Convenient, well-appointed, and on a quiet street, this listing offered a restful and relaxing space for two limited-mobility family members that came to visit. The kitchen and living space were inviting and the private back patio was great for chilling after a long day of exploring the city. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this spot for anyone, especially if you need everything on one floor and with no steps.

Great location and felt like a safe neighborhood. The house was clean and matched the listing's photos. The backyard was well maintained, which is always a concern when we book pet friendly homes. Our kids loved all the games provided and the pool table. Host was always responsive. Would book again when we're back in CC.

Deanna’s place was very quaint. Perfect for a family of 4. Very well decorated and clean, centrally located to restaurants. In walking distance to breakfast places. Otherwise, all the beds in the home are very very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Best location! Easily walkable to grocery store, liquor store, park, bars and restaurants! And ocean/sound of course!

Georgia's place was a welcoming home for our stay. We had 5 adults on this trip and each of us had comfortable rooms that were tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the fire pit and backyard was a wonderful addition, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. The place is immaculate as well! And I'm picky about cleanliness. The house is also located just a short drive from the Silos, Baylor University, and the riverwalk. So many great things to do. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying at Georgia's guest house when visiting Waco.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The house is recently restored, beautifully decorated in soft colors and well lit. many spaces. Big kitchen, big tv with great sound, pool is not deep, perfect for children, with a hot tub aside. A gas grill in a big patio. The owner was attentive all our time for our needs. We ended staying one more night. There’s no construction in front so there’s a direct view of the sea and a wide grass field with palm trees! I recommend it thoroughly and would stay again without thought!

Great place to stay and was virtually brand new. Really enjoyed the small balcony and kitchen accessibility. Perfect place for a couple to stay and experience rustic Gruene but stay in a nice modern place..

I LOVED our stay at the Porch Light! It was in a perfect location- we could easily walk up and down main street from the Air B&B. It was in a quiet area, but close to everything; which made the hot tub nights super relaxing! The coffee shop around the corner was perfect before headed to hike Enchanted Rock. I definitely plan on staying again!

Apartment was as advertised. 4 good sized bedrooms and each room has its own restroom. Perfect for group travel. Although the weather didn’t allow us to use the outdoor amenities, but they were all in great condition. Hoping to rent this place again in April.

Staying at Joe & Susan’s loft was a respite. This delightfully decorated, clean, and cozy loft was equipped with everything you need. They go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent experience and are genuinely caring and attentive. I truly enjoyed my stay and give it a high recommendation. I look forward to returning! The only place I will stay while in San Marcos. The convenience is unbeatable and it is such a nice place to stay. I also love the in unit washer and dryer.

Celia's place is just amazing: peacful, nice enviroment, filled with everything you need. Celia and her husband are the best hosts ever: we had great conversations, we really felt like home - this is more than just an Airbnb, it's the best of Texas!

Such a wonderful historic home!! really enjoyed the "right at home" atmosphere that she has set up for her guests! Everything you need is there for you! Katherine definitely puts a lot of thought into making sure her guests have anything and everything they should need. She's extremely helpful and quick to respond, should you need anything at all. Very nice condo for the price. Perfect spot right across from the pool and hot tub. You can even watch the sunrise over the ocean on the balcony from this unit!

Found this little condo in the beach and was worth it!!! They are repairing parts of the building but don’t let that scare you away! Private beach access was great and location had some good fishing right down the road! We will renting again!

Beautiful place, nicely stocked with everything you need, two nice beds. Be sure to call way ahead to rent beach chairs and golf cart bc we couldn’t get any for our stay.

apartment was very spacious clean Wi-Fi was good it's in a close gated apartment complex which is also a plus you have your own parking and nobody really bothers you so definitely recommend
