The place was very good, clear instructions to get in and how to keep it well.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Our group of four adults stayed here for a week and it was a home away from home. The apartment is split over level 3 and 4 of the building with a private lift to level 3 and a joining staircase between level 3 and 4. The apartment is in a quiet part of Ikebukuro, with 3 or 4 convenience stores and serval good restaurants on the street. There is excellent shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The apartment is close to Ikebukuro station which services many routes, and while there are some girl bars in the areas around the station, it does not feel dirty or sleazy. We always felt safe - there is a police station at the end of the street too. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed and comfortable with a full sized fridge, washer/dryer, stove top, bath tub and shower. The apartment is the perfect size for groups of four or families with 3 - 4 children. Our host was one of the most responsive and helpful in years or travelling. Five stars!

Was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for 7 boys, great location next to two different stations and the hosts always reply very quickly and are happy to help with anything!

Jerry’s place is great! Location is good. The house is spacious. Neighborhood is nice. We will stay here again next time.

My children and I had an amazing experience staying at Nayu’s house. Her parents welcomed us when we arrived with sweets and drinks and explained how to use the water heating/put rubbish out etc. They waved in the morning or evenings if they saw us:) The house is located in a very quiet and convenient area near the river. We were able to walk or cycle to many places and the trains were also very useful. It was very clean and spacious. I loved the open style kitchen dining room and the deep Japanese bath. They have double windows on one side of the house so we didn’t have to worry too much about being noisey. On the day we left, Nayu’s father gave us a lift to the bus station. I was very grateful as we had a lot of luggage. I would recommend Nayu’s place to everyone☺️

Great home to stay in if you want to get away from the hustle n bustle. Most drivers told us "too far". Stairs inside house is a bit steep for the elderly. First bathroom had toilet/shower/bath/sink, second bathroom had toilet/shower which made it difficult to go up/down stairs to use the sink. Bedrooms were wonderful, beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything for use. Washer/Dryer very easy to use. All in all a very nice home!

This home was perfect for us and was the best we stayed on our trip. Being on the first floor was extremely convenient with lots of bags. Very close to convenient stores and restaurants away from busier areas making it super convenient to get things without waiting in long lines. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable too! The washer/dryer combo was great to have considering most places are air dry here. Hosts were extremely responsive, had detailed instructions, and provided recommendations. We encountered no issues on our stay here.

The apartment was well designed, neat and clean, had everything our family of three adults needed for the five days stay. The heating system had kept us warm and the washer & dryer came in really handy. It was a pleasant stay for us.

Ichigoichie's place was wonderful. I love the corner with two balcony doors and natural light. Shower was amazing and had the basics I needed. Great food downstairs (might need res) and a 5 - 10 min walker to everything else. thank you for having me

I had an amazing stay at Emiko’s house! She is incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. The house itself is spotless, very spacious, and equipped with a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—right next to a Lawson, which is super handy for grabbing a quick meal or anything else you might need. The closest station is also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Toritsu Kasei home! The place was just as described. It was perfect for our family getaway. The kitchen has a basic kitchen utensils, microwave oven for our convini food to go. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living room had a great view of the surrounding neighborhood. The location was ideal as it was close to convenience store, restaurant, local drug store and groceries, which made exploring the area so convenient. We also appreciated the host for excellent communication; they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a memorable experience!

This trip was incredible all around. The Airbnb was in a perfect location and Takumi was very responsive and helpful providing activities to do around the city. Would absolutely recommend to anyone interested in staying here in the future!

Ryo’s Shimokitazawa apartment is small and simple, but perfectly formed for a stay in a real neighbourhood and leaving feeling like you’ve had a glimpse of local life. A breath of fresh air after the hyper nature of places like Shinjuku, it’s a lively and super safe neighbourhood with fantastic vintage and bespoke shopping, cool and numerous little bars and restaurants, a great supermarket to cater cooking back in the apartment, and not overly touristy. Ryo is a fantastic host and I loved his comms from his messages to the brilliantly written house rules. I hope to stay again Ryo!

가장 큰 장점 : 스카이트리와 가까움 침대는 없지만 이불이 나름 푹신해서 잘 잤습니다. 역시 동양인이라 신발 벗는 곳이 편한 듯.. 수건은 추가 제공되지 않으니 많이 쓰는 분들은 가져오시는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 전반적으로 숙소도 깔끔하고 간식을 먹을 수 있는 테이블이 있어서 편리했습니다. 호스트와 연락이 빨리 되는 것도 좋았고, 엘리베이터는 없지만 2층이라 괜찮았어요. 나중에 스카이트리 근처에서 머물러야 하면 또 이용할 것 같습니다. 잘 쉬다 갑니다!

This is one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, great apartment and fantastic surroundings. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect location with good cost effectiveness. Easy to access to the heart of Tokyo such as Ginza, Tokyo, etc. Even around the accommodation you can find lots of restaurants and shops along the street of Togoshi Ginza and Musashi Koyama.

The place was in perfect condition, exactly how the pictures portrayed. Our host was extremely responsive. We even needed to push our reservation back by 1 day due to flights and they were very accommodating. It was also a great location to a train station, as well as a 7/11 and grocery store to get food. Host provided easy check in procedures a d helped provide a guide to get from airport to Airbnb. Would stay again.

Beautiful home, really unique design. Great location in Shinjuku close to a few different metro lines. Easy access from HND & central access to all major attractions in Tokyo! Would definitely recommend, was super comfortable for our party of 4

We stayed here as a family of 3 with a 5-year-old daughter. Everything was great, and we would gladly stay there again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants fast access to everything Tokyo has to offer.

This is an excellent option for exploring the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. It's an easy walk from Shin-Okubo train station, and is in the heart of Korea Town - so surrounded by great restaurants. A taxi to Shinjuku was cheap and easy, or you can take JR or a subway. The directions on Google maps was perfect, and the host was very helpful and an excellent communicator.

Great place, exactly as described. Location is amazing. Very quiet, yet just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. We loved staying there and would go back next time we visit Tokyo. Thank you!
