Staying at Oki’s place was beyond any Airbnb experience we could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, he personally welcomed us, gave us a tour, and made sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality was exceptional—always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything. Before our arrival, he proactively sent us detailed directions and transportation options, making our check-in seamless. Throughout our stay, he communicated quickly and thoughtfully, even inviting us to a small gathering to celebrate our marathon. His attention to detail was outstanding—his place was spotless and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities and a beautiful lounge. When I needed a quiet place for a late-night meeting, he immediately offered a solution. Oki is not just a host; he is a true ambassador of Japanese hospitality. If you stay here, you’re not just booking a place—you’re gaining an unforgettable experience. We are incredibly grateful and can’t wait to return!

Great stay, lots of nice amenities. Area is very walkable, has a tons of bars, restaurants, and stores within steps of the apartment, and is really close to several train stations making it incredibly easy to access the rest of Tokyo. However, as a result of all the neat things to see and do right outside the door, Kabukicho is incredibly loud at almost every hour of the day and night, so definitely bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Yuki was a great host. Super helpful and responsive.

Very responsive and considerate host. They allowed us to check in early a few hours and even gave us new sets of pillow cases when we requested. Surprisingly spacious home in Tokyo. Just 6 to 10 minutes away from Gotanda Station. It is also located very close to a Lawson convenience store and a few 24 hour diners. Highly recommended to all!

숙소위치와 가격 모두 정말 감사하다고 밖에 말할수 없을정도로, 잘 있다 왔습니다. 같이 주무시는분들의 성향에 따라 편안함의 난이도의 고저차가 심하지만, 그럼에도 숙소내에서 식사포장해와서 먹는것도 가능하고, 간이 주방도 있다는 점에서 정말 좋았습니다. 세면대가 없는점 만이 불편함 입니다. 나머지는 도미터리에서 이정도면 정말 좋죠. 특히 이 미친 접근성은 정말 ㅎㅎ

A home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and apartment are both immaculate. The apartment is so homely and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The beds are super comfy. The location is fantastic, so many shops, resistant and even a mall walking distance. Hosts are responsive and kind. Would love to come back and stay here. 10/10

You have to give this place a try. Or else you missing out. Walking distance restaurants are massive. I m not talking about one block or two. Literally the whole area are filled of restaurants and many shops to explore for coffee and small bites..etc Host is very friendly and knowledgeable. He will guide you around the place and also there’s a small lobby room you can visit. It’s definitely worth. It’s about few minutes to shinjuku and other cities and easy to return to drop off stuff and head back out.

整体满意，麻雀虽小 五脏俱全。比想象小，但是卫生干净。虽然太阳照不到，但是中午不开灯也有亮。卫生间很干净。Wi-Fi密码要小写哦。数据信号在房间基本没有，所以一定要使用Wi-Fi。

写真通りの素敵なお家でした。広々していてお部屋は床暖房で暖かく大変快適でした。 ベッドルームも複数あるので家族で滞在するのにぴったりです。 2階のゴルフのお部屋も楽しく小さい子供も楽しく過ごせました。 Kotoさんご夫婦はcheckinの時間に迎えてくださり、とても感じが良く荷物も一緒に運んでくださったり親切で素敵なお二人でした。 こちらの都合での変更にも快くご対応いただき本当に助かりました。 とても素晴らしいお家でお勧めです。 ありがとうございました。

Yu’s very accommodating and the place is great! I love that it has a play room and a high chair for my toddler. The location is great! It’s near the trains station and near stores. My family had a comfortable stay after a long day of roaming around Tokyo. We will definitely come booked the place again on our next visit.

Kumiko-san and her husband are really kind-hearted people and the best hosts I have ever had! They always made sure I was comfortable and Kumiko-san even picked me up/dropped me off at the stations or other locations I wanted to visit. She even took me on a day trip to Yokohama and showed me the beautiful Sakura trees around the Onda river near her house. Their house is also beautiful, clean and spacious, filled with all the amenities you need. Her pets Nano-chan and Ato-chan were incredibly cute and cuddly, and really make the place feel like home. If you are looking for a more quiet area and want to experience a local lifestyle in Tokyo, you should definitely stay here and enjoy the scenery around Machida! I highly recommend Kumiko-san’s place and I hope to come back as soon as possible 🥰

Yumi's place, Nekomichi is the perfect stay for our young family of four. Yumi is an attentative, caring, and accomodating host. There are many personal touches throughout the house as well as specific to the stay that makes it more special, like the handwritten note to guest, to the complimentary snacks and drinks. House is cute, fully stocked, and sprinkled with many cat adornments throughout. I tried to count the neko! My kids' personal favorite is the upstairs playroom with a big chalkboard where our little creatives left drawings for Yumi. They also loved the whale depictions in the showering room. The location is on a quiet side street and walkable from train station. It is also near the Saitama Railway Museum where we planned a visit. There's also a cool little free zoo with a capybara at Omiya Park and a playground that the kids loved. Park is also a great place to see cherry blossoms. We only planned a 1 night stay but would love to return for a longer stay next time.

Really clean and peaceful, would recommend if you want an authentic Tokyo experience.

Kana is kind and flexible. The house is accessible with the bus stop 5 mins by walking. There is a 7/11 in front so it's convenient. The living room is cozy with lots of massage chairs to relax.

I had an amazing time. The location was perfect and conveniently located near a station and was very easy to get to. The house was very lovely. Host and co-host were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.
