Our stay at Thuy's place was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and Thuy was incredibly responsive and helpful. We highly recommend their place!

Gina’s home was very comfortable, from the cozy couch, well equipped kitchen, to the comfy beds. The floor plan is open, bright and fresh. It’s less than 10 minutes from an HEB and easily accessible to I-35. My family enjoyed staying here, even the four-legged ones.

This house was perfect for my group. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get into Austin but far enough to where we werent dealing with the madness of the city. House was very cute, comfortable and clean. We felt safe and cared for.

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

Everything was so nice! There's much to do even just at the house itself. We enjoyed it very much.

Jessica's house was just what we needed. It's a great location, easy to walk downtown but with loads of great restaurants on the doorstep. La Barbecue and Laundrette are both musts! The house comes equipped with everything you can think of, from paddle boards and yoga mats to music and games. Thanks so much, we hope to come again!

Mahshid was a really great host. Communication was quick and spot on. The house was clean and as described. Great porch to hang out in the evening. The neighborhood is pretty calm and felt safe. Couple things to note: - house itself is next to a quite busy street and bedroom windows are facing it, so mornings might start a bit earlier :) - mattress in one of the bedrooms was really soft and squashy - just something to keep in mind. Overall - recommendations!

This rental was exactly what I was looking for & the hosts were just as great. Always responsive and super helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Their home was super clean and made us feel right at home. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or somewhere to stay on vacation. Great location if you want the best of both worlds of Austin , enjoy the outdoors and still be accessible to downtown Austin. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

Do not hesitate! Marylin’s studio is a gem—even better than the photos. Full of charm and well-utilized space and very dog friendly. A very convenient neighborhood and walkable too. As if that all weren’t enough, Marylin is an amazing host. Thoughtful, considerate and communicative. I would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

Bre was awesome. We had a couple of questions and she was quick to respond. The place was beautiful and the view of the lake was amazing.

Elaziels place was amazing. I travel to Austin a lot and this was my first time staying here. I raved all week at how nice the room was and how it fit my needs for the week perfectly.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Really beautiful and well-maintained space with nice views and plenty of natural light. We were impressed by how clean the apartment was and with the amenities available. The area is walkable and safe. It’s close to the river and downtown. The host was very prompt and friendly in all communications. We would definitely stay here again!
