This was our second time staying at sweet one and it was just as good as the first. Great location to enjoy Ojai’s fabulous food scene and a comfy king bed.

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

This was the perfect overnight spot for us - clean, quiet, dog friendly. We spent most of our time at the beach and appreciated a comfortable bed and warm heater to come home to, with blackout curtains that ensured we could all sleep in. All around great stay!

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

Wow! The property is beautiful and the ocean view is amazing! The studio was very cozy and peaceful, just what I was looking for. I hope to visit again soon!

We've stayed in Tim's RV spot twice now and it's the perfect little getaway retreat in a beautiful part of California. You can tell Tim is a landscape designer, as the entire setting is very private and intentionally curated for solitude. It won't be our last trip here and highly recommend the nearby Loon Point beach, should you have a fur friend with you.

Jeffery’s place was a beautiful little cottage! I loved being able to see the mountains every morning. Very peaceful neighborhood.

Absolutely love the place for the location. Great price easy to get in and out, and very quiet for sleep. The mattress is nice and firm and comfortable, the space heats up quickly if it’s cold outside. It’s everything I needed for my stay over the weekend.

Wonderful Airbnb and responsive host! Would stay again

We used Lemon and Avacado Inn as home base for our son’s wedding. We loved both properties. It was so quiet and beautiful!!! Sheryl was so responsive. This location allowed us to get some quiet time during a busy weekend. I highly recommend the property.

Brooke was very accommodating and flexible to our needs during the week. Our daughter was married and we spent the week at Brooke’s home. Nice to have two additional cottages away from the main house and we never felt we got in the way of each other. Beautiful property with many wedding venues in the area. Great for family of bride or groom for their wedding day/week. The property was illuminated at night with a hot tub available to enjoy as we watched a SpaceX takeoff during our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, private place to chill for a few days.

Great location in Simi Valley, California. Private free-standing home (new build last 10 years) in back yard of another house on large lot with manicured landscaping and lighting. Host Jayes is very engaging and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This Airbnb was perfect for our weekend getaway! The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see, and the guest house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Gina was a great host - her instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The small studio with a deck for sitting outside is situated in beautiful Summerland. It’s a five minute walk from the beach. Summertown itself has a number of good places for brekfast and an excellent bookshop (Godmother). The bathroom was very clean and spacious and the bed comfortable.

This was a great private spot, we went there for our wedding getaway and it was phenomenal!

Yuval has a great property! The Airbnb is quiet, clean, and in a great location! The kitchen includes every appliance you could need and there is plenty of space for one or two people to stay (plus pets!). Yuval has been extremely accommodating and kind, I would highly recommend booking!

We stayed here for two much needed relaxing days after two full days at Disneyland. We found the property and surroundings very beautiful and peaceful. It’s a very short drive to Zuma beach, and to local grocery stores, restaurants, and more. The kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped with all necessities. The bed was very comfortable. We had a delightful time staying at Stacees place! It was very clean, TONs of amenities, even if your forgot a toothbrush there was extra (brand new of course)! The tv swivel was perfect to watch on the couch and the bed. I personally love old Chatsworth and being back in the canyon. The People living on the property were very kind and good to talk too. There dog was supper cute to 😊. Overall a great experience and am interested booking again !
