Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Space was bigger than the photos and definitely better for a couple like us than staying in a hotel, we were able to spread out and open our luggages. We really had a restful stay after long walks exploring Tokyo because its a quiet peaceful neighborhood which also gave us an experience of what the residential vibe is. Very near the train station and also a lot of train routes to choose from wherever your itinerary is. Its also good that the train station is not very crowded both at night and morning so its easy to get on and off, even during rush hours. We did had a challenge with the wifi but the host responded quickly. Hope to be back in Japan and will definitely book with them again!

This place was awesome! Perfect size for our group of 3 and way better than being stuck in some generic hotel. The neighborhood had such a cool local vibe - exactly what we were looking for. Sn was a legend of a host. We had a minor issue with the hot water at 1am (not ideal!) but they got back to us straight away and fixed it up. They also helped us out big time on the last day by holding our bags while we grabbed our rental car from Shibuya. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was spot on. You really get to experience the real Tokyo here, not just the tourist stuff. Honestly can't recommend this place enough. Sn's hospitality was top notch and made our stay super smooth. Would definitely book again!

The place nearest train station is at Odakyu Line called Mukogaoka Yuen station. It is 20 minutes train ride from Shinjuku station. Neighbourhood and quiet environment which my family loved. From the apartment is merely 9 minutes walk to train station. The apartment is small and cozyvand well equipped just nice for my family of 4. The host Yui is very nice to pick us up at the nearby train station with a car and help us carrying all our heavy luggages. She guide us how to manouver the aircon/heater and all the electrical item. She goes way and beyond to assist our needs and concern for us if we manage to take train back to Shinjuku on our last day as there was a train delayed on that day. We will love to stay at Yui other apartment if we return back to Tokyo.

Lovely place. perfect to come in from tokyo, walk to enoshima, train to kamakura.

Words can’t describe how amazing my stay in Fujisawa was! It’s away from the touristy areas but close enough. The area the bnb is in is extremely homey and peaceful with some nice izakayas, restaurants and a10 minute walk to the shore. The host was extremely accommodating and kind when I asked for an extra day stay! I would do this trip all over again and stay longer. The bnb itself was also very homey, had great amenities like a soaking tub. I did a solo trip so it was the perfect size! I’ll always think about this bnb as my favorite stay!

從入住到退房，房東總是很快速的回覆或者幫忙解決問題。 四周很多超商，及各式食堂。離車站也不遠。是個不錯的民宿，有機會會再回訪。

It was a really nice stay, the neighborhood was really peaceful so I was able to get good nights of sleep! And Yoshiko came to get at the station and even accompanied me at the post office to help me with a package! Really great location+ really good host 100% recommend ( And the rice bread was really good )

Tomomasa’s place was perfect for our few days in Tokyo. Koenji station is so close and you can get there in a just a few minutes! The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and thrift shops in Koenji too! Would definitely stay again. :)
