Beautiful, rustic stone cottage. Felt like we were in southern France or Tuscany… loved the stonework throughout the property. Love the outdoor, screened patio. Kim gave amazing hiking recommendations. Would be grateful to return !

We had an amazing stay here and it made our mom and daughter trip extra special. We were really impressed at how efficient the use of space is and loved cooking in the kitchen with the open windows. The location has a stunning view that feels secluded and in nature while only being 5 min from town. The only thing we would do differently next time is pack lighter - carrying our checked luggage up the gravel path to the Airbnb was a bit of a workout. Definitely doable but would suggest a carry on or just a weekend bag if possible :) We would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Loved Catie's place for its outdoor serenity, beautiful interior and thoughtful decor. I love that it felt homey and lived in with a gorgeous bookcase replete with books, magazines, light-filled spaces, while also feeling like a state of the art airbnb with its cleanliness, peaceful and rustic outdoor spaces, and overall vibe. My cousins and I came to both see Ojai and hike in the Channel Islands so Catie's place was an ideal base. We were able to do some great hiking nearby in Ojai (even saw a mama bear and two cubs), have a Spa day, eat great food nearby, spot a celebrity, and take a day trip to Channel Islands. It was alway reassuring to know at the end of the day we would return to Catie's beautifully appointed serene home. Would definitely stay again.

My son stayed while going to school. He really liked both Lynn and her place. She was very accommodating and nice to talk to. Location was great and the scenery just beautiful!

We had a great weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our time on the property. Our host was super. The whole thing was just right.

This is an absolutely beautiful home in a great setting, perched up on a hill surrounded by an Avacado farm. Great territorial views, very peaceful, very serene.

This is my favorite place to stay in Carpinteria. Taylor is very nice and the place is terrific. It's very quiet and you can sit in the living room with a view of the mountains. The outside smells great with lemon and orange trees nearby. Taylor has great taste and the place is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It has high ceilings and it very airy. Thank you!

Our family stay was just phenomenal and truly exceeded our expectations in every way!!! This special spot has been so thoughtfully, creatively and lovingly put together, with care and dedication to providing the very best stay while providing something for everyone. I cannot say enough about Tiare's graciousness as she went out of her way throughout our stay with tours, stories, recommendations, and always a little extra effort with kindness and good energy. The house is even better than the photos inside and out with so many opportunities to create unique memories - the animals were a kick with their various personalities and cute antics, the outdoor fire pits for s'mores under the stars, the hammocks and hot tub, the peaceful reclining areas amongst the fruit trees, the game room/library to play, the giant tv and special popcorn to end our days. Clean and welcoming, we felt so at home; communication was perfect. Please, do not hesitate- just book this property, 10+++/10!

We needed a place last minute as all places in Ojai were booked. It was a perfect spot to relax, walk the grounds, visit the animals and still have privacy. Also a short easy drive into town.

Iza was an exceptional host, warmly welcoming me upon arrival and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful sleep. I’m really glad I was lucky enough to book this place!

Stayed at this tiny house while I attended a conference in Santa Baraba. The description of the house was accurate, the house was clean and organized, and the kitchen well-stocked. Amy was excellent at communicating during the duration of our stay. The view from the house was absolutely spectacular. Would highly recommend!

The farmhouse is a fun little getaway. It’s close to the Ronald Reagan library which is cool. All the people who work the ranch were super friendly. Enjoyed the horses and goats. Would definitely come back again when the weather cools down. Brandon was a great host.

Charming and serene cottage with a beautiful and thoughtful aesthetic throughout the home. Private and relaxing spot for a beach getaway. Nice outdoor space for our toddler and two pups. We would love to stay here again.

Our cohost was April and she was amazing! She gave us great places to visit during our stay and made us feel right at home as soon as we got there. Anything we asked about the town she had an answer for and more. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place, this place is hits the spot. It has a perfect spot to sit right outside the place and watch the horses at the equestrian onsite. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again!

Beautiful little cottage downsides from the main house, private, contained everything we needed. A little smaller than i had thought but it wasn't a problem. Didn't use the kitchen though it had a microwave, air fryer, camping stove burners, sink, water heater, tea, coffee, salt, cinnamon. Lots of outdoor seating to look at the nice view. Bed was very comfortable and soft.

Great hosts! Beautiful cabin! We enjoyed our stay hiking in the enchanted forrest and looking up at the stars. Cabin has everything you will need and more. Super short walk to hiking trails. 10/10

Lovely stay. The house was very clean and quiet, in a beautiful, secure area. The amenities were good (including a washer and dryer that were very easy to use) and the house was very comfortable. Gary was responsive to communication (but did not pester) and helped with anything that came up. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Summer’s upper Ojai cottage suites our family’s needs perfectly. The cottage was even nicer than the photos show, there was a jungle gym in the backyard with swings, perfect for our kiddo, and the location was extremely convenient for a wedding we attended on a nearby street. Summer was communicative and courteous, hopefully we’ll get to stay here again one day!
