Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

Brian is an accommodating host and the apartment is a great find, we stayed overnight and didn’t have time to grocery shop. Fortunately Brian sold us some organic eggs from his own chickens and the apartment had all the other necessities. He even lent us a couple of sleds to go to the snow behind his property in the afternoon. I’d definitely return for a longer stay.

Great location, one block from the beach. You can walk to restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Nice remodeled unit and very clean. Complex is quiet and well kept.

Austin's place was very nice, we had such a great time with the pool table and the beautiful view. We stayed for 1 night due to a memorial I had for my daughter across from his home. The place was very clean, very bright and welcoming. Wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beach and kayaks during the day however there is always a next time. Thank you Austin.

Paul’s place is just perfect for me. It’s quiet and private and yet I can walk out to the BEAUTIFUL beach in no time, which I do every morning. I also love all the local recommendations Paul has suggested. I’ve been to nearly all and they are spot on! Thank you Paul!

I needed a place to stay for one night while visiting friends in Camarillo. I was so pleasantly surprised by this studio apartment! The studio was very clean and well appointed. It was easy to access and had plenty of street parking. Cute neighborhood with grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants etc all within walking distance. I would happily stay here and again. A wonderful, peaceful place; very walkable: minute to the beach and great venues along Seaward.

Our stay at the Neptune was fantastic. Everything was in order when we got there and had very little communication with Allie. The communication I did have went very well just a minor problem and more of an operator error than anything else. She was very helpful. Great neighbors we got to be friends with while we were there. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and also we’ll plan on returning. What a great experience thank you.

We loved staying here! Great set up with en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. Kitchen small - but we didn’t use it much. We loved hanging on the balcony, and our 2 year old loved watching the cars on the highways. Noise wasn’t an issue for us. A few restaurants within walking distance, but a quick 5-10 min drive to Montecito or SB. The sunsets were amazing! We loved taking our little one to the park (3 min walk away) and watching the sunset while he played. It was a perfect stay!

Jeffrey was flexible and accommodating. The space was perfect for our family and made for a great stay in Ventura!

Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

This place is an INCREDIBLE value, particularly the location minutes away from the main drag at Summerland. The kitchen is enormous. One super nice bedroom and a smaller one. Nancy was always available when we needed her. Totally adored the funkiness. All and all, I can't recommend this place highly enough.

We absolutely loved Geoffrey’s place and getting to know him and Annika a bit. So clean, great energy, comfortable, and it was perfect to have the hot tub and sauna available. We will be back again!

We planned to prep for our trip to the Channel Islands while staying but high winds put an end to that! Instead we were able to check out some of the recommendations and were not disappointed. The location is walkable to a variety of shops and restaurants, on a quiet street with ocean views, and super cute. The high pressure in the shower was awesome and the French press appreciated. We will be back!

This place was perfect! The pool and beach access are amazing. The only issue was getting there because PCH was closed so we had to take a detour. Other than that, we had a blast. I'm not sure the neighbors enjoyed us as much as we enjoy the place but it didn't bother us! I have 2 boys 9 and 11 who had a blast playing in the pool and were enjoying themselves in the middle of the day (not at night) but we definitely got some unfriendly stares. Sorry - we don't have these luxuries everyday so we will enjoy them while we can! The place itself was nice, kitchen was great, fireplace was fun. Balcony was perfect. Definitely a gem!

We had a wonderful time and could only recommend this amazing location. When we had a question, we got an answer in minutes, this was really helpful!!

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely love to come back. Thank you again Kiran.

My family and I loved our stay at Rico’s and Cinzia’s place! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The hosts provided very clear instructions for our late check-in, helping us settle in very smoothly. Highly recommended!
