I and my family had a fantastic time staying at Elena’s place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We stood here for our anniversary trip and it was PERFECT! The location is incredible and you have everything you need at your fingertips! The host is spectacular and very communicative! Highly recommend!

I’m reluctant to see how much we loved this space because I wanted it available when I come back again. it’s beautifully serene yet in the middle of everything. We woke up every morning to beautiful ocean view and loved the back private space with fire pit to relax in the afternoon with a glass of wine . we were able to park right in front and everything about the space was convenient. We walked everywhere in Summerland and I was in heaven with all the home decor, stores, and antique shops. We took a Uber into Montecito several times for a beautiful dinners We can’t wait to stay again.

Incredible view and location. Home had all amenities listed and host provided great restaurant recommendations. Would stay again without a doubt!

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

John and Roe were wonderful hosts.. The pictures don’t do the location justice… You walk out the back door and you are literally on the beach… Sunsets are magnificent and it is very private..very few people on the beach.. It has all the amenities that you need to cook if you so choose, the beds are comfortable and they were nice enough to have bikes for us to use… There is a great neighborhood diner a half a block away that has wonderful breakfast and lunches … Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning next year ..

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Sam was an outstanding host, friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful and welcoming space. Great location for Ventura Harbor, and seeing Channel Islands NP House is ‘hidden’ behind hedgerows, so gives nice feeling of privacy. My kids loved the garage activities of ping pong, cornhole, etc.

This was our second stay here and it was just as great as our first stay. It was clean, well kept, and had easy access to the beach and other fun things to do in Ventura.

This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The place is great. However, in March it was extremely windy and cold. But the house has beautiful views.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Views and location were fabulous for a short getaway. Overall very positive experience.

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

Very clean place and next to the ocean if you want to sleep with the sound of waves. This unit is kinda like a 3rd story height from the ocean. Base of the building raised, first floor common area and the next level is the apartment from the beach side. Car parked on the street level and you enter the apartment from the same level . Very clean place and nice host who responded right away to answer all my questions. A very short drive and you have grocery stores and restaurants. We were very pleased with the stay.

Great Place to stay very roomy cozy comfortable easy to get too. Great location place was immaculate and had everything from cooking and all dishes had coffee machine and coffee. Michael is a great host! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
