Tokyo : locations de vacances avec toilettes PMR

The house was lovely! The bed in the upstairs bedroom was expansive enough for my husband and I to comfortably share, and the bathroom and kitchen were pristine. Sipping tea on the porch was lovely. The location is superb, only a few minutes' walk to the Scramble. Overall, 10 out of 10.

We loved our stay at Toshiko’s place. The location was in a quiet and peaceful area yet close to the subway for easy access. Toshiko communicated so well from pre-arrival to during the stay. And also gave amazing recommendations on places to eat close by. The home was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children). It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We hope to stay there again one day!

家族で小田原城と箱根観光の為に滞在させて頂きました。宿泊施設は分かりやすい場所にありました。駐車場の場所は隣接していないのですが近くにあり、分かりやすいように写真での説明を頂き大変助かりました。滞在しやすいように布団等の準備もしてくださり、疲れておりましたので、とても暖かく迎え入れてくださっているように感じました。とても過ごしやすく、家族で滞在した良い思い出の一つとなりました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

部屋は清潔で、設備も必要なものは全て揃っていたので、とても快適に過ごせる場所でした。

I stayed at Chisaki's airbnb with 16 other people for a school trip. While the main living room and kitchen is a tight for 17, we appreciated the size of the rooms and the number of bathrooms. The showers are a little smaller and there are only three, but we managed to make it work. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the heating/air conditioner units in each room. I also appreciated having a full length mirror and vanity in the upstairs room. Overall, the airbnb is really nice. There is some wear and tear and you can tell that some of the furniture is a bit older, but the price for a place that fits a large group is entirely reasonable. The only major downside during our stay was the nighttime construction that happened right outside of our windows.

We are a young family with 2 adults and 2 children, 4 yrs and 1 yr, so travelling needs to include care and consideration in so many ways. Kentaro San’s apartment honestly could not have been better. The rooms were quiet and dark at night which was perfect for settling children to sleep. Access to the washing mach and dryer, was excellent for us, multiple kids playgrounds within a few minutes that we loved during down time from our sightseeing, it was all just so helpful in creating a soft landing for our family. This apartment is an INSANELY good location as you can get to almost anywhere in Tokyo that a tourist would frequent without having to change trains. We also really appreciated the thoughtful curation of extra toiletries when we ran low on items. One thing we wish we did differently was catching a taxi or airport transfer directly to the property. With 4 suitcases, a cot and a pram, it was just too much to carry (so I recommend this to other families). We will be back!

Quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to shopping mall, convenience store and 24hours supermarket. I can focus on my work and cooking my meals everyday. Thank you and I wish to come back next time!

Overall: Great little place, in a great location, and the host is very professional. The Location: Ideal location, 1 minute walk to the Higashi-Shinjuku station with 2 metro lines was super helpful. It's surprisingly quiet, even though you're walking distance from a ton of restaurants, shops, etc. Ideal place to stay to explore nearby and the rest of the city. The Place: It was very clean and functional. It's small compared to US hotel rooms, but the wifi was fast, the shower was hot, and the heating/cooling worked well. The kitchen and mini-fridge were very handy as well, better equipped than a hotel room. The bed was easily able to sleep two people, and there are real blackout curtains for better sleep. If you're new to Japanese toilet bidets, it has a good setup for a first time :D The Host: Very proactive, responsive, and professional.

Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier familial, résidentiel, et proche des différentes lignes de métro. De nombreux konbini et petits commerces à proximité. L’appartement est calme, très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise.

Navigating Ueno station is much easier than Tokyo station. The nearby National Museum, Ueno Park and art galleries were terrific. Walkable to Sky Tower and Hokusai museum. Wonderful alleyways and interesting shops/eateries/street food close to the nearby Keisei Ueno station (where the train to and from Narita airport leaves). There is a construction site next door, but even though we were adjacent, the sound proofing is impressive and it did not bother us at all. Having a washing machine/dryer was very convenient. The space was sufficient for a family of 4 tall adults. We arrived early and fortunately, we were able to get into the apartment straight away. The door opens with the code and must be locked with the code as you leave. If you enter the code twice (eg to show someone) it will lock.

Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in Shinjuku. Close to good places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very close to train station.

신주쿠역과 가까웠습니다.교통편도 좋습니다. 근처 마트, 드럭스토어,현지맛집,조용한 주택가등 모든 면이 만족스러웠습니다. 편안하게 잘 지내고 왔습니다~
