Shelly’s place was perfect to stay at while I was in town for SXSW! Close to the downtown area, where there was always lots to see and do. I had to make a super last-minute change to my reservation but Shelly was so accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. The space is on the second floor, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage and/or anything heavy with you like I did! Would absolutely stay here again if I am ever in town.

What a great long weekend in Austin, Texas. Thank you Lee for your hospitality. The accommodations were just what we were looking for! My adult daughter slept in the loft and found it very comfortable. I slept downstairs on an inflatable air mattress. It more than suited my needs. I’ll admit I was initially worried that the location was a little far from where we wanted to explore, but there was a CapMetro e-bike stand a block away and next to a bike path that winds through most of Austin. For $11 each, we were allowed unlimited rides, provided they were less than 60 minutes each. This allowed us to explore up and down South Congress, downtown Austin, UT campus, state Capitol, state cemetery, LBJ library, Harry Ransom Center and numerous food and music destinations throughout Austin. When it wasn’t convenient to take bikes, we spent no more than $10-15 for a Lyft (not counting trip from and to airport). Could say more but space limited.

Greg offered more help than we able to take advantage of...just too busy. The loft is very comfortable.

The pictures do no justice to how beautiful this space is. For the price we were expecting something less but was wowed by how amazing it is. You can walk barefoot without the worry about a gross feeling floor and that’s a big deal for me personally. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we actually over slept. The lights in the backyard at night made it look so magical. It’s very obvious that they take a lot of pride in making the place magical, comfortable, and honestly perfect! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and we’ll definitely be back!

If I could provide more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I celebrated our 8th anniversary this year at this private, beautiful place. Nancy left a custom "Happy Anniversary" card on the kitchen counter with a complimentary bottle of wine. Any message I sent was met with a very, very timely response. Check in and check out was easy. The apartment was honestly very big and you got so much more bang for your buck than you would at a hotel. The place was very clean! The residence was private and peaceful. And our host Nancy went above and beyond making sure my wife and I had a wonderful stay in Austin, Texas. I would recommend this host and location to anyone wanting a memorable stay in Austin. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks for everything, Nancy!

The most perfect place to come if you don’t want to be too close to the city and in a more quiet area. Deborah was incredibly responsive within a few minutes of every message and met with kind responses each time. The loft was very cozy and cool to be inside to beat the heat. Each room was very clean and had appliances to be able to make meals for your own along with being provided with hygiene products. Snacks were left for us as well to enjoy during our stay. The banana and lemon bread were very delicious! The area was so peaceful at night that we were able to see some of the deer in the yard during sunset.

The place was great. They didn’t send me the details for getting into the house until the day before, when I was very busy getting ready for the trip, which added to my stress and some confusion. Would be great if they sent that information a bit sooner.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tressa’s place in Austin. We had originally booked the smaller upstairs unit for four nights at Thanksgiving, but had some initial trouble with the WiFi, so Tressa had us take the larger main floor unit as it was not booked for those nights. It was a great space — loved the furnishings and art work and books! The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and shampoo, etc. was provided. The kitchen had all the basic things you need as well as coffee and tea and a few drinks in the fridge. When we are next able to return to Austin, I would book here again!
