친구들이랑 4명이서 여행 왔는데 너무 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 호텔보다 훨씬 넓고 쾌적해요. 엘리베이터 없어서 짐 옮기는 건 조금 힘들었지만 다와라마치역이랑 엄청 가까워서 긴자선 타고 놀러가는 것도 편했고 주변에 편의점도 많아요. 사람 많은 아사쿠사 관광지랑은 살짝 떨어져 있어서 매우 조용하고 평화로워요! 주변에 맛있는 식당/베이커리도 많아요. 시설도 좋아요 주방에 있을 거 다 있고 욕실도 히터가 돼서 매우 따뜻해요. 집처럼 생필품들이 거의 다 구비돼 있어서 여기서 오래 지내보는 것도 좋을 것 같아요. 매우 추천~~~~~~~~👍

Perfect place quiet and close to trains to get to activities. Bakery next door is a must visit any time of day. Enjoy

位置優越 附近有3間便利店

Great location for shopping and eateries. But not for family that has kids as it can get abit noisy after 2100. With that said the noise usually settles after midnight. Location wise it's one of the best. Good size room as well. And Yuri has been a fantastic host.

离高圆寺很近，附近很多买手店和古董 ，衣服可以淘宝，很便宜。吃的很多，逛不完。哈哈 这个时候遇上高圆寺还在盛开的枫叶，简直是惊喜，一次愉快的居住体验。5星推荐

Great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance, access to multiple train lines to easily get around Tokyo. Would recommend Miyabi’s place to anyone travelling to Tokyo - plus the rooftop is a bonus!

This place was perfect! Came with my family to Japan the first time and it had everything we needed. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants and perfect to get to transit stations. Would recommend to anyone!

Cozy space with a great view! Location was great with metros only minutes away and konbinis on the same block. Host was super helpful and responsive as well - we really enjoyed our stay here 😊

Toru was a very friendly host and extremely helpful. He stayed up until 2 am to meet us during check in (we were delayed) which i really appreciate, thanks Toru! He also assisted us with a mishap with the automatic lock (completely our fault) on our last day. He recommended lots of interesting places around Shimo-Kitazawa. Overall, a very enjoyable stay around a quiet neighbourhood, close to the station, with a very hospitable host! (bonus point is the house has a very pretty garden)

Our second time! We love it there. We stayed for a week - it might be nice to have a cleaning option or extra towels for guests who stay longer than a few days. We used the washer (of course), but towels and linens weren't dry in enough time. Not a biggie - we love this place and will be back.

This was my first time in Japan and rei was more than accommodating and helpful with helping to make this trip amazing. I didn’t need to message about too much b/c the location had everything we needed. Great place, I would recommend to others.

Great place and great location/value for a solo traveler or couple. The place was exactly as described, communication was clear, and the location near a main train stop made it very easy to get around. Would definitely stay there again.

Mostly loved the location of Tomo’s place. Very near Yoyogi Station and lots of hip restaurants and bars. Her place quite small but felt home. Hope we can stay there again. Thanks for having us!

房間實體比照片還要令人感到舒適，整理來說很喜歡，走路一分鐘就有7-11，10-15分鐘有一間大型超市（去JR池袋站的路上）。距離房子最近的車站是椎名町站及JR池袋站（我跟家人都是搭這個），房屋距離車站有些距離，若是帶著老人旅行或是腳程慢的人會不太方便，但不考慮交通方便性這間房子真的很棒，四個人住起來空間是舒適的，有附冰箱、簡易廚具、碗盤，可方便的煮飯。 居住期間有任何問題屋主都即時回覆和協助處理非常推薦大家住這間房子。

Convenient for a group, spatious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. Easy to access any location in Tokyo with transport few minutes away from the airbnb.

At first, a little concerned about no-elevator. But compared with the convenient location, food show supermarket and many restaurants nearby, it’s nothing to walk to 4th floor. Mr. Takayuki provides detailed services like a pack of wet towels in the toilet, three tins of green tea bags, black tea bags and coffee. A decent refrigerator!

The place is super small and the laundry dryer doesn’t work and the host isn’t that helpful when it comes to the dryer other than to point out the closest laundromat. That being said, they are responsive and the place is clean. I would NOT recommend this place for groups larger than 2 people max. Ideally a couple that gets along in close spaces. Came here with my wife and 2 young kids and we stayed out the entire day to avoid being inside. The sleeping situation was decent for us but the rest of the place is insanely small. It doesn’t have a living room or even a useable eating area. Shower is so cramped and trying to use the sink is a major challenge for anyone taller than 5’5. I gave 5 stars cause the place is clean and host is responsive. That’s all we can really ask for as guests from a host. It worked out for us but it wasn’t a comfortable experience so know that when booking

非常舒适愉快的住宿体验，房子在当地的居民区里面，很安静，配有电梯，便于搬运行李。房子离车站很近，出行简直太方便了！房东也很好，有什么问题都能及时回复解决。我们是三个人入住，房间大小很合适，非常开心选择住在这里！！！

One of my favorite value stays in Japan so far. The home is about 5 minutes to the nearest train station with a JR line and walking distance to the main parts of Shinjuku. There’s two double beds that can fit up to 4 people. They were so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up in the morning. All the amenities you can think of and more were included. It’s also a code lock instead of key knob so that was super convenient with for a group stay. The hosts also provided very detailed instructions on how to get to the room, which was made the process super seamless. The building seems a bit old but very well maintained. You can tell the hosts put in a lot of thoughts and considerations for their guests. Overall, a great stay, I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay here. Only thing was they were remodeling the rooms on the 1st floor but the noise was mainly just the 1st day. Definitely a good place for a solo traveler. Place is about 10-12 minute walk to the nearest station. So many shops and restaurants right outside your place! Very quiet at night. I highly recommend staying here. Will be staying here again!

The host was very responsive. We had very minor issues and N was able to fix them immediately. The area is super quiet while still being close to all the party in the city. I would definitely stay here again.
