Our family of 4 loved our stay at June’s place! It was in such a great location - only 2 stops from Shinjuku but in a lovely local neighbourhood. The size of June’s place was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and we loved the heated floors for our cold spring nights! The 7/11 was directly downstairs and was very convenient for breakfast and snacks. They also offer luggage forwarding which we highly recommend! June was a wonderful host. She messaged to let me know we could check in early which we were so grateful for arriving on a cold rainy day. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and we had two awesome local meals. We highly recommend June and her place!

The rental unit is very easy to find and easy to check in. We had no problem getting to the unit by train. A less than 5-8 min walk to the Toritsu-Kasei train station with 7 Eleven and Family mart on the way. Lots of restaurants near by as well. We're only about 25-35min train ride to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The rental unit itself is very cozy and clean for the price. Everything you need to toiletries, all the amenities you would find at a rental Airbnb. The bathroom is a bit small for us (Just because we're tall) but was definitely manageable and quickly got used to it. Tsugushiro is a VERY friendly and proactive host and very much reliable whenever we had questions and instructions provided to us prior to checking in was really helpful. Pros - Easy check in - Convenient location - 2 to 3 min walk to Family mart/ 7 eleven - Around a 5 min walk to the nearest train station Cons - Small bathroom (minor issue but didn't takeaway our experience) 10/10 for me would recommend!!

We had a good stay at Tasu Toco. The accommodation was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The space was stylish overall, and very conveniently located a few seconds away from the metro station. Our host was very nice and gave us details about the place and many recommendations to eat and drink. A few things to know when staying at 岩間's: you can hear the train when it departs, so get some earplugs. Although there are some windows, it's kinda dark overall. Other than that we were happy with everything. Thank you again for having us!

Perfect place quiet and close to trains to get to activities. Bakery next door is a must visit any time of day. Enjoy

We really enjoyed this accomodation. Interesting layout, decent space, comfy beds and good location. Has everything you need, although some other kitchen utensils and coffee mugs would come in handy. If I had to leave any other constructive feedback, it would be -very small amount of mould in shower but nothing drastic. Otherwise very clean. -there's a fair few windows that allows natural light to flow in which is lovely, but when you want to sleep past 6am it's not so good. Maybe some extra blinds to keep it dark in the morning would help? Otherwise we would recommend and we would rent again if staying in Shinjuku.

Dash Living is very convenient, its location, the helpful host, and how it felt like home. Our host was always responsive. Everything is walkable. The neighborhood is so close to everything you could imagine for food and shopping. Train station is very close. I would return to this location again, a great choice for first time travelers like us!

The hachi Family was super responsive and helpful when we asked for about a thousand recommendations lol they were always more than happy to provide us with links and detailed synopsis of places to eat or go . The home itself was cozy, chic, and cute , we really enjoyed our stay here .

We are a Canadian family of 4 and this was the first place we stayed during our Japan visit. 🇨🇦 My husband is 6’4 so had to duck for everything but we heard Japan accommodations are smaller. The place was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and it had everything in it to live life “normally “. 7-11 was 3 minutes away. Very convenient. The train terminal was 12 minutes away. My only negative was that the power would short out often if the 3 aircons were on and you used anything else. Had to learn what to have on when using other appliances. All in all a good experience! Thank you 🙏🏼

We rented the full apartment which had 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a dining room table and kitchem. it's across from the main place. We were 4 adults and were comfortable, you do sleep next to each other fyi. It's a cabin like feeling with a beautiful view of the mountains and very nicely designed. You can reserve the private onsen or chill at the bar and play games they provide. Nao was a great host and gave us recommendations on what to do. It's a very close walk to the station.

