They gave me great recommendations on things to do in the area. They treated us like family. I would go back in a heartbeat. They also have great food

Lovely hostel in a great spot less than a minutes walk away from a stunning view of Mount Fuji, breakfast was recommended at a cafe at check in for a great price and was lovely food in the morning. Very clean shared spaces and a lovely place to spend a night near the mountain! Would highly recommend

WOW! This place is truly special and a one of a kind Airbnb. Jun and Kimi were the most graceful and kind hosts and we really felt looked after during our stay. Their connection to the land its history added a very magical element to our stay. We would 100% come back!!! Thank you both x

We had a great stay at the Erika's room. My room has a nice view of river. Erika was very kind and communicative. Highly recommended.

地点很方便，闹中取静，走出小巷去地铁站在步行范围内。便利店、各种餐馆，labi，东武，sunshine city，doki和药房都有配套，如果主要目的是购物的话，基本能一站解决。附近还有几家常年排长龙的面店，趁着地利我们找到一次没有排队的机会吃过一家，确实👍。 屋主很友善，好沟通，有事能及时解决。入住的卫生条件很好，在我住过的民宿里可以排前三。基本生活设施都配备了，卫浴不错，洗澡不会着凉。有阳台，主卧朝南，有太阳，洗的衣服一天能干。 缺点是老房子电路不行，几种高功率电器不能同时使用。两台暖空调+淋浴房洗澡+电吹风一起用会跳闸，一次同时开三种就没问题。不算大事，注意点就行。 还有就是房子面积不大却摆了四张床，虽然能睡的人多了，但是空间也被占用了。对我们有四个箱子四个背包的四口之家来说就有一些小小的挤迫，尤其是一起吃早餐的时候，总有一人不能上桌。如果是三口之家来住这里的话就很完美了。 总体来说是一次很愉快的入住，小屋子满足了我们这次旅行生活上的需求，推荐入住。

Ich kann das Splash Guesthouse wirklich nur empfehlen. Ein wirklich schönes AirBnB direkt am Strand, wunderschöne Terrasse, die beiden Zimmer schauen direkt aufs Meer - mit dem Rauschen der Wellen einschlafen und aufwachen. Dane und Madoka sind wunderbare Gastgeber, sie tun wirklich alles damit man sich wohlfühlt!

Quartier résidentiel très agréable et loin du tourisme Tokyoite. Malgré tout avec le métro on peut facilement se rendre dans les quartiers comme Asakusa, Akihabara ou Ueno en une vingtaine de minutes. Ah et la salle de bain est géniale avec son système de séchage. Bref j'ai passé un super séjour, je recommande.

エヌプラス was responsive to my queries and offered an option to store my luggage even after I check out. Since I had a planned day trip after my stay and had to head out very early in the morning, エヌプラス's offer saved me the effort to search for alternative luggage storage. Overall the room is spacious and clean. We were warned about the lack of elevator in advance. it was not a long climb. I was a little confused with the double lock system (facial temperature check plus key). that might be worth reviewing.

Very safe space. Small but nice. They have some kitchen utensils downstairs.

ホストのご夫婦がとても素敵で親切でした。彼女の誕生日と事前に伝えておいたからか、素敵なクッキーまでいただけて、感激いたしました。周辺は夜になると真っ暗なので、満点の星空が鑑賞できます。最高のバケーションでした。また行きたいです。

We had an absolute amazing stay in Hakone. The traditional ryokan looked even better than the photos and the view of Mt Fuji in the morning was breathtaking! The room was squeaky clean and had all the essential amenities. Communication and check-in process was super easy from the beginning and staff on site were helpful with local recommendations. The best part of everything was the private Onsen we booked on arrival with an indoor and outdoor bath. I can't recommend the place enough!

We booked Yuan Yuan house at the last minute and she came to our rescue. She helped us get a ride to the location, fed us, helped us get to the waterfall the next day. She made us feel right at home. Have stayed at many Airbnb, but never have. I felt this much at home until I found this location. Perfect for the traveler, who is looking for a beautiful location I need help finding a way around. Her food was great, and I would recommend her location 10 out of 10 times. Thanks again Yuan Yuan, see you soon hopefully.

离车站很近，也很安静

オーナーの方はとても親切で柔軟に対応してくださいました。お風呂は大きくは無かったものの、とても趣きのある作りの天然温泉があり、とてもくつろげました。 また機会があればぜひ利用したい宿泊先です。

あの広さでメチャクチャ安いです！

Beautiful view and great hosts!

This was probably the most comfortable bed I've laid in... this capsule stay was amazing and I wish I was able to have stayed for more than just one night. The amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again!
