Kazushi was a wonderful host. He is responsive and communicates well. He also recommended local restaurants/coffee shops, and was helpful with suggestions about transportation around the area. Thank you very much Kazushi-san!

I stayed in the Sakura room, and it was a great room! The bed, especially the pillow, was super comfy, and the place is equipped with heater and AC for your comfort. The layout of the place is simple and has everything you need for both short and long-term stay. The bathrooms were great, headed toilet seats were perfect for my stay during winter season. Although some may think that the sink is small, but I thought it was ok. The shower room was surprisingly relaxing (must be the pressure and the hot temperature), I looked forward to it after every long day. Bunkyō-ku is also a great ward, peaceful and safe. Kenichi's place also has easy access to JR East, Tokyo Metro, and Toei Subway. Even thought I didn't meet Kenichi himself, I did meet my 3 other roommates; everyone was super friendly and respectful.

Yuko was very communicative when we needed help checking in and extending the stay slightly. The place is not on GPS and she gave amazing detailed instructions to find it. Would come back!

It was my second stay. This time, I am with my husband.We were assigned to the same room which is very spacious and comfortable enough for us. It has an opaque glass window with curtains, sofas, table, tv, night lamp, ensuite toilet and heater(spring time visit). Though, the shower room is shared, it poses NO problem at all since most of the time it is vacant to use.The amenities that are on the listing are all in good working condition. House rules are implied and guests just have to be mindful and respectful of each other. During the whole duration of our stay, we felt very safe and immersed with the neighborhood. It is not a touristy place at all.I always felt like I am part of the community.Along the street, there are lots of restaurants, ramen shops, street food, convenience stores(24 hrs),laundry, grocery store(24 hrs) and a hospital hearby. It is only 450m from Oyama station of the Tobu-Tojo line while 400m from Itabashikuyakushomae station of the Toei Mita Line (subway).

Ho soggiornato qui per 10 giorni da sola e mi sono trovata benissimo. la stanza aveva tutto il necessario con letto, scrivania, libreria, specchio, appendiabiti, piccolo stendino e condizionatore. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il purificatore d'aria. In cucina e in bagno si può trovare tutto quello che serve, acqua potabile inclusa. Ho usato anche la lavatrice che fa anche da asciugatrice, meglio della mia! La posizione che dire: spettacolore! Questa zona è ben servita di trasporti facilmente raggiungibili. Di fianco alle attrazioni di Tokyo Dome dove rientrare la sera e divertirsi un po' dopo una lunga giornata di visite a templi e santuari. infine, i ristoranti sono i migliori. Dovete decisamente provare quelli in questa zona, sono a mio parere i più buoni e meno turistici rispetto a quelli in centro ai quartieri di Tokyo. Al rientro anche a tarda sera tutto tranquillissimo, mi sono trovata davvero splendidamente.

accomodation is an absolute bargain, very easy to get around to the rest of Tokyo but tucked out of the way so it's a bit more peaceful. All the shops you could need nearby including a donki

My trip was perfect. Thank you Kazuo for the hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and you have everything you need very close. I will miss the two precious cats. I hope to be able to repeat on my return to Japan :)

Excelente alojamiento por un muy buen precio. El tamaño es adecuado, y aunque no cuenta con cocina, está muy bien equipada con microondas y refrigerador. Los hosts muy amables y al pendiente para resolver cualquier situación. Zona muy bonita.

Buen lugar atención rápida y excelente lugar tranquilo si quieres pasar unos días en Tokio 100% recomendado

Fue muy amable, siempre respondía todas mis preguntas, todo fue igual como lo explicó, el lugar muy seguro dentro y fuera del alojamiento, un poco incómodo el baño pero no tuvimos problemas con nada ni nadie

The people at StayWork are super friendly and helpful. Asakusa Station, the Senjo-ji and lots of other atractions are very close (10 minutes walk). We liked the rooftop terrace and the „living room“ for stay & work. We also recommend Kappabashi-Dori (you can buy plastic food and other kitchen stuff), the Sky Tree (20 minutes walk) and Inaricho.

友人と一緒に利用しましたが、甲府駅から近く、周りに飲食店もたくさんあるので便利でした。和室１室、洋室２部屋（ベッド２つと１つのお部屋）でしたので寝る場所もたっぷりありました。ホスト様のメッセージの返信も早く、チェックイン時間よりも早くついてしまいましたが柔軟に対応してくださり少し早めにお部屋に入ることができとても助かりました。コミュニケーションがとても取りやすく安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。
