Very nice location. Great having a parking spot. Be extra careful of noise when checking in at night because of neighbors downstairs. Having Google translator on your phone is helpful for operating heating units and washer/dryer and reading check in directions. Great beds and very clean. Responsive host

I loved my time at this accommodation. Ben was super nice and also gave me great recommendations on places to hike, travel, and eat. I would definitely stay again if I get the chance to!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chika’s home. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. From providing detailed check-in instructions to promptly addressing our questions, Chika went above and beyond. The apartment was also beautifully equipped, with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of freebies, the bathroom had luxurious amenities, and the living area was comfortable and inviting. We especially appreciated the free use of bicycle, we felt like a local! We highly recommend this property and Chika as a fantastic host! Thank you!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Tad’s place! From the moment we arrived, it was clear why Tad is a Superhost—his communication was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. While we initially had some trouble with the digital traveler check-in, Tad was extremely accommodating and quick to assist. A tip for future guests: be sure to carefully read the detailed instructions Tad provides—all your check-in details are there, rather than on the app. He has done a fantastic job outlining everything, from check-in to WiFi and hot water instructions, making the stay effortless. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean and beach views that set the perfect scene for a relaxing getaway. The space itself is spacious, well-equipped, and carries a classy surf/beachgoer vibe that makes it feel both stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a beautiful, functional, and well-managed home in Kamakura. Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea—it’s the perfect spot to relax. The living room is very spacious and comfortable, with a great TV for entertainment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, which was super convenient. Parking is available right next to the house, which made things even easier. One thing to note: if you’re taller than 1.80m (5’11”), be mindful of the low door frames—it’s more suited for shorter individuals. However, this was a small detail compared to the overall experience. The balcony and the sea view truly made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

This apartment was a beautiful place to stay in Kamakura. It is right next to the station and a main street for shopping, making it really easy to walk around. We had issues with the water heater being turned off when we arrived and didn’t realize until late that night; Shoko was extremely responsive and sent detailed photos and information to help resolve the issue. The apartment was cold at night but many blankets were provided. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay is very walkable to the nearest train station which is a few stops away from attractions we want to see.

二回目の利用です。前回と同様にとても素晴らしい体験でした！ お部屋がとっても素敵なので、観光の拠点としての利用も良いですが、部屋でゆっくりくつろぎながら思い思いにおしゃべりするのにもうってつけです。暖かいお部屋で素敵なソファ、ホットカーペットに寝転がり、隣の和室に子供を寝かせて、夜遅くにお酒を飲みながらおしゃべりしている空間は至福でした。子供用の遊び道具もたくさんあります。 また、オーナーの方も暖かくいろいろな配慮やサービスをしていただいて、本当にありがたいです。また、対応もすぐにしてくださいます。 今回も舟盛りと鯛しゃぶのご用意をお願いいたしましたが、そちらも素晴らしく豪華でおいしく感動的でした。おすすめです！

Hosts Chie and Iain were wonderful suggesting ways to get around locally as well as gardening tips. Meeting with the chickens each morning then walking along Lake Biwa was a great way to begin the day. The quiet and serene lake setting provided welcome respite from Kyoto, Nara and Osaka hubbub. The house was roomy, comfy and outfitted with latest in high tech appliances. A short walk, then about a 50 minute ride from Hira Station gets you to Kyoto Station, where you can go most anywhere in this part of Japan. We thoroughly enjoyed stay and highly recommend it.

We loved staying at Ted’s place on Enoshima! It was wonderful to stay directly on the island and in such a comfortable space too. I would highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends to have a blast at.

全体的に、素晴らしく気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 良い点 とっても広くて全てがとにかくおしゃれで清潔、気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 吹き抜けいっぱいでしたが寒いこともなく快適。 図書室の空間も面白かったです。 サウナも楽しませていただきました。 サウナは別料金で銀行振込をしなければならなくクレジット支払いに対応していないので、リスティング料金に初めから含まれているとさらにありがたいですが… 家の周りに美味しいご飯屋さんやテイクアウトできる食事もあったので、また、森戸神社もすぐ近所で散歩できてロケーションも最高でした。 周辺の情報や家の詳細などは、事前にこまかくリスト化して送ってくれていて、すごく助かりましたしかなり参考にしました。 デメリット ・家の前の道が激狭だったので車を使うのが少しおっくうになった。運転に自信のない方は近くのコインパーキングを利用した方が良いかもと感じました。 その分部屋でゆっくりできたので結果的に良かったです。 ・リスティング説明ではBBQセット無償で貸出の記載があったが、貸出を希望したところ記載の間違えで今は有料との返事だったのは残念でした。こちらからの申し出で無償にしていただきましたが、なんとなく申し訳なく使用できませんでした。 ・2泊3日だとアメニティの量が人数から考えて想定より少なく、トイレットペーパーも少なめで、家にいることが多く割と消費したので無くならないか少しハラハラしました。 ・オートロックと聞いてましたが鍵がかからず困って問い合わせたところ接続不良とのこと。前もって教えていただけたら助かるなだと思いました。

説明も丁寧で、アメニティも充実しておりとても快適に過ごすことができました。

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

Had a lovely time here in Kamakura and it was great to come back to a peaceful apartment after a long day. The washer was really helpful and even though it took a couple hours, the dry function in the shower worked really well. I would definitely stay here again if I ended up visiting Kamakura again.

超出预期的体验，离电车非常近，去镰仓各个景点也很方便。房间内很干净，空间也足够，有很多体贴的细节入住了才能体会到，房东toshi也很及时回复问题以及给予各种建议。很适合需要安静，不慌不忙漫游的旅行者。

Great location within walking distance of public transport. We loved this area and highly recommend it.
