Beautiful home!!! This home is even better in person, and supplied everything you could need. Host was very nice and responsive, always checking on us. Perfect home for the weekend, I didn’t even want to go out to downtown because the home was just amazing!!!!!

Can’t recommend Maria’s perfect Austin oasis enough! We did a girls trip to Austin for the weekend and this was an awesome spot for us. Tons of comfy beds, well stocked, a dreamy outside area, and walking distance to tacos, HEB, and cute coffee spots! Maria was wonderful to communicate with and shared so many local pearls. Overall e recommend this home highly, and give it a 10/10!

True hospitality for our group. Lynn and Jerry’s place was amazing. They were very proactive and accommodating with all our asks. The home is in a great location with great access to all of Austin’s go to spots. Truly awesome outdoor space, great for groups and a great base camp. Overall would highly recommend and would book again.

Michelle was very accommodating and responsive to questions! She was very easy to work with! The house was well equipped and felt like your own home. We would consider coming back if ever in Austin again!

A little piece of heaven. The property was just as described but even better in person. The house was super clean. Stocked with board games, outdoor games, essentials like paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. Our dogs loved the yard. The dock was a perfect place to people watch on the lake. The neighborhood was lovely, lots of people out walking their pups. A convenient drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Such a special place to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family.

We had a great stay here with our family! The house is perfect for those traveling with kids. A swing set in the yard, kids books, toys, and sleeping options make it convenient. Also there were friendly neighbors nearby also with kids which made our stay really enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked and Jenny is super responsive. Downtown Austin is reachable and there‘s lots of family friendly food options nearby.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and in a peaceful, private country setting….perfect for a relaxing getaway. My kids had an absolute blast, especially with the pool and hot tub, which quickly became their favorite spot. The tranquil surroundings added to the overall experience, and we felt completely at ease during our time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat!

Jessica's house was just what we needed. It's a great location, easy to walk downtown but with loads of great restaurants on the doorstep. La Barbecue and Laundrette are both musts! The house comes equipped with everything you can think of, from paddle boards and yoga mats to music and games. Thanks so much, we hope to come again!

Me and my family stayed here. It was not our first time here. We love this place so much and we look forward to coming back again!!! The bungalow was perfect for our family of eight. Everything about it was just awesome. I will always recommend this place

We were looking for a fun little getaway away from the city with the kids for Spring Break when we stumbled upon the Cozy AF Cabin. The cabin was so adorable and was perfect for our family. Jasmin and Alex were so pleasant! They offered great recommendations around the city, which we took them up on! The cabin had everything we needed from cooking supplies, comfortable beds, nice warm shower and so many activities to entertain the kids. ! It was so nice to see these city kids explore the outdoors in a safe environment. This was among the best Airbnb experiences we've had and recommend The Cozy AF Cabin for a nice quiet getaway.

It was clean and a lot of space for big families and has everything you need and I recommend it I would like to go back.

This was such a cute getaway for my family and I, the scenery is just beautiful too. I Loved how they had supplies for the bbq pit and the fire pit as well. The only thing I will say is that there were ALOT of grasshoppers everywhere lol but definitely would recommend !

We have been going through a lot personally and decided on a kid free weekend. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very well equipped, and perfect distance from the lake. Love everything about it.
