Where do I start. Juli is AMAZING to work with. She is TRULY a GEM. I feel like we've gained a life-long friend (as odd as that sounds). Her communication is SUPERB. She is full of ideas, recommendations, and just all out GREAT ADVICE. She was our first Airbnb booking and she made the process absolutely seamless. She had outstanding ideas and recommendations to local grocery stores, things to do, etc. She explained the check-in process in AMAZING detail and we had no questions going in. She was always available to reach out to if we needed ANYTHING and gave the BEST advice. Thank you, Juli -- for an AMAZING week full of memories. This was our FIRST family trip as a group of 7 and we can't wait to make this a regular thing. You truly are the BEST to work with!!

The place was a winner - new, clean, well-maintained and a beautiful view of the pacific. Really a lovely setting.

This place was so lovely abs restful. The Internet was great for working from home and the yard was perfect for our pups. Walking distance to the beach and lots of fun restaurants. We would highly recommend this place in Oceanside!

My girlfriend and I decided we needed a retreat from the world. Elaine's place felt like it could be the right place. it was actually above and beyond! the view is to die for! watching the sun set from the hot tub was absolutely incredible! enjoying a morning coffee on the patio, and not having to hear anything, other than the wind and wildlife, brought a sense of peace to my life that I haven't felt in years! The kitchen is well stocked with usable pots and pans. it made for an amazing romantic dinner! the beds were definitely built for comfort! my only problem was that I have a bulging disc in my back. I was so lucky that there was an amazingly comfortable futon in the living room. we actually liked being in the living room more than anywhere else, so this bed suited us perfectly! I can't wait to go back and enjoy more private serenity! this place is perfect!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this place. The house is clean and has everything you need. It is inside an amazing farm where you can walk , see animals .. great for kids. And short drive from wineries and supermarkets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Totally worth it !

Beautiful property! All the beds and bedding were so comfortable. My dog was in heaven, he thought he was a king. Citrus trees galore we made juice every day. Everything you need in the kitchen, and a great kitchen for someone who likes to cook or entertain. Tons of out door space for relaxing! We loved it for three weeks ❤️

We did a little staycation in Fallbrook for a friend's wedding and Phyllis's place was AMAZING! Absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and felt like a home away from home. It was a little tricky navigating the windy road up arriving in the dark, but once we did it once it was easy! Everything inside was easy to find with labels and Phyllis was so thoughtful with some snacks and wine left out for us. I was so sad we didn't get to spend more time at the house since we spent all day on Saturday getting ready for the wedding and attending wedding festivities. I love Monserate Winery and would love to come back here to properly relax and enjoy the scenery and Monserate! Thanks so much, Phyllis!

Stayed here for our mom's 94th birthday. Loved the single level for her. Just amazing to be able to sit and watch sunset and moon and waves. One bedroom is amazing and the others are nice. One has a raised bed. Beautiful location but it is definitely busy, even in November, in front of the unit. Did not bother us but cars, runners, walkers, dogs, bikes, scooters and more are almost always going in front. Loved being able to walk right out the front door, out the gate, across "the strand", across some rocks and onto the beach. Appeared to be well stocked for baby stuff but we did not use. Kitchen well stocked and grill was clean and ready. Host very responsive to our minor concerns.

The “Tuscan Villa” was aptly named as it truly had a very Mediterranean vibe. The place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended family for our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Everyone had a great time catching up with all the comings and goings on of different family members. Needless to say, a good time was had by all! Heidi answered any questions I had tout de suite and dealt with a minor problem in a timely manner.

I never leave reviews but this place was absolutely gorgeous and clean. There is plenty to do at the house and the host was extremely responsive. What a beautiful location!

Gorgeous home and view! So much fun for a group of friends. We loved the game room, the jacuzzi, and the nearness to local wineries. David was very responsive and helpful.

The place was so beautiful. We stayed here for the weekend for my bridal party getting ready spot and it was beyond perfect. The master bedroom was the perfect room to get ready in. The place had great views and the backyard was so great!

We had a great stay at Courtney’s property! I wish we were able to stay more than one night because the property was absolutely beautiful! The home was super clean, the beds were comfy and the views were great!

Stunning home. I want to travel back to 2019 when it sold and buy it. Lol. Super quiet and peaceful! Hot tub was clean and fancy, the whole family loved the dedicated home theater. We went on walks up to the top of the property and wow!

Our stay with Mieko was amazing! The property was stunning and peaceful. The only downside is that we didn’t stay long enough!!

The house was immaculate, the views gorgeous, the pool was sparkling, and everything in the kitchen was so nicely labeled! I loved not having to open each drawer to find things. The kitchen was very nicely stocked which was a welcome surprise. My mom visited me while at the house and wanted to book her own stay there! 10/10.

The perfect stay! The house is beyond beautiful and the location is convenient to all the local wineries. Laura was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home!

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local activities but still quiet and relaxing. Eric and Neda were incredibly welcoming and exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Casa Nera! The house was even better than the photos. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were super comfy. Perfect, peaceful spot for us to relax for spring break!

This place was super cool and much bigger than expected (when judging by the pictures). The downstairs "apartment" was a big hit with the teens. Its fairly secluded, which we like, but you will need a car to get to anywhere. Also, its on a private road which is closed in one end (the "left" or west end) but both ends still shows up when using GPS directions. So, when looking at a map make sure you come at the house from the right side (east), not the left (west).

As others have said, Elmar is a great host and the property was beautiful. We loved the view of the orchards from the patio. Our elderly parents especially appreciated all the citrus from the property that Elmar generously shared with us. Meandering through the grapefruit groves brought them back to their agricultural roots. Furnishings and accessories were all very tasteful and reminiscent of boutique hotel decor. We were there for an engagement party and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and hang out around the massive dining table and the outdoor patio. Wished we could have stayed longer to relax and just enjoy the space.

Our expectations were surpassed as soon as we walked through the white gate and saw the majestic views from the backyard. As far as the eye could see there was a spectacular beauty that went on forever. As we passed the front door we were overwhelmed at just how big the living room and kitchen were. The house was beyond accommodating. It became our home, warm and comfortable. The response time for our little WiFi hiccup was immediate. We felt that we were in good hands and that we would be taken care of if any other problem arose. Every room had beautiful touches of fall decor. Every bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had every possible utensil and dinnerware necessary to prepare a thanksgiving feast. Our entire family was delighted at all the games available including the billiards table and PacMan. This house is absolutely wonderful. All seven of us truly enjoyed our stay. The house brought us a lot of happiness. And we look forward to another visit.
