Amazing little gem of an apartment, perfect to experience minimalist living in the heart of Tokyo! Very clean space, great attention to details, equipped for longer stays (I lived here comfortably for a month) with access to a shared outdoor space.The building is well secured and peaceful, felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Ebisu is a great neighbourhood, apartment is close to metro, bars & restaurants and convenience stores. Numa was a very responsive and attentive host. Highly recommend!

Sophies place is an absolute gem in the heart of Otsuka which is directly on the Yamanote line! Super convenient to travel around and a great Tokyo starting point for us since it only takes less than 5 minutes by metro to Ikebukuro and also pretty close to Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya as well! Thanks to Sophie we had a great stay, she was always very responsive and proactive and made us feel right at home :) The only small issue we faced was that sometimes the Wifi connection wasn’t very stable but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day! Thank you Sophie :)

This place truly felt like a hidden gem. It’s a beautiful, modern two story apartment in a cool area of Shinjuku. You are also on the top floor of the building so you have nice privacy. The place matched the description exactly and honestly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone and if I come back to Tokyo with friends, I would definitely stay here again. The hosts are also very helpful and responsive!

Absolutely great location, so close to multiple train stations and Akihabara centre. Very spacious unit for a big family and has all the amenities you would ever need. Washing machine is huge bonus. Great restaurants close by and the unit is located in a beautiful quiet alley. Fully recommend this place for you stay in Tokyo, we wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic host, with good communication.

这次日本横滨之行，入住的民宿简直是旅程中的惊喜！刚到民宿，就被阿姨温馨的布局以及小细节吸引，一踏入房间，传统的和式布置整洁又精致，每一处细节都透露着阿姨的用心，因为是春节，阿姨特意给我们准备了很多小零食和水果，走之前还发了红包，是非常好的住宿体验！ 此外民宿的设施齐全且品质超高，浴室的洗浴用品是当地小众但超好用的品牌，用完皮肤滑滑的。并且步行几分钟就能尝到地道的日本料理。这次民宿体验超棒，下次来日本，肯定还选这儿！

The place is very near to the train station, with convenience store and fresh market around the corner make it the most convenient for person or traveller like me who likes to cook during my stay to save budget on food. The house is clean and have all of the basic things needed. The most important thing is the host has been very helpful & responsive..

Lee was extremely responsive (literarily within minutes) and provided good advise throughout the duration of the stay. The location is great, next to Chuo park, 15-20 min walk to Shinjuku station, with 2 other subway stations within 5 min walk. You are in the middle of the Shinjuku's attractions, and close-by to Shibuya. Highly recommend. Would love to come back!

Awesome Airbnb in the middle of Shinjuku with everything in the area within a super short walk from your front door. However, still quiet and easy to sleep. Everything matched the photos/descriptions and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Tokyo!

I found Dan’s place at the last minute, and it was the perfect find. It is about a 10-minute walk to Oimachi station, one stop from Shinagawa, for easy transfers. It was very easy to find his house because of the clear instructions he provided. The roads leading to his house are also flat, so it was pretty easy to roll our suitcases! The house was very comfy and made me feel like I was right at home~ Dan was very responsive and provided many local spots~ I hope to be back 🙏🏼

這次的住宿讓我覺得很滿意，整棟房子很乾淨有家的感覺，廚房設備使用也方便，有問題寫簡訊給房東，房東都會及時回覆，服務很好，房子附近有一間大超市及7-11，買東西很方便，房子離新柴又車站也近，走路約五分鐘，唯一美中不足的地方就是離東京市區太遠了，一趟出門到東京市區要轉三次車子，雖然如此，但我還是會強力推薦這個好房源的，謝謝房東的招待！

Host was very responsive and very hospitable. Grateful that she allowed us to check-in early because our arrival time was very early. It was very convenient. The house was super clean and all the amenities, as listed were there. The house is ideal for big groups, and very affordable. Something that is hard to look for in Japan airbnbs, especially in Shinjuku. I would love to stay there again if ever i will be traveling with a big group.

Amazing and very thoughtful amenities. Host was extremely responsive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at their Azabudai property.

Highly recommend this place! Best location (walking distance to station), lots of local good dining options and away from the busy tourist crowd. Our kids love it here as well, quite spacious for Japan and 8 of us were comfortable at this cozy place. The host was nice and responsive.

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

We stayed here with three kids. Everyone had their space. Area is nice and quiet and 10min walk to two different railway stations: different lines so more options to go places. The Old Ginza plaza 2min from the house was amazing, so many places to eat. Nice walking routes all around this area, we felt we didn’t need to train anywhere some days.

The host is nice and responsive, she is also willing to accommodate to your requests if any. There are nearby food chains and its within walking distance to Koiwa station. If you plan to depart from Narita Airport, then this is a good place to stay at. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Premium was the best host! Incredibly welcoming, communication was fantastic and very kind. The apartment was centrally located in a wonderful location. Surprisingly very quiet home. Would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo

we had the power go out for 24hours (Japan powers fault, not the units) and Zhu had us in a spare unit next door overnight until it was sorted, which we were very appreciative of... we will book the same unit on our next trip to Japan we liked it so much

Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo. It’s close to a train stop so it’s easy to go anywhere. The Airbnb was the perfect size for us and the host was amazing. He even provided us with snacks and drinks for our stay.

很高興在眾多房源中選到了這裡，房間的分配完全符合我們的需求，特別是一樓的房間，適合給有帶小嬰兒的旅客。客廳跟餐廳的氛圍也很好。這間房源四周沒有緊鄰（只隔著牆壁的）鄰居，所以相對來說較不怕打擾到別人（以及被打擾。當然樓下還是有鄰居的）。總之，是一次非常愉快的居住體驗！

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

This Airbnb was fine for our final leg in Tokyo. It was comfortable, with a small balcony with a view of the Tokyo tower. Unfortunately there was construction going on across the street which was unsightly and the noise was a bit disturbing. We spotted some hairs upon arrival so it may have not been meticulously cleaned, but it didn’t bother us. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Free luggage storage was also available for early check in/late check out. Also please note that this Airbnb is at least a 10 minute walk to the train station which was not a problem because we rented Luup scooters. The location is in a residential neighborhood so it is overall quieter and further away from local restaurants or bars.
