雖然距離車站有一點距離，不過正因為是住宅區，所以非常寧靜，對於白天耗盡體力的旅客來說，可以在此獲得充足休息（對面有7-11，買東西方便）；房東很熱情並主動提出協助，時間可以搭配的話能前往車站接送，恢復訊息也很快。最後，感謝昨晚推薦我去當地泡湯的地方，泡完之後讓我一夜好眠。希望下次有機會再來玩☺️

We really had great time staying at Ayumi place. The location is very convenient which is only few minutes walks from kita-toda station (JR line). The room is super clean, the bed is comfy and have all facilities we need. Ayumi have made yummy homemade breakfast for us every morning. She is very helpful and kind to suggest about Japanese nice places and local restaurants. They are friendly family and having adorable baby girl to keep you smile when seeing 😍.

Great stay, very quiet place and with beautiful views of Fuji.

Jhunn was a wonderful host. The home is gorgeous and and is the perfect way to experience staying in a classic older home. Jhunn was so gracious, kind and helpful. He was always very quick to respond and answer any questions. He was excited to show us around the garden and the house and tell us about all the amazing things. I only wish we could have stayed here longer. It's also in a quaint and peaceful neighborhood.

Mone is the absolute best example of what airBB should be! We were looking for an authentic and warm stay with a local host, and Mone exceeded every hope. She is kind, welcoming, and an amazing cook! She offers a traditional, local breakfast that is both creative and absolutely delicious. The house has a wonderful bath that was great after hikes and training at a nearby dojo. I felt adopted by her, and can only say THANK YOU! for such a great experience.

Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

Staying with Yuriko san at her home is an experience I will cherish. I loved my traditional Japanese room, sitting in the living room watching the fireplace, taking a long bath in her Hinoki bath tub. She is so generous with her time picking and dropping me in town but also went out of the way to get me to places I wanted to explore in the area. We had fun visiting a strawberry farm, a temple and a sake brewery. She treated me like family even sharing their dinner with me. And her breakfasts are amazing. I definitely want to go back in Autumn. Thank you Yuriko San for being so kind and generous.

Lovely place with Mt Fuji view. V cozy.m and charming, better than photos shown. Will certainly come back if I do visit Hakone again. Breakfast is delicious too! Love the public onsen which is made available on a first come first serve basis. The onsen is of natural mineral hot spring.
