what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

My husband and I came here for a weekend getaway, and this one bedroom was the perfect quiet oasis for us. The instructions were clear and helpful. We had no issues getting into the residence, and once inside, the honey decor welcomed us in. We would 100% come back and stay here again if we are in the area. There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and, if you are willing to drive a few minutes, we easily found entertainment in the area. Great, responsive hosts made this stay memorable as well.

Awesome place

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time visiting Texas and it made a great home away from home getaway. The location was close to our family we were visiting. It was a cute, clean and cozy town house. It was stocked with everything you may need to cook, clean, and also the necessities a guest may have forgotten while packing. The decor was beautiful as well! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year! The host left clear instructions and everything went well!

Angela has provided a very welcoming environment from the moment you walk in! The comfort level is perfect and she’s truly thought of every detail! It was a perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted to go…although the scooters to rent around town were way more fun than walking! Would for sure book this, or any other of Angela’s listings, again.

Great Place to stay! I was out here for work and it was an easy drive not to far from everything and very quiet to sleep and super clean

Had a great time using Rice’s rental as our home base to see some stand up comedy around Austin. Incredibly well thought out space with lots of details to make your stay a little more convenient than you expect. I may have to install a bathroom heater for my wife now though! 10/10 would stay at again if we were in Austin.

LOVED our stay. Affordable and very close to the beach and several restaurants. Although the unit is right in the backyard of the host, it was still very private and peaceful. Unfortunately, we did not use the hot tub due to it being too cool and windy the day we wanted to use it, but we will be back and will surely use it next time. Pam was so friendly and very responsive. Check in was easy although the gate lock did confuse me a bit at first. When I asked Pam for help, she was quick to respond and gave clear instructions. I loved being greeted by Pepe the cat every day, and occasionally Pam let her dogs out to use the restroom and they were sweet and friendly as well. Thank you for a lovely stay, I can't wait until next time!

the apartment was great! very clean and comfortable, very safe and private.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Jeff and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with The historical apartment above the garage was complete with everything you will need for your stay a fully stocked kitchen and little deck to watch the sunset and lots of light. All this within walking distance to historic downtown

This was a great place to stay while we were in town for the Houston Rodeo! It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the Metro stop which made navigating easy. Eddie was super helpful with recommendations and very responsive. He was also super accommodating with a request we had even after we checked out. Overall this was a great experience and would recommend to others!

what a fantastic stay in Houston ! Mike was responsive and had an easy checkin . If you ask nice he may let you stay til 3pm for check out which worked out great for me . spacious living room and comfy bed and bedding . pre war charmer for sure , close to bars and thrifting , Trader Joe’s and HEB close by too, I would def stay here again . Thanks Mike 🤗🥰😘

Loved our stay here! Super cute Airbnb and great location. The bathroom situation is a little interesting as there is little privacy but not a deal breaker.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a quick getaway. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Main Street, making it easy to explore all the shops, restaurants, and wineries. The off-street parking was a great bonus. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fredericksburg!

Clean and easy access just like described.

This place was a fantastic getaway from the city. The area was peaceful, and the residents are very friendly. Loved that the place was walkable to the lake, and there was plenty of nearby trails as well. We forgot to bring a lot but the airbnb came with everything you could need. I was very impressed with how well stocked the place was. The hot tub of course was the cherry on top of it all. Rodney was so kind to allow my sister to visit as well. I mean really couldn’t have had a better experience, would highly recommend!

Wow! Eric , Georgia & Dakota are so welcoming & a true pleasure to meet. The peaceful location was perfect especially during spring break when the surrounding areas were so busy. There isn’t a single detail that has been overlooked. It is a cozy couples retreat and so comfortable. Dakota is the sweetest, most well behaved shepherd I’ve ever met! I’m not sure who does the cleaning but they deserve a bonus. We loved talking to both Georgia & Eric and look forward to returning. Great recommendations as well. Thanks y’all 🐿️

Pam was a very friendly and welcoming host - quick to respond. Location was nice and quiet. We were there for the the ren faire and it was such a nice close location. Tucker the dog was also a wonderful host and would come and hang out on the porch with us in the morning - such a gentleman of a pup. The property is also their home and a business as well, so on the weekdays there are employees about, but they didn't ever bother us, so we had no issue with it. Overall it was a wonderful visit, and we would definitely would look at staying here again if we come back again some year!

Abby was very responsive. The location is great and the Airbnb was clean.
