages, making our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Brian’s house the next time we visit San Diego. Thank you, Brian, for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Wow! Cory’s place was amazing! We felt right at home here. The home had everything we needed. He was so kind and responsive. We used this spot as a place where I could get my makeup done for my wedding celebration and he was very congratulatory and happy for us. My cousin said she wanted to remember this spot so she could always stay here whenever they come to San Diego. She walked the neighborhood in the morning and it was so peaceful and beautiful. Would recommend this place for anyone, and perfect for families!

I think she was fantastic! We just had some troubles with the doors and locks!

The place was excellent for me and my family. It was homey, spacious, had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Loved the location and the home. Was near everything we needed. The home was clean and provided everything as the description stated.

To be honest this visit was wonderful. The beds were comfy and memory foam bed in the masters was like heaven. We like the close distance to legoland. Showers were very clean.Trader Joe’s and costco are close by and so convenient. The hosts showed lots of convenience and hospitality we are so blessed to have Daniel and Emily as our host .the play area outside was beautiful and hot tub is super clean with no yucky sand in it. The gym was perfect for morning workouts to start the day with fresh air and super organized. Highly recommend this house. We came with eleven people and each had a nice bed. The ac was working and it made the kids feel nice and cozy. TV was nice and big and how the couches are laid out we could have good view. Everything was working super well. Dan and Emily are very flexible and nice. The house manual guided every step we needed help with. Thanks for spending your time to make it. I can’t express my feeling through 1000 characters . The kids were thankful.

We had a fantastic stay at Clarissa’s place! The location is unbeatable—just a row of houses away from the beach and conveniently close to the Village, restaurants, and Legoland. Clarissa is an incredible host, always responsive and attentive to anything we needed. The home itself is well-equipped with everything you could ask for. We only used one bedroom in the back, and the bed was very comfortable. The long driveway behind a small gate was a huge plus, easily fitting our GMC truck and a smaller SUV. This home is also great for larger groups, with plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! It was the perfect location to enjoy Carlsbad. You are an easy walk to the beach and town. We loved waking up and looking out the living room to see the ocean. The place was very clean with plenty of space. We ended up meeting Kevin who was beyond kind to offer some help/advice for my car that was having issues. Great stay!

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Kim’s apartment. It was spotless clean and the decor was very tastefully done. It can pass off as a star rated hotel room. All basic essentials that one needs for their vacation stay were there and more. The checkin and communication was super smooth and detailed. We would definitely stay again at this place.

We had an amazing stay! The view was absolutely beautiful, right in front of the beach, which made the experience even more memorable. The unit was very easy to access, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and straightforward. We were also able to check in early, which we really appreciated. The place was exactly as pictured, and the location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to bars and restaurants, and right by the beach. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay near the beach. We would definitely book again!

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

This was our 2nd stay in this building with Sea Breeze. You cannot beat the location! It is not just walkable, the view out the patio is all ocean, there is only a parking lot separating you from the sand. And it can be fun to people watch those come and go in the parking lot as well. The bed is comfortable and the place is spacious. Plus, so many great restaurants to walk to. There are no chain restaurants which is even better. I also recommend taking a food tour experience. Check out the Airbnb experiences that are available during your stay.

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

La Costa is a beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lovely well equipped apartment.

Excellent location to restaurants & attractions like Legoland & The Flower Fields. Easy beach access!! Large heated pool and large Jacuzzi. The unit was clean, spacious, & comfortable! Grounds were beautiful and the complex was quiet & family friendly. Paul is friendly & a great communicator. His directions for check in/out are easy to follow.

Really liked the location and easy walking to the beach and state park. Views were great and sunset was even better. Plenty of room for 4 people. Loved it!