友達の誕生日に20人超で利用させていただきました。 施設の設備や清掃状況全て文句なしです！始まって日が浅く掲載されている写真が少なく多少の不安点はあったのですが、全ての施設が期待以上のものでした。 またホストの方の対応も迅速でこちらの都合に合わせ柔軟に対応してくださいました。 ただ一つだけお隣との距離があまり離れておらず、22時前でも(自分のたちの時は20時ごろ)外のBBQ場で盛り上がった際に警察を呼ばれてしまいました。 ただ室内でも十分楽しめるので、夜が更けてきたら中のカラオケルームに移るといいのかなと思いました。

広々としていて綺麗で快適なゲストハウスでした。ベランダからは山が見え、自然を感じながら過ごせていい休暇を過ごせると思います。ただ、バーベキューをする場合は近くにスーパーなどがなく、箱根湯本駅の肉屋も14：00で閉まってしまうため、事前に十分な量を用意していく必要があると思います。

Maison’s place was a great place to spend our trip in Tokyo. Conveniently located, it is only a few short steps from the train station, which is one stop away from Ikebukuro station. The house itself was well kept and clean, and there was even a washing machine, which was helpful since we were there for a week. There was also lots of space, which is very hard to find in Tokyo! The hosts were very hospitable and allowed us to check in early on the day and were also flexible with allowing us to checkout late since we had a later flight. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient location while also being away from the noisier areas of the city!

Everything about this stay was just perfect. We spent hours in front of the windows in the living room, just taking in the views and even then it wasn’t enough. It truly is in a beautiful location. There is also an amazing little observation point nearby which is perched on the ocean. The property isn’t just beautiful, it’s also really thoughtfully designed and organised. Taka was the sweetest host and super responsive and helpful. The welcome cake was an awesome touch. Thanks to him for a wonderful stay in Ito.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bamboo House! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and a cozy place to call home during our trip. The surrounding area is charming, adding to the overall experience. Our hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond—picking us up from the station, being highly responsive, and generously providing drinks, snacks, rides, luggage storage, and fantastic recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. We highly recommend Bamboo House and would love to stay again!

很感谢房东给我们很好的体验。房子又大又美又干净。离镰仓高校步行15分钟左右，适合早晨散步。房东给我们保留各种调料，十分方便。我们有8个人，足够入住。

民宿地點便利，距離池袋車站很近，只需步行10分鐘。民宿打掃得十分乾淨，真的可以用“一塵不染”來形容，我們住得很舒服，如果再去東京，必定首選這間民宿。 順帶一提，民宿提供了微波爐，對於我們這種便利店食品愛好者，真的十分開心，讓我們可以盡情嚐試不同的便利店食品。😆👍🏻

Toshi was a wonderful and informative host. He provided great instructions on getting to the place and was very accommodating. The place is perfect for a solo or couple traveling. The place is close to the Hase station and is a 10 minute walk from the giant Buddha statue. There are many great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Will definitely try to book in the summer so I can enjoy the beach!

숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 호스트의 회신은 매우 신속했습니다. 동내가 조용하고 고즈넉하며 식당과 마트도 충분해서 너무 좋있습니다.

Jacob and Natsuka's place was lovely, with a really homey feel and lots of thought in the little things, like a separate getting ready area with mirrors and a stand, and a multi-outlet power base with usb and usb-c ports. They left lots of instructions to help foreigners navigate the very Japan-specific home features. Shimokitazawa is such a fun area, you could spend multiple days in a 1km radius and still feel want more time.

Mathew was the great host, always responsive, providing clear instruction from airport to apartment with exact photos so we know exactly where to walk to the apartment. The most impressive was that he was flexible to let us drop our suitcase before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning so we can explore the city freely without suitcase. The location of apartment was great, easy to walk everywhere, walking distance to Mita station and Hamamatsucho station, walking distance to Tokyo tower and surrounded by local restaurants and convenience stores. We will definitely stay here when we plan next trip to Tokyo. Will also recommend friends to stay. Thank you Mathew for making our trip wonderful.

Ryusuke and her place were awesome! Spotlessly clean, super comfy. Will stay again next time I'm in Tokyo!
