It was a pleasure to meet May virtually and to work with her closely to ensure that everything was properly setup for our stay. She is extremely professional and takes pride in her business. Any challenge that we faced, May worked everything out for us. She found creative solutions for some of our logistical issues. We hope that we have the chance to stay at May's place in the future.

Very comfortable stay for a family of three. It felt like a home away from home. Excellent location with restaurants and shops right outside the doorstep, a few stops away from the subway. David the host was always reachable if needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Most wonderful! Everything was perfect. And very close to the metro. Slept very well, great mattress and a quiet neighborhood.

Miyuki"s place was clean and enough space for our small family of three even if our son is already a teenager. She prepared enough supplies and utensils. Bed and linen were comfortable. Internet was fast. Check in and check out had no issues. Best of all, she was always ready to answer questions.

一週間の滞在でしたが、どこに行くにもアクセスが良く、スカイツリーに近いため、閑静ながらも夜はスカイツリーの灯りで綺麗でした！ 記載通りの設備で、特に乾燥機付きのドラム洗濯機には一週間お世話になりました。 ホストのsatoshiさんは、常に連絡を取ることができ、滞在中分からない事があってもすぐに対応してくれました^ ^ また東京に長期の旅行に来る際はこちらに泊まろうと思います！

Stayed here for close to a month and was the perfect place to stay and explore Tokyo. Great amenities, room was very clean and practical and sufficient space for a longer term stay. Tanaka is great and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Beautiful area and the neighbors are very friendly

The address of the place was difficult to find in Google Maps but the host was responsive to assist with the exact entry needed by Google. There are two stations close by but only a minute apart. The bigger station is the JR Kinshicho which has a lot more connections. The place was very welcoming, modern, and all the amenities you need. washer and dryer came in handy but you need to set your expectations that these are not huge load capacity so don't hold that against the host. Everything was functional and plenty of toilet paper and other amenities to complete our 15-day stay. The host is very accommodating - we needed extra bedding, Amazon delivery, etc. Clear instructions for all appliances and electronics with includes manuals in English. Cute slippers were ready for us as we enter the room. We wanted this to be worry free since we were traveling with my senior Mom. This stay made everything worthwhile and memorable.

A very receptive and welcoming host who reached out to say we were welcome to ask any questions as needed. The location was great, with multiple train stations within walking distance, and convenience stores very close by. Entry was easy with a keypad, and very good instructions on how to get there from the train stations. Thanks for having us! 🙂

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ge's listing! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly informative and provided detailed instructions that made check-in a breeze. They were so responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had and ensuring that we had everything we needed. We asked Ge for recommendations for a body/foot massage and they made the reservations for us! They were super helpful and always reaching out if we needed anything. The space itself was exactly as described, cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to relax. There is a grocery store across the street that is readily accessible and you have 2 different train stations. It was clear that the host genuinely cares about their guests’ experience, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. *Please be mindful, there are multiple levels with stairs, so having small children or elderly people may find it difficult to go up and down when accessing the amenities.

This Airbnb was a perfect fit for our group of six. While the space isn’t too big, it was just the right size for us, and it had a lot of amenities that made our stay comfortable. One thing to note is that the bathroom can be a bit cold during cooler seasons, so be prepared for that. As for the location, it’s fantastic! It’s just a 2-minute walk to Higashi-Nagasaki train station, which is only about 5 minutes by train to Ikebukuro station. There are also a few drug stores nearby, as well as a konbini (convenience store) and a dollar store, making it easy to get daily necessities. The area feels lively, even at night, with a few bars nearby (though I didn’t try them). Overall, a great place to stay with everything you need and a super convenient location!

Very responsive and accommodating host. Property is quite clean

We enjoyed the stay for a week. Everything was in good conditions and working fine per the house manual provided by the host in advance. It is located near Mitaka and Kichijoji Station where we could take trains to Mt. Fuji and Enoshima/Kamakura efficiently as well as frequent rapid trains to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Tokyo Stations. We also liked to get off at Shimo-kitazawa Station on the way back home to enjoy its young and hip vibes. However, it takes about 15 minutes to Mitaka Station on foot. There are many buses, but they are slow and still require more than 5 minutes walking. This was sometimes difficult for us when the weather was bad, or we were very tired from a long travel. Taxi costed about 1100 yen. The Japanese Taxi App called GO was very useful and easy to use. We recommend to have dinner and get the breakfast (or other groceries) at the Kichijoji Station area. There is a 7-11 convenience store near the house, but that is pretty much your only choice for food.

Cannot recommend chika’s place enough. The place itself was lovely with every amenity thoughtfully provided and many personal touches. But the real star was chika herself. Went above and beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions. She even picked up our bag from the airport lost and found that we had lost in transit and also personally arranged the pickup of our bags to go from the airbnb to Kyoto!! Thank you thank you chika for such an unbelievable experience and customer service par excellence ❤️❤️❤️

The place is very cozy and accessible near the station. The hosts were able to assist us on our requests. There are toiletries provided and they allowed us to use the washing machine and dryer. Overall experience was great! Thank you so much Yin! 😀

My young family and I visited Tokyo for the first time together, and we’re so incredibly grateful we booked this Airbnb! After a busy day of exploring the city, it was such a joy to return to this cozy and welcoming home. My son had the freedom to play and enjoy the wonderful play space that Hitomi has thoughtfully set up. The place was absolutely spotless, and we truly felt so cared for by Hitomi. She even went out of her way to surprise us with a lovely souvenir! I can't recommend this place enough, especially for families with young children. Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.
